Wyman Plumbing and Mechanical is a great plumbing company, this was the first time we used them, we had plumbing leak under concrete. Jen’s prompt call back was great with very quick communication to make sure we are scheduled for leak inspection as quickly as possible. After that we were scheduled with Wyman plumbing quickly showed up to fix the issue and to stop the leak. All technician especially Brad, Christopher and Landon completed the job with professionalism, quick, cost efficient and clean , I will absolutely recommend Wyman Plumbing.

They are everything and more from what you would want from plumbers. Love the transparency, they explain and show you exactly what they are doing. Eric was willing to field a bunch of homeowner questions and give his honest opinion. I appreciate the little touches that make them stand out above the competition, like when they put covers on their work shoes in your house and how they clean up so they leave things like they found it. Ive dealt with other plumbing companies that did an okay job or left me questioning if the work was done well or properly, or scratched the finish on my faucets. I had no doubt in my mind that after Eric left that I was 110% confident in the high quality work that was completed. Thank you Wyman for actually caring about customer service.

Wyman’s technician (Benjamin) did a great job on several items (getting a sewer pump sorted, 2 faucet installs, etc). The quote matched the final results. He was clean (putting on booties every time he came into the house), didn’t damage anything, installed items as expected and cleaned up after himself.We even received a call after the visit from the office staff to make sure everything was good, which is extremely appreciated and I really wish most companies made that investment.Scheduling was timely, the tech showed up when he said he would, I received text messages with status updates as the tech was traveling to our house and completion of each task wasn’t rushed.Great experience overall, which can be very rare with the different trades in recent years.

We had our water heater die on a Friday. We called Wyman Plumbing and the wife of the owner answered. She was extremely courteous, helpful and accommodating. We asked if there were a way that we could have a technician come out that day and we actually had Doug Wyman, the owner, come out. He was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. He installed a new water heater that afternoon and we couldn’t be more grateful. Wyman Plumbing is now our new plumber!

Anthony with Wyman Plumbing was a dream to work with. He came out to remove a sink/vanity in our guest bathroom for our flooring remodel. Upon arriving at the house, he informed me that the angle stops for the sink were no good and showed me as much. He got us a quote for quarter turns and once the labor was agreed upon, he promptly got to work. He had the entire job done in less than an hour and provided me estimates for additional work I would like to have done at the new house. He answered every question I had and was very thorough in his explanations. Anthony is a consummate professional and I would highly recommend him for any and all plumbing needs.

Replacing refrigerator the water shut off valve broke on Friday afternoon. We have never before had dealt with Wyman Plumbing. Jennifer made us feel at ease and made sure we knew she was going to help us. Within 2 hours the shut off valve fixed with a smile and ease by Erik. The manager was going to come and help, they went above and beyond for us and we will always remember this. Whenever we need a plumber, Wyman Plumbing will be our first call! Erik and Henry recently replaced our leaking water heater with a tankless system. The initial service call was too late to have the system installed that evening, but after Eriks calls were done for the day, he returned to remove the leaking unit and ensure no more damage would occur. The tankless system was seamlessly installed the next day! We cant recommend Wyman enough!

Erik from Wyman is the man. We had some sewer smells going on. Erik found that during a remodel the previous owners did, none of the toilets were sealed properly, he fixed it and kept going because we could still see smoke from the smoke test. He found an open pipe in the wall and got that sealed up. Had him fix a shower that was leaking and put in a hot water recirculation pump on a subsequent visit.A lot of people would have left after finding the toilets werent sealed but he kept testing till he found all of the issues.Erik and Wyman are professional, super nice and explained everything they were going to do. I highly recommend them.Update (12/2024): We had a pipe break in a wall upstairs that flooded the downstairs, Ben from Wyman came out and identified the spot where the break occurred rather quickly, he suggested 2 courses of action, one of which was to replace the spot that had the break in a hot water line and the other was to replace that break and the cold water line next to it because it wasnt looking great. I choose to do both. Took Ben about an hour and a half and he had it all buttoned up and tested.After the ServPro guys had demod the bottom floor I asked if Ben could come out and look at the pipes that were newly exposed just to see if he saw anything that needed addressed right away. He didnt see anything that concerned him at the moment. I appreciated Wyman sending him back out just to take a quick look.I continue to be impressed with the company, their techs and everybodys professionalism. The transparency of the billing, before the repairs are started, the options presented and all, makes it feel a lot less like I am doing business with a vendor and more like I am doing business with a family friend.Next I need a hot water heater.... Guess who I will be calling....

They were absolutely fantastic. We called Wyman first thing in the morning before we had to leave town. Wyman sent Ry over within 3 hrs to deal with our plugged drain. He was great. Super friendly and knowledgeable and took care of it right away. Their service was wonderful and I would recommend them to anyone. We personally won’t call anyone else for our plumbing needs!

Nicky was great and was able to get a technician at our home to evalute the situation and make repairs. I had Brad out today to check my water pressure and he found that my PRV was reading 40 psi and my hot water expansion tank was reading 30psi. My water pressure was so bad I could barely take a shower and my washing machine gave me error messages. It sounds like the tech that did the install of the PRV and expansion tank in 2021 did not adjust the psi on both items to match at the time of installation. Brad did several other plumbing issues I had and did a great job. My water pressure is GREAT thanks to Brad. I recommend Brad for all your plumbing needs.

Excellent experience all-around! Very communicative and easy to schedule. We needed some work done before guests arrived for the holidays and it was done in plenty of time. Anthony came to give us an estimate and identified a couple of additional issues that needed addressed. He came back with Ryan to complete the work. We called Wyman and were originally told they couldn’t come out for 2 days, I asked if I could call back because I wasn’t sure if it could wait that long. Anthony, the tech, called me when he arrived at our house and explained the options to me. He made me feel very comfortable with the decision we made. Anthony arrived to do an inspection of my older, undersized water softener system and confirmed my suspicion that the unit was at the end of its service life. He had a number of suggestions and even had a system that was on sale. (Hes a good, friendly, articulate, no-pressure salesman along with being a good plumber). The on-sale system he installed even features bluetooth readouts to monitor operation as well as a new R/O under-sink system for very reasonable price. Installation was expertly completed and cleaned up. Anthony also mentioned how proud he is of all the training the service techs receive. Definitely a 5 star indication of how the company is managed.

This review took me entirely too long to post, but thats because I knew I was going to need to take some time and make sure it really detailed what happened.First of all, why do things always go wrong on weekends and holidays? My husband had just left for a hunting trip. It was Friday night, and all of a sudden all of my hot water is brown and stunk. I went to my online neighborhood group because we are new to the neighborhood and I searched up reputable plumbers. Wyman came highly recommended.Within minutes of my call explaining what was going on, I had a service tech scheduled for the same day. The office was incredibly helpful and sympathetic to what was happening. I was sent texts updating me on the arrival of my tech, and they also had a photo and introduction of the young man who would be arriving. This was important to me because I was home alone, it was Friday night, and again, I am new to the area and don’t know anyone. I felt totally at ease when Erik arrived and introduced himself. He was professional, thoughtful, and thorough in explaining what was going on and why. What we thought was going to be fairly easy fix ended being a full replacement of my water heater on a Friday night at 8p and he made several trips to get parts and the tank - and I live out in the boondocks! He was here for HOURS and stayed professional and focused the entire time.Erik was a true professional. He was respectful of my home (wore booties the entire time) and he worked hard to solve the problem. I am happy to say that I may not know a lot of people here - but I can say that I definitely have a plumber!

So impressed with Wyman Plumbing and Mechanical that I will never call another plumbing company again! We remodeled our powder room and Charles had to move the faucet line up to clear the back splash. Charles then installed the toilet and hooked up the plumbing after cabinetry was in. He also winterized our pipes to the house and on the pool deck. The office staff are so pleasant to work with and we were able to get appointments in short order - which I so appreciate 😊 Charles was our tech and we always ask for him. He is experienced, knowledgeable and he is a problem solver - everything you need in a plumber! I sincerely recommend this company 😉

Kudos to Wyman Plumbing and especially Anthony for a job well done! I called this morning and left a message before business hours and then set an appointment online. Within 10 minutes my appointment was confirmed for later this afternoon. In fact, Wyman reached out to me within an hour and asked if they could move it up sooner than the time I had selected so that, if parts were needed beyond what they usually carry, there would be time to obtain them and get the job done today! Additionally, our service rep Anthony arrived early and did in fact have to leave to obtain the needed component. Anthony kept us up-to-date on everything he was doing and explained in detail those actions to my husband. Anthony was respectful and efficient and clearly possesses exemplary knowledge & skills in plumbing. We as so grateful to him and Wyman for providing such a timely repair and exceptional customer service. Than k you!

Anthony came out within the hour to use a camera to check the integrity of the pipes following a back up in our toilets and tub. (The pipes had been cleaned out on Christmas Eve. The owner offered to come out on Christmas Eve to do it though at that point we had another company on their way) Anthony was very thorough, friendly, honest and knowledgeable . We highly recommend using Wyman Plumbing! They really care about your plumbing needs and dont recommend services that are not needed.Loved how straightforward he was.

Anthony P from Wyman Plumbing just finished replacing my water regulator valve. Anthony was on time, actually a little early, and the replacement was completed very quickly. The replacement work product looks great. The connections appear very clean and well done. Wyman was able to give me quote for the repair based on the request I left on the Wyman web site. Of the several plumbing businesses I contacted, Wyman was the only one that offered me a written estimate via email and the price was very much in line with what I expected. I had another firm come by to give me an estimate, and the best price I was offered was about $180 higher than Wymans quote. I am extremely pleased with the work and the cost was fair and reasonable.

We had a hot water heater leak into our garage and I called Wyman plumbing ASAP. Although I had never used their services, I had spoken with them in the past and had a great experience. I was super impressed by how fast they were able to come out and replace the water heater. Not only that, they installed a water softener on the same day as well. All of this on short notice. Cannot thank them enough for coming out so quickly and doing a super clean install. The crew was great and professional. Highly recommend them if youre looking for any type of plumbing work!
