I had my water heater just replaced and I am super pleased with it. The Water Heater LLC had the lowest price out of everyone I contacted. Daniel explained everything to me before doing the work and explained everything again after the work was completed. Very professional and quick. I am very happy with the work and customer service. Daniel made this process very easy, I really could not ask for more. Ive used other plumbing companies before and they were all good except on price so you may just want to put this one on the top of your list.

I’ve worked with Daniel from The Water Heater LLC on multiple occasions, and each experience has been exceptional. During my first encounter, a recurring backup in my condominiums kitchen sink was causing serious issues. While the HOAs plumbers struggled to address the root cause, Daniel, recommended by my realtor, stepped in to guide me. Despite not charging for his time, he patiently explained the issue and provided actionable advice that helped the HOA instruct their plumbers properly. His wisdom resolved a long-standing problem without him even stepping foot on-site.The second time I reached out, the main water pipe to a rental property burst—a terrifying emergency. Although Daniel was tied up with another job, he stayed on the phone with me, offering calm, clear guidance and connecting me with his network of reliable professionals. Thanks to his help, I had someone on-site within hours. Most recently, when my water heater stopped working and kept tripping the fuse, Daniel responded promptly, troubleshooting over text at 7:30 PM and showing up the next morning with the necessary parts to fix it.Daniel’s response time is unmatched, and his expertise, professionalism, and transparency make him stand out. He explains complex plumbing issues in a way that’s easy to understand, ensuring homeowners feel informed and supported. Weve received tremendous service from The Water Heater and appreciate everything Daniel has done for us. A previous plumber had told us hed have to break through a wall in order to make a repair to our shower, but Daniel was able to fix the issue without having to do any major work. (Who knows how many hundreds of dollars he saved us.) After seeing how meticulous his work is, we decided to hire Daniel to replace our old water heater with a tankless unit—a pretty daunting decision for us. The work couldnt have gone smoother, as Daniel coordinated every aspect of the job. Even finding a live wire in the wall (courtesy of work done long before we bought the home) didnt disrupt the schedule, as he concluded the job exactly when estimated. We wont hesitate to hire The Water Heater again because on top of great work and fair pricing, Daniel is a great guy.

I can’t say enough good things here. It’s super rare to find someone who has good communication, shows up on time, does good work, and is direct and honest. Daniel could have tried to sell me a job like other companies have, but he didn’t. And that’s why he’s now saved in my phone.
