Today I had a sewage back up into my toilet and tub which happens to be Saturday during the Memorial holiday weekend. I wanted to make sure to contact someone reliable to I called Special Ops Plumbing. Not only did Adolfo take my call and personally came to fix my plumbing issue, but he provided me with an ETA before arrival and also explained what was the best course of action prior to fixing my plumbing issues. I would highly recommend him and his company for any plumbing issues!

The company was quick to schedule an appointment to look the leak. Pete came out and was very helpful in providing options when a leak wasnt located quickly. Once the leak was found the work that needed to be done was explained and was completed in a timely manner. Moises and Pete were professional and friendly.

I called to get a garbage disposal fixed and did not care if it was a rush job or not but I recieved a quote and it was still fixed within 2 business days of calling them! The quote was great compared to other companies.They gave me the name of my plumber so I could verify who it was coming to my house before I let them in and verified via text message as well.My plumber, Pete, was friendly and charismatic, he was VERY knowledgeable and tried to save the garbage disposal before it needed replacement (even though we knew that before hand). He was clear about what he was going to do and worked quickly.

Special Ops plumbing has been professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. They installed a hot water heater that was in a tricky place and were completely competent, friendly, and their rates were pretty reasonable. I liked the efficiency of working with them- no message left but a person answered the phone, had to owner, Adolpho, call me back after looking at photos of the problem, and gave me an overall estimate until he sent one of his crews (Pete was the main guy- both were great!) over in the morning. The estimate was accurate and the 2 guys went ahead and fixed it on the spot. I would highly recommend them. We had another company out prior to this for an estimate and they were abysmal in every way! We are very happy to have found Special Ops.

I had a plumbing emergency and needed someone out ASAP and Adolfo the owner was out within a hour to fix my broken water line. As a winter resident, typically I end up asking for referrals for service men. I located Adoldo from Special Ops Plumbing via my realtor who suggested a contractor, and then Rob passing me thru to Adolfo. THANK YOU ALL as Adolfo has become a great find. First job done immaculately and to perfection, so I booked him for a second job which he just completed.He communicates well by text, was running early and asked if he could advance his appointment and obviously knows his plumbing. Even got extra points for wiping out the sink when done!!!Pricing was very fair, and did’nt try to add anything extra to the jobNow if I just had him back in Connecticut!

After 2 failures with plumbers, I called these guys and they found my slab leak within an hour and had a plan within a few hours. They were upfront with cost, no hidden fees or upcharges. When the day came to fix they were in and out all fixed within a couple of hours. Very nice and so friendly. Would recommend to anyone!!! If I could give 10 stars I would.

He was very honest, professional, had the expertise needed, and was reasonable compare to the other companies quoted. He & Chris worked to replace the plumbing pipes in a timely manner. They did a great job, with a minimal cosmetic repairs required for me after the job was done. Special Ops completed a plumbing re-pipe in our home in two days. Adolfo, the owner, and his crew worked very efficiently, and we wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.Adolfo was very honest with us about pricing. He decided to use his own pipe inspection camera rather than accept another companys results, and he discovered we had 19 feet of pipe obstructed by plant roots, not 31 feet as we were quoted by his competitor. He lowered our price based on this inspection, and we had less flooring to replace. He was very honest in his dealings with us (and very polite), and we recommend his company for repairs or repipe.
