I called RP Gas Piping on a late Friday afternoon and came out the same day on the job site and gave me a very reasonable estimate. The next day Saturday morning RP crew got started on the job and did an excellent super fast installation on replacing the existing leaky pipe from the main gas meter to inside gas stove-range appliance. Brad the superintendent kept me in the loop at all times and his crew was very professional in completing the project in a timely manner. Got the permit and the city inspection on the same day (Monday) without a glitch. Would use them again and would recommend to my friends and colleagues. Thank you again on a job well done.

We recently converted our wood fireplace to gas in our 1927 historic home. Because the age of our home, plaster walls and fireplace this project was not simply cut and dry. I appreciate the extra effort RP Gas Piping took to accommodate my cosmetic request while accomplishing the functional update. We have had a lot of contractors in and out of our home over the years and the entire team at RP Gas was by far one of the best weve worked with. From office staff, scheduling, bidding and install they were professional, curious and wiling to go the extra mile to meet my request which wasnt the quickest/easier install. He is extremely knowledgeable, creative and patient.Irvin and Erick came out, well dressed in a spotless truck. They were very polite and professionally represented RP Gas. They worked in sweltering heat but with great attitudes. They left the landscape looking like they had never been here.Christine is the glue that holds everything together and the oil that keeps the machine running smoothly. From the contracts and scheduling to the final inspection, she performed magic. She told me they would start Monday, have the inspection Tuesday and finish Wednesday and thats exactly what happened. After calling over a dozen other contractors, I contacted RP Gas Piping to inquire about a residential gas line extesnion. After just a couple minutes on the phone with them, I knew I had contacted the best team for the job. I only worked with 2 people in the office, and didnt keep getting passed around. Within a couple hours on a single day, I had an accurate quote, and a plan to move forward in a very timely manner. The team are all very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and empathisze with what it means to be the customer on the other end. During the permitting process, I also heard from a couple of the city planners that they felt the RP team was also a great choice. The fact they also gave me a quote for time and materials (which no other contractor would) topped off the experience with the RP team. I highly recoemmend you consult with them for your gas-related project before making a decision.

I started off my project of adding gas appliances to my house with calling SW Gas. SW Gas told me they recommend the three best gas companies in Arizona for adding gas lines. RP gas was one of them and answered their phone when I called. They were very pleasant to deal with. They gave me instructions on obtaining my permit with the city which made it so much easier and saved me a lot of time. They came when they were supposed to and when they were done, you could never tell they were ever there as they cleaned up very well when they were done. The city inspector that came to my house even said RP gas knows what they are doing and they do an amazing job. They always get it right the first time. That gave me even more confidence in them that I had made the right choice to have them do the job. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

In the midst of a renovating my home I ran into a gas leak. My contractor spent hours trying to find it with no luck. I called RP Gas Piping and they sent a technician to my home within a very short period of time. It was obvious he has a ton of experience as he found the leak in no time at all (saving me money). He came back the following today after my inspection to connect the water heater. He determined a better way to route the shut off valve. He didnt have the parts in his truck. Before I knew it he had two other technicians show up to help. This was all on a Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend when it was a zillion degrees outside. They truly cared that I needed to have my hot water working before the weekend. I will always and only use RP for any gas related work on my properties. Roberta Candelaria

We had a gas leak coming from our stove but were afraid that it might have been something like a cracked gas pipe coming into the house. RP was out to our house the very next day and found that the issue was with our stove and not the piping.Luis was prompt, thorough, and extremely helpful. he found the source of the problem and made sure that we were only charged for the 1/2 hour (when he easily could have taken longer and we would not have known the difference).it is great to experts out there that are honest and sincere...thank you!

We recently had RP Gas come out and run a line from the old meter to our fireplace. We have been in this home for over 25 years and got tired of the no burn days. The ground here is very hard and rocky. These guys did an amazing job of breaking through and putting in the line. After inspection, a different crew came out and did the back fill and the grass and rocks dont look like they were disturbed at all! I will use them again when we put in our outside fire pit. Great company to work with and their customer service is tops.

I needed a gas line run from the meter to the backyard patio for a natural gas BBQ grill. RP Piping responded promptly with a fair quote, helped with the paperwork needed for HOA approval, pulled the required city permit, arranged for utility markings, and did the entire job in two days. A day in between the digging/installation and the trench backfill was needed for the city inspector to certify the work. Everything is working perfectly and I could not be more pleased and I cannot recommend them highly enough! If you need any kind of gas line repair or installation you need to give these folks a call.

I am a local realtor and have been for 15 years. I have had several gas lines installed at different homes and have used a couple different companies. The first time I used RP gas was about a year ago to do a gas run for a firepit in my back yard. Not only did they come out when they said they would, but they were early and delivered the job 1 week early just in time for our Christmas Party! Our first experience was great, but our 2nd experience was over the top.My wife and I just recently moved and unfortunatly there is no natural gas in our subdivision. We enjoy the outdoor living spaces with gas and needed a large gas run for our kitchen renovation. I called Brad again at RP gas. Brad came out and did an evaluation and gave me several options to bring propane service to the property via a very large 500 gallon propane tank. Once again we could not be more estatic with the job that was done. RP gas installed multiple gas runs on our patio, converted a wood exterior fireplace to propane, ran multiple gas drops on our patio, converted our heaters to quick disconnect to connect to the gas drops and plumbed for our new interior fireplace and oven.If you dont have natural gas and want to do Propane I would highly recommend RP gas and their services. From start to finish I have never dealt with a more professional company. If you have natural gas at your property well it will just be that much cheaper for you to run gas to where you want it vs paying for a 500 gallon tank to be installed.

We used RP Gas Piping to do a natural gas conversion of our wood-burning fireplace in our 1930s house. They did an incredible job for us! They helped us navigate the Maricopa County program for these conversions, and always made us feel that our business was important. Their coordination was awesome, and the team that came to do the conversion arrived on time, were very professional, and did a great job with the install. We always knew what to expect, and they even followed up afterwards to make sure everything went well. We only had the one fireplace to convert, but if we ever have another in the future, this would be the company wed use.I almost forgot to mention -- the logs they used look awesome!
