I decided to call Pink Plumbing for replacing my anode rod in my water heater as my daughter has raved about the over the top service she has had with Lou. He did many jobs for her in Gilbert and now in Carefree. I was very impressed with his work, very thorough to be sure all faucets were clear after turning on the water after it was turned back on. Both Lou and his partner were very professional and pleasant. He also found that my pressure reducing valve was not working and came back to replace that. I will definitely call and ask for Lou the next time I need plumbing services!

2024 updateI’ve now worked with Lou, Adam and Tommy for about 4 years. They continue to fix all sort of plumbing issues for me.We recently purchased a new build and Lou replaced many of the fixtures for us and yearly flushes our tankless water heater.He’s always on time or communicates with me if he’s running late from another job.2023I’ve had the pleasure of working with Lou and Adam several times. This time, they fixed a leaking bathtub facucet (it’s been leaking for 5 years and everyone told me it was not reparable) for me. I can’t express how much I appreciate all their hard work, professionalism, care, timeliness and skill.

I really dislike calling plumbers, as Ive never had a positive experience. They usually try to upsell unnecessary work or charge excessively for simple repairs. I contacted three plumbers today; two came out before Pink Plumbing arrived. The other companies wanted to charge me over $400 to fix my leaking sink without even properly inspecting it. However, Pink Plumbing came, spent about 20 minutes under my sink, and told me he fixed it without needing any tools—so it was free! I couldnt believe it! In my 15 years as an adult, Ive never experienced anything like that. I will NEVER call another plumber again! They have a customer for life!! THANK YOU!!

I’m a business owner and Pink Plumbing has my vote 1000 times for not only being honest and ethical but the owner Chris is one of the nicest most sincere and honest guy you will ever come across in the plumbing business. He’s been to my house with his crew numerous times over the years and they’ve always gone above and beyond to make sure my job was done right and done promptly and not just brushed aside because other jobs took priority. Their pricing has always been fair and the job gets done right the first time unlike a lot of these other contractors and plumbers in the valley. They will not only give you an honest opinion and not try to hose you like Biden has hosed us the last 4 years. I give Chris the owner and his crew get 10 stars across the board as he’s never once let me down over the 7 plus years I’ve known him. If you have an insurance claim make sure you tell them you want to use PINK PLUMBING and your job will get done in a week or less and not 6 plus months like some of these other companies who push you to the side and take bigger jobs while your house sits a mess. This review has been long overdue!!

We have used this company twice now, and we have been beyond impressed. First time was an emergency angle stop replacement, and they were able to come out quickly. Second time was a scheduled visit to install a pressure relief valve and replace a couple more angle stops. Due to a cancellation, they were able to come out right away. Weve worked with Jason, Lou, and Adam, and they were all fantastic. Theyve been honest and upfront about pricing, recommendations, and estimates. We are so thankful we found such a great company and look forward to using them for all of our plumbing needs.

Omar and a whole bunch of others whose names Im afraid I didnt get, did some amazing work in stupid hot weather to completely replace our corroded and failing drains. I am thrilled at the speed of the (extensive) work, and their care and precision during demo. They had to trench 20 feet through the yard and the gas line, irrigation lines, and even a concrete curb are all still in place with nary nick anywhere. Inside the house they managed to dig two or more foot deep trenches through the house without tracking dirt or debris anywhere else. I would totally hire them again, but I wont need to as they warranty their work, and their work is impeccable.

The job was completed quickly and the work site was perfectly cleaned up.Fourth, NO upsale when he was here. I had several problems with my old Moen equipped tub and shower unit. The tub spout had corroded and fell off. The shower diverter valve, mounted near the on-off valve, was stuck in the shower position. The on-off-hot-cold valve was very difficult to move also. Jason arrived on time and explained a lower cost diverter solution was to install a new tub spout that included a diverter valve. The new spouts clamp on and seal better than the old threaded ones. By comparison, a new Moen diverter cartridge installed is $$$. Jason also replaced the Moen on-off-hot-cold cartridge and put the old diverter valve into the tub on position. The shower is now activated by the valve on the spout. Im grateful that Jason was able to fix everything and save me a lot of money with a modern part for the spout-diverter assembly. Well done, five stars!

Due to Brandons knowledge, reasonable price bid and repair date, we chose Pink Plumber versus other vendors. He dug down, showed us what was causing the leak, repaired it promptly and stayed within his estimate. Quality work, great communication with the homeowner and reasonable pricing made Brandon and the Pink Plumber our go-to plumbing service in Fountain Hills.

Over the years, Ive had an assortment of casual plumber flings, but never found a plumber that I really wanted to commit to due to the questionable quality of work I was left with. Ive been looking for a good plumber for a long time and struggled finding one until now.I recently had the unfortunate experience of snapping the handle off my water shutoff valve to my house. I wish I could say it was because I am very strong, but I suspect it had more to do with the valve being very old, very plastic and very not to code.I called Pink Plumbing and Sewer and they scheduled an appointment to have a plumber come out to give me an estimate. Lou and Adam came by to check out the existing frankenstein install and took time time to explain the existing install, and what work would be required to correct it.They were able to give me a quote that afternoon, and given how straightforward, professional and friendly they were, I had no hesitation in approving and booking the repair.Lou and Adam came out again a few days later. They were punctual and explained the process of work to me before they began. They were tidy, considerate and efficient.Quality workmanship is what I usually measure as a success factor in a tradesman. Lou and Adam bring that and much more. Not only was their work great quality, they also turned up on time, completed their work quickly, they were neat (and actually left my place tidier than they found it), they were polite, professional and lovely people. They took the time to answer any questions I had and explain their work and recommendations (without ever making me feel stupid for asking questions or pressuring me to install extra things).Im super satisfied with Lou and Adam, theyre an asset to Pink Plumbing and Sewer. Start to finish easy peasy! I contacted Pink via email because I was interested in a Halo water purification system. I heard back from Stephanie that same night, it was a weekend mind you, so I was impressed with the responsiveness right off the bat. She and I emailed back and forth and she was very patient answering all of my questions and providing an estimate. I decided to utilize the 0% interest 18-month financing, applied, and set up an appointment for the installation to happen only 2 days later! Lou came on time and went over all of my options. He was thorough and courteous, answering all of my questions and taking my concerns into account. Several hours later, I was set with my whole home water purification system! So easy! Lou was very thoughtful and conscientious of how he installed everything and the logistics of everything. The price was about what I expected. I will definitely call them in the future if I have plumbing needs and will recommend them to my friends. Also my water tastes great!!!

But here Ill try, they are always responsive, professional, and personable. Lou and Adam are great people who do great work. They are the only ones that come by my house. And they have done so much work for me, I should build a guest house to set them up in! Their work is exceptional and they put up with my, probably excessive amount of, questions. They always clean up after themselves too. I just took it for granted. However during a recent remodel Ive had problems with other contractors messing everything up. And having to yell or followup with their boss just to get them to cleanup. They are so thorough and energetic. Even when Lou was working on my extractor pump, the very first time I met him, he was responding to questions and laughing at my attempts at humor. If you know what an extractor pump deals with youll understand that repair isnt a positive experience. But he was just working away being pleasant.

Pink plumbing has always done a great job at my rental property whenever I need a good plumber. The one time they needed to return to finish a job they were extremely fair and didn’t even charge me for the additional visit. I’ll always use them for my plumbing needs.

We’ve had Pink Plumbing out to our house twice now, one for a major plumbing issue, almost qualifying as an emergency, then, thankfully, just a minor one after that.Chris and his crew did an amazing job detecting a damaging water leak, then displayed an extraordinary amount of knowledge and hard work to design a re-routing and new piping solution for our home.As troubling as this was to us as homeowners (the water created a fair amount of damage, and could’ve been even worse), Chris took the time to personally oversee the work, and exhibited a sense of caring, respect and ownership to be sure the job was done right.We were relieved when the project was completed, and have Chris to thank for that.Separately, some time later, we suspected a different problem, and because we were prior customers, Chris personally came out to check things out for us. He ran some diagnostics, and thankfully, no issues.We are grateful for Chris and his staff. He’s a straight shooter and stand-up guy and business owner, in every way.
