Mark arrived earlier than expected but this was not a problem. He installed new fixtures in less than an hour and cleaned work area just as he found it. Ive used MNS in the past to have a water heater replaced and was extremely satisfied then as I am now with this service. I would not hesitate to use MNS Plumbing again.

MNS Plumbing is top notch! I called MNS after dealing with a warranty company and a sub standard plumbing company for 8 days when my water heater went out. When the water heater was finally installed by the warranty company, I was left with 4 leaks in the pipe work. Frustrated because the sub standard contractor would not come back out and fix the leaks immediately, I called MNS plumbing. They gave me a time that same day. They called and asked if they could come earlier than scheduled. This alone put a smile on my face! Mark Pratt showed up. We both looked at the job that HAD been done, and knew the job needed to be redone. Marks price was VERY reasonable to fix the incompetence of the warranty work. Mark found 5 things done wrong which would have cost me another water heater soon down the road. What made Mark stand out... his professionalism, honesty and knowledge. He even got on the phone and helped me with the warranty company. Ultimately, not a good situation with the warranty company. For MNS Plumbing, Mark Pratt will be the ONLY plumbing company I use from here on out! Thank you very much for cleaning up a botched job and bringing me comfort knowing your work was done right! Wae’ve done business with Dax several times, he is extremely progressional and respectful. He does nice clean work and is super efficient with his time. One of our valves that he replaced was bad and he returned to replace it with no problems.I appreciate the app he uses to communicate when he is on his way and to confirm appointments. I had a water heater flood my property and MNS was the plumber my reconstruction contractor worked with to move the water heater out of the kitchen and also move the washer/dryer outside to a storage closet. I also hired him directly to install a new Water Heater. So far there have been no problems with his work. The office staff was efficient and friendly to work with. They charged the same amount in labor another plumber charged for the water heater install, so prices were fair.

Excellent Work for Very Fair Prices!MNS was referred to us by the Mitigation Company that came to dry out the results of a leak in the house. Mark installed and re-routed a new hot water system by going up through the crawl space. He was very professional and accomplished that in record time. A couple of weeks later our bathtub faucet generated a leak. Even though we called late in the day, he braved the afternoon traffic from wherever he was to Ahwatukee and fixed the leak! We will always be calling MNS in the future, as this house was built in 1974 and there will certainly be future issues.

Daniel arrived on time and was very cordial with a pleasant smile even before diagnosising my toilet problem. He had all the parts he needed to repair my toilet tank problem. With it being in a 35 year old park model and a little tough to get at the insides because of a bathroom shelf that was only inches above the tank. With his imagination, skills, field craft, and steadfast determination he successfully accomplished the mission. Daniel cleaned up everything and his plumbing prowess was very admirable. He brought great relief to me and was kind and thoughtful and let me know the nature of the problems I was dealing with and also installed some other parts that were breaking down because of the age of the toilet. We had an emergency leak in the attic at 3.30am that was pouring down into the walls and laundry room. We called at 3.45am and someone was out within hours, on a Saturday, the day after Christmas.The issue was explained to me and some other plumbing tips, very helpful to have some insight instead of just hearing the job is done. The issue of the improperly installed and mounted soft water line was fixed. The peace of mind of getting someone to our house when water is pouring out of roof vents was priceless.I would definitely recommend MNS.

MNS Plumbing have been our go to service since buying a home 7 years ago in AZ. This call involved a leaking kitchen faucet that Id bought and had ANOTHER remodeler install. MNS found a warranty for the faucet ordered the part and got it working better than when it was originally installed. MNS also referred me Artisan Leak Detection for a fire pit that had water in the gas line that I thought would had a corroded line. They found and remedied the problem in less than an hour of digging. MNS came through big once again for us.
