    This company is amazing ! Called with an AC issue , and they came out and had us back up and running so fast ! From the minute we made the call , to the technician finishing the job it was by far the smoothest and quickest service we have ever had.     Our heat pump was not working last weekend. I talked with Jason Monday morning and he said he would have Nick come out to check it that day. Nick arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor. He explained the repair cost and completed the repair effectively. It seems funny to have our heat on with record temperatures we have been having but we are thankful that we have our Empire connection to take care of the night and early morning chills. We recommend Empire whenever we’re asked.

    I have been depending on Empire for several years and have never had a complaint. They are punctual, dependable and knowledgeable, and thorough. Cesar completed a maintenance service on my central air system, and I was more than satisfied with the work he did and his professionalism and cheerfulness. There is little turnover in the staff, which is a plus; however, Cesar is new, yet managed my 2-story, steep roof like a champ and completed everything. He took the time to make sure I didn’t need the filter changed, or was having any problems with the system. Thanks so much for another job well done!!!!

Addendum to.prior post. AC unit stopped cooling on 9/12/21. Called and scheduled service at 9:00am on 9/13. Dean V. arrived on time and have my unit up and running within 30 minutes. He is friendly and. always provides pertinent information.

    Empire may not be the cheapest, but their work is high quality and they stand behind it. Today I had a “check-up” on my a/c unit, which are included in their yearly maintenance plan. I was particularly impressed by our technician’s thoughtfulness, preparedness and timeliness. John showed up on time to the minute. When I opened the door, he had plastic baggies over his shoes to made sure he didn’t track mud in the house, and was thoughtful about Covid precautions. Having someone in the house who was medically unable to get the vaccinated, and loved ones at high risk, I deeply appreciate professionals who are willing to take precautions without me asking them to do so.

    Had a new drain assembly installed in a bathroom sink and a hot water heater flush. Jason was very professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and explained everything thoroughly. He double checked his work before he left to make sure there was no leaks. Great service.

    It was over 110 degrees and our air conditioner wasnt working or, lets say, the hot air it was putting out wasnt doing the job! Empire had been highly recommended to us by another family. I called Empire that day and the very next day our air conditioner was replaced. Fast and efficient service!!! There is a trip free, but with repairs the trip fee was eliminated. The total charges were appropriate. We are very happy with the service and will definitely use Empire in the future.

    We have been with Empire for at least 20 years, and we have been completely satisfied with their performance! In 2019, my AC died, literally burned up! We were warned for many years from every technician that came out to service us from Empire. Well, it was time... time to get a complete overall! We had the entire system installed, including all duct work, and installation of the special filter to help me with my allergies! They even put in another register to pump some of the heat out of the master ensuite, so that we could regulate the AC better in that room!The entire team that work on the installation were beyond skilled and very informative! My monthly electric bill has dropped by approximately 45%, after having the new AC installed! We couldnt be happier, and have referred friends to Empire, because we are so pleased!

    I LOVE Empire Plumbing & Air Conditioning. We have been customers for almost a decade now, and I recommend them to everybody I know. They replaced our air conditioning unit several years ago and have taken great care of it ever since.     John was very informative when it came to diagnosing my ac unit as well as my water heater. He went out of his way to detect rust around the water heater even though his main purpose was just to check the ac vents. His recommendations sound honest as he doesnt sound like he is trying to make a quick dollar for the company. His proactive approach is a quality companies need to embrace and encourage. I should take his proactive approach and apply it to my own job as I am still reactive when it comes to responding to my job issues.

    I have been a customer with Empire Plumbing and Air Conditioning for approx. 10 years. I have an annual maintenance contract so they come out at least 2 times / year. When I have had repairs done on the AC, they come out promptly, are professional, and provide great service; if something needs to be fixed, they let me know, but also is something is going, but not required to be fixed now, the let me know that as well, so I can plan for an eventual repair. I have also used them for plumbing repairs and their service has been exemplary. Highly recommended

    During our AC/heating maintenance, while draining the water heater to remove any sediment ( which they installed years ago), they fount that our water pressure was extremely high, so we had them come out or install a pressure regulator. They did a great job. I have been using Empire for my AC/heating/plumbing needed for 16 years and have never been disappointed.

    I would highly recommend this company for all of your plumbing and A/C needs. I have used them since they started business, and they have done a number of things for me, both big and small. Their work crew is always prompt, clean, polite and efficient. Their technology (everything is paperless, and the service provider can review prior service and invoices on his smart phone) is wonderful. They also have a preferred customer program that is a Godsend, especially when in comes to air conditioning. I noticed my A/C not cooling at 9am recently, and they had a service adviser at my door at 1pm THE SAME DAY, and my A/C was fixed by 2:15pm that same day. It was incredible. You cant go wrong with these folks. Prompt, professional, fair pricing, prompt service.

    Landon and John came out to service our air conditioner. Our 25 year old Trane had an issue. They serviced and repaired the issue quickly, efficiently, and with direct and honest information. They were friendly, considerate, informative. Our 25 year old Trane was repaired and working well when they left. I felt confident everything had been done thoroughly and economically with our concerns as their first priority. I am very happy with Empire and have been for some years.

    We have had the privilege of using Empire Plumbing for both our plumbing and air conditioning needs. We have been very happy with the service that we have received. The service reps are very polite and take the time to explain the problems. We just had them out last week when our air conditioning unit was dripping water. After working in a hot humid garage they took care of the problem. Was very glad that I had signed up for their maintenance plan, it really came in handy.     I have a contract with Empire Plumbing for them to check my a/c-heater setup twice a year. The servicemen have always been knowledgeable and honest.     In March of this year ,Empire installed a new 4 ton Condenser, Dean came with his Son and installed my unit ,I am very happy with the unit this summer it is freezing me out of my home , the unit I had was 20 years old , and stopped working at the end of last summer.. got my 1st year service agreement at no charge . I highly recommend this company if you are looking A/C or plumbing ..they came out in the spring and unclogged my drain ..which I used my 1 years service agreement on . thanks Empire

    I just had Greg over for my yearly check of my AC. Hes an excellent tech and always leaves me with a few tips to beat the heat. I have an emergency services contract with Empire and have used it a couple of times. Having priority when you have an emergency for a few bucks a month is a big relief. They always respond promptly and are very courteous.

    I may have been paying for unnecessary Freon and repairs in the past, but, Dean, from Empire did the maintenance work on my Trane unit today without needing to do other repairs or add Freon. Dean also cleaned my Trane units coils. Looks like I will be staying with Empire for my Trane units maintenance.Thank you Dean. You are terrific!Today I was charged $100.00 a pound for R-22 freon by Gregg Williams who is supposed to be the owner of Empire.
