These folks were the first of the local companies to respond toy urgent call. Many others simply told me they dont handle RV emergencies. Austin, the he owner of this great outfit, not only responded but he handled the very specific part that was required to make the repair perfect to that of the OEM specifications. He made the repair once I made it safe and healthy for his effort including the evacuation of the remaining liquids that were still hiding behind the closed drain valve, and the repair has aone year warranty. On top of all that I was able to use Zelle to pay the bill in a cost free bank to bank transfer which was so convenient being a full time RV living person. Also offers a ten percent veterans discount which made even more perfect. I recommend this to anyone with a plumbing or air urgency anywhere in the Phoenix city or its suburbs in Arizona.

I was installing a new angle stop valve for my toilet - not my first rodeo, Ive done this several times with no mishaps. This time I had trouble removing the compression ring and nut. Anyway.... I damaged the copper pipe. 😥 I called Emergency Master Plumbing and they agreed to come the next morning! (A Sunday!) Nathan arrived right on time and fixed my mistake in no time. The price was REALLY right! I was expecting to pay much more for emergency weekend service. You know how sometimes you meet a person and just know right away theyre a good soul? Thats Nathan. The cherry on top for me? Nathan was so kind and didnt treat me like an idiot for screwing up what should have been a simple shut-off valve replacement. He even gave me props for trying it myself. 🥲 I wish there was something better than highly recommend because thats what he deserves. Nathan and Emergency Plumbing & Air will be my go to from now on.

Emergency plumbing did an excellent job troubleshooting a bad construction job done really wrong by the original owner. They redid the shower plumbing and fixed a big non draining issue that I have had for several months. Austin and Heather are highly recommended!

I was in a bind on a Sunday night. Water had started pouring out of my sediment filter cannister and I couldnt get it to stop. So, I shut off the water and started researching 24/7 plumbers near me. I honestly tried calling one of the well known TV plumbers, but no one answered and went straight to voice mail. So, I called EMPA next instead and immediately got through to a real person who got me through to the owner right away. We set up an appointment for the same evening and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Fair price considering my dilemma. Austin, the owner, is friendly and professional. Explained what he was going to do and price before I agreed to get it done. Will definitely call Austin when I need any plumbing or AC repairs or replacements.

We accidentally broke the shut off knob to the water pipe junction and we had water going every place. my wife called them and they were there in under 10 minutes and they immediately replaced the shut off knob on that control and to be on the safe side we had him do the second bathroom while he was here since they were both the same age approximately 20 years old. I thought the prices were extremely reasonable seeing it was a Saturday afternoon and since we did both they even discounted. Hopefully in the fall were going to replace our AC and water tank and you can bet theyll be the first people we call to come and give us a bid, plus theyll have this quick and positive response in their favor when it comes time for a final decision, these guys were great.

We cant say enough about Emergency Master Plumbing. They are our go to Plumbing Company.We called them because the water valve broke on our guest bathroom toilet, we were able to turn off the main water to the house, and they dispatched a technician immediately when i explained the Situation. They fixed the issue, plus we had the technician replace all of the valves so we would not have any issues going forward. They provide excellent service and the technician that we had was exceptional and very knowledgeable. When you need a Plumber we suggest you give them a try you too will make them your go to Plumber.

Nate came out and diagnosed both problems quickly. He explained and actually showed me the problems he detected. He gave me a couple of solutions/options for my kitchen sink leak and was NOT pushy. He went on to my outside hose bib issue and quickly fixed the problem. Now i can water my landscape without water spraying out from the connection! All in all a very satisfactory job. From the initial call to request service to the completed service it was 100% satisfactory! This company treats the customer right! I will be calling again soon for faucet replacement!

When our water heater stopped working we scrambled to find a place that could help us right away. We called Emergency Master Plumbing & Air and we were connected with Zack who was able to come look at our water heater the next day. He called the maker of our water heater and got them to send a part next day air. When the part arrived, it was apparent that the part was faulty. This was unacceptable and Zack took it upon himself to call the company again and basically fight for the company to send a whole new burner unit. They did. We are happy to say we finally have hot water again. It took a little over a week to get everything up and running again but Zack was available the entire time when we needed updates. Our sewer line backed up late in the day on a Friday, tried a plumber we used before, but they couldnt make it until Monday.We called Emergency Master Pumbers and they came out early in the evening and fixed the issue.They followed up Tuesday with a camera and scoped the system for any other issues.They were friendly, explained what they were doing and let me watch the camera as they scooped the system.I would certainly use them again as they saved the weekend for us and assured us there should be no major issues.I give them 5 starts out of 5.

Nate assisted us not only with removal & replacement of our water heater; but went above and beyond to work with the supplier to warrantee the existing unit that had failed. He could have easily just sold us a New Heater and charged SO MUCH MORE.
