1800cooling AC co. was very good to work with. It was going to cost me about $3100. To buy it and have it delivered to my drive way. Plus, I would need to buy a new jack. And the crane was $100. The elbow would have been close enough to work. But for $4250. Complete, including a new Jack & elbow. I was very satisfied with their work. And there was no extra charge for me watching every little thing they did & putting in my two cents.I would recommend them to my family. 11/2018

I’ve bought 2 HVAC units from this company I’ve rather past 10 years and they’re great. What I love most is their prices crush the competition, and that they were able to complete the install the same week as the estimate. They are a smaller company and don’t have the customer service reps standing by like bigger/more expensive companies, so don’t expect world class service, but the service they provide is adequate and they’re always friendly and honest. That’s worth it for me to have to follow up with them a couple times, when ideally they’d be following up with me. Overall and great company worth your business.

They did a good job of installing two units for our house and I found their price to be competitive. There were some technical issues with the instructions but they were quick to make right. Today, they came out to replace a failed capacitor two years after install. While I appreciated the visit 24 hours after making the weekend call, I thought the price for the service today was a little on the high end. Labor was $120 and the dispatch call was $69. In all, $194 for a 30 minute fix. Jay, the technician was very friendly and professional. Gerry the owner seems to care about customer experience. Because we are in the middle of a heat wave and I’m pleased to have the unit fixed, I’m not making a bigger deal of the total cost. I will continue to use them to service my units.

This review is long overdue. I had a great experience using 1800cooling. My old HVAC system went out in July and they were the only ones that treated it as an emergency without wanting to charge me for emergency service. I dont recall the sale persons name but he gave me several options and recommendations including adding a variable speed, fan which Ive been very happy with.The installers were there the next day and did a fantastic job. Everything was very professional, and they even installed a new disconnect box which I wasnt expecting.Since then, Ive had two scheduled check ups. Theyre always on time and very thorough. Big thank you to 1800cooling and I highly recommend them!

I used 1 800 cooling to install a new unit this past summer and had a great experience with them. I have referred them to others since that time because of their exceptional service. When fall came and we begin to experience rain I notice I was getting water inside my home right above where the new unit was installed. I contacted 1 800 cooling and they got on the case. It took them a bit longer than it should have to figure it out but they had to get the right tech to figure out how to trouble shoot the issue. We believe it is now resolved and I have nothing but great thing to say about about 1 800 cooling and the team they sent out to correct the issue. Gabriel was very professional and kind. He did not dispute my concerns nor did he look to point blame elsewhere. That is service with a smile.

The technicians were very polite, personable and professional. Work was completed to our satisfaction. After the technicians had left, we discovered a small problem with the unit leaking, so I called my sales consultant who advised that the problem would be fixed the next day, and it was. Just a small glitch, and the technician figured it out quickly and corrected it. Very happy with the Daikin mini split unit, it makes a world of difference in the new master bathroom.

The Sole Bright Spot in a tough situation.Honestly having your AC go out in the middle of the summer, with a pregnant wife during one of the highest periods of inflation in my lifetime... is a bummer to say the least.These guys (Ian was the tech who helped me) are absolute pros. Due to financial constraints I had to get 8 different quotes. Every other company either tried to bend me over a barrel (over $2500 more for the same equipment from multiple of the big local guys) or was just not professional ( showed up late, seemed inexperienced...). This was by far the company that earned my trust the most. Great communicators, fair prices, and on top of knowing what they are doing, they actually cared about my family/situation. They even offered to drop off a mobile AC unit to help my pregnant wife stay cool before we even signed the contract.No one came close in terms or customer service, price and professionalism.I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a fair price from a knowledgeable company that cares about its customers.

I have simple AC knowledge from a past life and I determined it was a transformer issue because I had no power to my thermostat, 2 friends recommended 1800 Cooling. One friend had a total system replacement and the other had similar issues as myself. The office staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the Tech Mark was extremely knowledgeable also, 15+ years experience. He stated it was a transformer, replaced it, didn’t work still and determined it was the transformer that burned out the motherboard and replaced it also. No pressure sales no smoke and mirrors!! It was relieving that you didn’t get that “car salesman” feeling where they were going to try and hammer you into an apocalypse AC disaster. Straight, honest, quick fixing and reasonable price to fix our 23 yr old system. Will be utilizing their services when this oldSystem poops out here in 1-2 years for sure! So far in the last 2-3 years i have purchased 2 AC units installed from them and had some some duct work done and just now are replacing a blown fan motor on a unit (unit came with property) I have been happy every time.

I have to say all the staff has been excellent with responding to our calls after the install 3 weeks ago. We had an area that didnt get wrapped completely (outside connection), an issue with the house getting too hot (for us) in the hours before coming home (83 but not like outside temps) and the NEST thermostats can take some getting used too (learning thermostat). Eash time I called they were very receptive and wanted to help. Best prices for Goodman units in the valley. I got like 10 quotes before going with them. Carol, John, Mark and Gerry have all been great!

I’m very happy I chose 1800 Cooling and thankful to Greg and the other installer. My system was unusual or unique at best and a nightmare at worst. It was a personal creation of the previous owner set up decades earlier. They did an incredible job building a new system ( lego-style they called it) and getting it set up in a tight space. They also replaced my return which had also been rigged up decades earlier, making it very difficult to find and replace filters. I can now replace filters easily with standard (rather than special order) filters. The new system is cool and quiet. Thank you!

So...after a little bit of confusion between our home warranty company and 1800cooling. Inc. we finally got a A/C technician out to the house Monday. 2-days after reporting the problem. Im not sure what took so long but the story does have a happy ending. The tech they sent out was Rudy and we cant say enough good things about him. A true pro who diagnosed the problem right away and walked us through every step of the repair process. On top of being a really nice guy he went above and beyond to ensure our A/C was working properly before he finished the job. We were very frustrated that it took a few days to get someone out to diagnose the problem...but Rudy was a savior and deserves all the credit for our satisfaction with 1800cooling, Inc.
