Michael was a pleasure to work with. He was patient and professional. We had a complete whole home filtration and softener plus the RO system installed. Communication with Michael and the office was exceptional. Install day was flawless, we got exactly what was quoted. He hauled away our old system and left the area clean. I would definitely recommend this business and we will be using them for any future plumbing needs.My only recommendation is to mark where you want the water faucet placed in your granite prior to install. I got sick unexpectedly and my man had to take over and he made the wrong decision. It was installed too close to the sink faucet. He’s still in the dog house, lol. But that was Not Michael’s fault. He just installed where he was told to by my man. Oh well, I’ll just have to put a soap dispenser or a glass rinser in that spot and drill another hole for the water faucet.We are enjoying the soft water during our showers and the alkaline drinking water is great to have for our family. Excited to be able to wash our vehicles with soft water too. Thank you CWS and Michael, you did a great job!

I would definitely recommend Complete Water Systems. They installed my water softener and whole house filtration system several years ago, and went above and beyond with quality work. When my hot water heater rusted through and began leaking recently, they were among the companies that provided an estimate. Their price was highly competitive. They did have issues with their supplier, which delayed installation. Brian, who provided my estimate was the same guy who installed the softener and filtration system years ago. He’s super knowledgeable and it was like seeing an old friend. Michael who installed my hot water heater was professional, efficient, and took the time to assist me in linking the Rheem app to the water heater. Brynna in the office was very responsive throughout the process.

I have had two experiences with Complete Water Systems. The company who Originally installed my water softener gave me false information and did a substandard job of installing. Michael with Complete Water Systems corrected issues and educated me On how to care from my own system. He wasn’t just trying to make money, he cared about me being able to take care of the system by myself. He took the time to test all of my faucets and verify hard versus soft water. He’s very personable, and I trusted him in my home. He gets along with dogs, so that was a bonus. It was a good experience all the way from making an appointment to how easy it is to pay the bill. I would recommend Complete Water System to anyone looking for the line of services they provide. I threw out my project to receive bids on and they responded right away. They did a free quote inspection and provided a reasonable price. Michael answered all my questions very honestly, helping me to take the best final decision regarding the Water softener filtering. This company is using top notch technology allowing you the perfect monitoring and operation of the system(s) from your smart phone as desired. One of the aspects I liked the most besides the technology and prices was the quality of their job, the installation and setup of both systems, the tankless and water softener filtering, also the possibility to have 2 lines in the backyard one with hard water for the watering of plants and another one with soft water for the cleaning of windows and doors in your cover etc. Michael completed the job in timely manner and was super easy and convenient to work with him. Complete Water Systems is a great choice, actually the best choice that we found, for water treatment products and services. My wife and I recently moved from the midwest to the Phoenix area, where we found that water treatment isnt a luxury but a necessity since water is very hard out here. We did a lot of research about brands, products and service, from do-it-yourself systems to professionally installed and maintained systems. The research included speaking with people about their experiences. We chose Complete Water Systems and are extremely happy with the products we chose as well as the service provided. Brynna is the office manager and very knowledgeable about the various products as she has been in the business for a long time (she worked in this company that her father started decades ago). I spent time with her over several phone calls so that I could become comfortable with our options and eventual choices, she was a big help because there is a lot to choose from. We chose their whole home Dual Fusion - Dual Combo - 64,000 Grain Water Softener + Whole Home Filter system with a WiFi Valve, we can control everything from our phones and receive notifications for things such as when salt is low. Two tanks meant to us that water is passing through more media and thus getting more thorough treatment. We also chose their Pro Series 5 Stage High Efficiency Reverse Osmosis System for under the kitchen sink. The water tastes great. Brian is our installer and handles follow-up maintenance issues. He is also very knowledgeable, responsive, and great to work with. YOU OWE IT TO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY TO INCLUDE COMPLETE WATER SYSTEMS IN YOUR LIST OF COMPANIES TO INVESTIGATE.

I had two amazing experiences with Complete Water Systems, specifically Trisha with scheduling and Mike the technician. Trisha was able to schedule around my busy calendar and was completely understanding when I had changes that arose. Additionally, I had an emergency after hours and Trisha was able to assist with getting a technician to my home and he was there within 20 minutes. Mike was the technician that came to my house both times and he is amazing. The first time, he listened to me about the issue that was occurring, and it was some basic maintenance that needed done. He educated me on what I needed to do, and he was on his way. He did not try to sell me on anything, and I appreciate the honest service. Mike was also the technician that came to my house due to the emergency, he was able to find the issue and fix the problem in less than an hour. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service and the cost associated with the work. Complete Water Systems is an honest and reliable company. The install itself was perfect. They were able to get my whole home on soft water even though the inlet was in the most difficult to reach location with minimal spacing in the attic. Brian has provided top rated, exceptional service on two different occasions. The first time was an after hours emergency response. Our water softner was running continuously wasting precious water. I had to shut the water off to the house. Brian had done work installing a new softener for my son. My son highly recommended Brian. I called Brian on a Saturday. He was at my house and had the problem solved in a little more than an hour. You just don’t find that kind of service anymore. His pricing is more than fair and reasonable. Brian returned to install a new softener. Again it was after hours. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. He is very fair, honest and knowledgeable. If you require service, Brian is the man to call.

That person was unable to fix it after multiple visits so I called Complete Water Systems after searching for a local company who had experience with that brand. Absolutely one of the best companies we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. They not only have some of the best deals you can get in terms of pricing, but their technicians are some of the nicest and most knowledgeable around. Though we hired them solely to install a water softener, they continuously helped us in finding and fixing problems that we had in our plumbing that other companies consistently missed. They were even kind enough to offer installing the water recirculator for our heater when installing the softener. Special thanks specifically to Brian who went above and beyond in not only setting us up with the water softener but also in answering our calls regarding questions about the installations and any other problems we had at the time. Contacted a number of companies in the Phx area for a new water softener loop. Complete Water Systems was the most competitively priced for both a water softener and whole home filter system. My house required a 100 ft run to the garage from the opposite corner of the house. Marco was quick to come out for a quote and walked me through the options making sure I knew what I was getting. I had a few more questions afterwards which Brynna happily walked me through over the phone and got me scheduled for the next week. Day of, Marco and Michael did a superb job running the lines, installing the system, and providing me plenty of info on the unit. They put in extra effort to make sure it was done properly and that they met my requests. I would happily work with CWS again!

Complete water systems installed a soft water system and RO drinking water system to our house. We definitely recognize the difference with the reduction in skin dryness and my kids are drinking even more water because it taste better.Several months later I had them install a hose bib (from the water softener) so I could have soft water outside to wash my car. What is great about hiring a professional is that they pay attention. When they were doing the install, they recognized damage/corrosion and slow leaking from the intake water line from the street into the house.The water in Arizona has so much calcium and other elements that can damage copper pipes (and everything else it touches - faucets, showerheads, etc.).Michael came back today and fixed it. Thankfully only had to dig a few inches down below the gravel and dirt. There was so much damage to the intake water pipe that if it was not discovered by them it could have eventually went parallel to the ground and under the driveway. I have been involved in enough home rehab projects and since we have a block driveway, I am certain it could’ve easily cost $20K-$25k.As an owner of a small business, I recognize that when you have people very capable of doing what they need to do to get the job done, efficiently, and correctly, it gives such peace of mind. This is why I support other small businesses such as theirs because the genuine human touch means a lot.Oh yeah. He found paint that matched exactly with our house, painted all the piping, and even cleaned up the mess. Can’t beat that!

Highest Rating! We needed a new Water Softener & Hot Water Heater (electric). We’re on a WELL, with incredibly HARD WATER. We did extensive research and CWS was very competitive and available. For both the estimate and actual job, Brian was on time, gave an “en-route” call and did a fabulous job. No upsellng, no unnecessary filtration systems…In fact, checked to see if we had sediment being deposited from our well- which we didn’t-thereby saving us a ton of money for an unnecessary “big blue” pre-filter. Everything was plumbed with new brass fittings and needed line/valve replacement. We are SO glad we had CWS do the work. In an era where everything seems an uphill battle, do yourself a favor and call them…the water feels great, gets super hot, no complaints! This is the company to get!

I needed to have my water softener system rebuilt. We were getting these little translucent particles coming through the water lines. Turns out it was the media breaking down. I contacted several companies, including some plumbers before finding Complete Water Systems. James spent about an hour with me over email diagnosing the problem and educating me about the repair/replace options. He made me feel comfortable. Scheduling was a snap, although I wish the repair could have occurred a bit sooner. On the scheduled day, Brian came out and was fabulous. I was interested in what he was doing so he multi-tasked by doing the tank exchange and explaining the entire process to me. Once the install was completed, Brian came in the house and ran a chemical test to make sure the water was soft. It was! Another reason I was happy was because the price was about $60 less than I was otherwise quoted. Part of that was because I agreed to dispose of the old tank myself. Hire these guys to repair/replace your water softener!

Oh my goodness, when I say that YHWH gives the best, He does! Thank YOU LORD!!! To begin, I accidentally googled this company after getting a quote from another one. When I called I was totally confused that this was not the same company, yet I was able to talk to Brynna who was amazing and was able to beat the quote I originally had, at the other company, with even better features. The quote was actually a bit higher due to having an upgraded water system. She was so honest and very thorough that my husband and I asked if we could have a rep come the next day; not to mention there was financing, with 0 percent up to 12 months which was a WIN, WIN.Ok, so then Michael came to the house, Michael from the bay! He was a Kat!!! Super real, super genuine, super intelligent, and super amazing overall. He was even able to fully match our quote minus an extra price for the kitchen alkaline water equipment to match our sink. My husband and I felt like we knew Michael forever; it’s just so good to meet solid and real folks. Needless to say we were locked in and scheduled the work to be done at the next available time, which was the next week.Then, they came as expected and on time. This time Michael came with his partner Josh. When I say DYNAMIC DUO, that’s just what I mean. Josh explained everything that would be done, and was super polite, kind, and professional. He also explained everything as it went long (i.e., when they would need to turn water off etc.) These dudes were SUPER quick with the whole process. Not only that, when the work was done (like maybe less than 2 hours later it seemed) Josh went into specific instructions on the after care.AND, when I saw the work folks, it was AMAZING. Everything was SOOO neatly done, so beautifully done and so absolutely professional. From the holes in the wall to the design of the product, everything!!!! I mean this was some PROFESSIONAL work, no extra wall holes, just perfectly designed wall structure and design given that we got the full system, we had no line to start from. Man oh man!!!!!!! It’s beautiful, even the set up in the yard! Needless to say I am extremely amazed by this company, and from the most amazing and professional workers that I have seen in terms of installation.NOT TO MENTION, the soft water is like a dream. I can finally take a non chlorine bath if I want. I took my first shower with the soft water, the first day, and it was literally like a dream, on the first day. So soft so precious, so light. Michaelexplained to me additional details about the after process from the cold to the hot water, and how to refill the salt. I know this is a long review but I really do have to give credit where it is due. God ALWAYS gives the best, and that is exactly what I have found in this reputable company. Now, my family and I can actually take in non-toxic water, that regular filters could not obtain! I can now brush my teeth without having to take an extra cup of clean water. Praise God!!! Their quote was far better than the other companies I had called. They were quick to respond, answer any questions. Complete water systems installed a soft water conditioner and RO system for me recently. I did a lot of research and this system was the best and lowest cost. Brynna helped guide me through selection of the valve, soft water system and filter. All of their prices are on their website and they provide a wealth of pdf files explaining the options. The installer was Mike and he was the best. The installation was very clean, professional and water pipes were unobtrusive. He even helped me drain my hot water heater! The system has a lifetime warranty and they even have an annual check at no additional charge. Due to high blood pressure and the desire to not add sodium to the outside plants, we opted for a Potassium based system. Potassium is quite a bit more expensive than salt so CWS was able to recommend a system that conserves on salt usage. We selected an all-in-one system with a Clack Matrix valve that supports proportional brine pre-set and upflow cleaning.

My name is Chatauna Robinson. Marko just completed putting in my new kitchen sink, faucet, and Reverse Osmosis system for clean drinking water. He was very professional, nice, courteous and cleaned up after he was done. To get this company, I think Marko and Complete Water Systems, LLC do a fantastic job for anyone especially for Senior Citizens who are on a fixed income. They charged me $960.00 to put in my new kitchen sink and faucet and my R/O system. (I supplied my own kitchen sink and faucet). Anytime Home Services, LLC wanted to charge me $960.00 just to put in my kitchen sink and faucet (which I supplied). Parker and Sons wanted to charge me $1,950.00 for just the R/O system that fits up under the sink for clear drinking water. The Plumbing Guy, they were a little better at $1,465 for both my kitchen sink, faucet and R/O system, however, when I wanted them to just put the sink in first they went from about $525.00 to $625.00. In the end no one could beat Complete Water Systems, LLC for price. I am a senior citizen living off of social security and pension and price is everything to me. THANK YOU COMPLETE WATER SYSTEMS, LLC. AND MARKO!!!! 😊
