Hey world. It brings me great pleasure to post this review for Cactus Plumbing, but even more for the great guy Nick and his team. Nick came through for my parents and my family at a very crucial time. My mom had just got released from the hospital from a very serious medical episode. My dad was beside himself with worry and not too healthy himself. So you can imagine our disappointment and horror when we get home the next morning from the hospital and find that the plumbing no longer works. My parents, being Seniors, got seriously taken advantage of by 2 plumbers and charged extremely offensive amounts just for estimates. Then walks in Nick. He came in and not only gave us the best help we could ask for in this extreme situation but he also gave my parents an extraordinary deal. Nick, I cannot thank you enough for the help you have given us. I will recommend Nick to every one of my friends and family members. If I could give you a hundred stars, I would. Thank you so much.

Dovid the technician was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He made me feel confident that if Cactus Plumbing is the winning bid I will be in good hands. The dispatcher however was not clear that a technician was coming to the house and that he had booked an appointment for me in a few hours time. Also, they did NOT they inform me there would be a charge for the technician visit. If not for Dovid, Cactus would have been off the list.
