Had an issue with my kitchen sink not draining. Figured it would need a snake to get rid of a clog. This was way more involved from when the home was remodeled, but they mapped, cleaned and jetted out all 4 lines that went to the main sewer line just to be sure I was happy. Snaking didnt do anything so they went and got the equipment needed to solve the issue. They didnt rush and wanted to be sure everything was taken care of. Highly recommended!

The experience from start to finish was excellent, from customer service rep who took my call and scheduled the appointment to Jacob the service technician who completed the hot water heater installation.I was able to same day service on Black Friday. Within 2 hours of my call for help, I had a service technician at my house.Jacob was not only extremely professional and polite but also highly knowledgeable and skilled. Both Jacob and the customer service representative were patient, answered all my questions and they worked with me to get the best deal.

Jared was very thorough with all his inspection and was very Helpful and taking the time to explain issues at hand. Purchased a gas hot-water heater from this company two years ago. One of their plumbing specialists, Jake Morris, has done my complimentary annual flush both years since. Very professional, does quality work and also a great guy! I dont even remember how I found Ben Franklin Plumbing, I think I might have just googled providers when I needed a new hot-water heater. But I have been extremely happy with the service they have provided from the get-go, especially with the benefits that come along with it such as the free annual flush and even a free home-electrical inspection by one of their partner companies. I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing needs! I only wish I would have known about them sooner.

EXCELLENT SERVICE BY BRADI discovered a small leak comingl from my pipes leading to my Reverse Osmosis. I called Ben Franklin around 4pm and was guaranteed a technician would come over. Brad called to say he would be over a little after 8pm if that was okay. He was so thoughtful of the time since he was coming from other jobs. When he came over he assessed the leak source and repaired it. To make sure it was okay, we agreed to run the regen. Brad was kind enough to put the salts in my RO. Upon running the system, a new leak occurred. Brad gave me options both of which were a little too costly. Brad offered to clean out the part that was leaking and sealed it with more dope and sealant. He saved me a lot more money doing it that way and when he ran the regen, the system worked without leak! I will have to purchase a new RO at some point but for now, with funds so tight, he helped me get through this problem especially since it was a weekend I was going to be away. Brad’s compassion and kindness along with his knowledge and professionalism makes him an OUTSTANDING employee for Benjamin Franklin. I will continue doing business with Ben Franklin because of employees like Brad!

Agreed to replace 7 year old water softener system - I asked them to increase the size: USD3200. Didnt negotiate agreed. Then find out they installed October 8 a similar size system as I used to have; were too cheap to even use the 3 bags of salt they brought as I had salt in the old system; didnt send an invoice. Spoke to Service Manager Steve: he promised to call back October 12 - he didnt. I called his cell phone but no voice mail setup; called office October 15 and left message for him to call me - didnt happen; called October 16 and was told he is in a meeting and would call me back. Didnt happen - called this morning and was promised Steve would call me back. You figure out for yourself how professional this company is.Update October 30, 2024. Continued to have hard water. James came out and took water sample. The hardness of my well is way beyond what the 2020 system can handle. They proposed a complete different custom designed system and offered to give full credit for the 2020 installed system. James was very professional and efficient to deal with - let’s see how the new system works out.

James Estes with Ben Franklin Plumbing - professional, courteous and honest.My home is nearly 20yrs old and has most of the original plumbing connections, meaning there is a lot of corrosion on those connections that bring me closer to a flood emergency each year. James came out for a free inspection and offered a straight forward, truthful opinion about what he thought needed to be done. James didnt try to up-sale me or con me into work that could easily be done by myself for much cheaper. He was honest about the companys pricing and the work he would perform. While the company pricing was ultimately higher than Id like, it was still much cheaper than some competitors. The professionalism, courteous attitude and honesty that James provided sold me on the services of Ben Franklin Plumbing. The work is scheduled and Ive requested James to be the technician that performs the work. I could have gone with a comparatively dirt cheap plumber or tried to You Tube my way through the work, but I believe James from Ben Franklin Plumbing is the right way to go to ensure a professional, warrantied, quality job.

I wanted to share Ben Franklins GREAT customer service I experienced this Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend with them. I came home and my water heater in the garage was leaking everywhere; called Ben Franklin, they had a technician that could come out in ~30 minutes (he was in my area). wow....Jake Morris came out, diagnosed my issue (needed a new water heater); unfortunately, he did not have my model in this truck. he offered to pick one up at the warehouse that night and come back tomorrow (since it was late in the day) and install the next morning. (again on a holiday weekend). Jake came back the next day as promised and got my hot water working A-OK. I was totally overwhelmed at the excellent customer service of Ben Franklin. would recommend them to anyone. !!!

I had a leaking shower valve on my sons shower that got progressively worse. Not having any reason to go in there (it is usually pretty gross), I had no idea that it was leaking. My son decided to tell me when it was basically not turning off at all and was running 24/7 for probably a month. I tried to fix it myself but it definitely needed a new valve and I really didnt want to deal with that. I called Ben Franklin at 8a and they had a guy over by 945a.The lady answering my call was very friendly and helpful. The young man that came to my house for the repair was neat, organized, respectful and knowledgeable. He was able to give me a quote right away and begin work immediately. He explained everything he was doing and why it was being done. When complete he tested it with me to make sure that I was satisfied and thoroughly cleaned up the area.I will always call Ben Franklin Plumbing in the future. I would highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

When I setup the service call, I expected to wait at least a week for service. In the world we live in today, everyone is understaffed and no one is readily available. That was NOT my experience. Not only did I get 2 specialists on the same day I reported the issue, but they worked with me on a very tight availability window.James and Mason were fantastic. As you would expect from experts, they immediately knew the issue just based on my description. They had a predefined pricing sheet, and they gave me an estimate for both worst case and best case scenarios. I really appreciated that transparency so that I knew there would be no surprises when they completed their work.They got to work right away, and even though we were getting late into a Friday (when most people are eager to end their work day and are focused on the weekend), they made pleasant conversation and seemed to be having fun while they did their job. We reached out to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing following a pipe leak in our house over the winter holiday season. Brad was our technician. From the moment Brad entered our home, he demonstrated professionalism. Brad took the time to do a thorough analysis of our piping situation (including entering our attic) to evaluate and diagnose the root of the problem. Brad was very knowledgeable and took the time to investigate the issue, document his findings, and answer the many questions we had. Our situation required our entire house be repiped, and Brad was very prompt with his commitment to complete our repairs. Brad demonstrated that he is very reliable and was always polite, friendly, and helpful. He provided objective evaluations and clearly communicated with us each step of the way. To expedite timely completion, Brad had another technician, Cisco, assist with the re-piping project. Cisco was equally polite, friendly, and helpful. I noticed how well Cisco and Brad worked as a team, when I arrived home to see Cisco working in the attic to thread pipe through the walls to Brad in various areas of the home. They spoke to each other over the phone as they worked, which helped to ensure clear communication between them. When the re-piping was complete, Brad tested the function of the new piping, and took us on a total walkthrough of our home so we could view and understand the repiping/repairs. He went above and beyond with clean up, by not only removing the debris (drywall cut-outs/insulation/faulty pipes), but he also vacuumed, and wiped down surfaces including vanities, countertops, and the floors (by hand, no less!). Brad continued to prove his commitment to a job-well-done, by helping to clear the air from the lines, and restore water-pressure. Thank you to Brad and Cisco for a job well done. We were having an issue with our tenants garbage disposal not working so called their 24 hr line on Sunday evening and someone told us they’d call Monday morning to schedule a service. They did around 8am on Monday and Preston came out around 2pm to address the issue. Called Franklin Plumbing out to take care of drains in the house to be slow draining. Had attempted numerous times to unclog them with no luck. Jack from Franklin came to the house and in doing a couple of simple things such as over filling the drain lines with running water is all it took to cause the clog to clear in the line. Process took less than ten minutes and no tools. He ended up not charging for his time at the house since the problem resolved itself. Will always use Franklin Plumbing for all our needs. Today, Jesus repaired a leaky toilet, a slow-to-fill toilet and lowered a shower head within a couple of hours, leaving everything working and looking great. No reason to look elsewhere. BF Plumbing does the job well and at a reasonable price.I received a call from the dispatcher alerting me the technician would arrive within 15 minutes (within the 4-hour window I was scheduled). James Estes explained the work to be done and what the charges would be. He then installed a replacement diverter in my guest shower then replaced the old shower head with a new unit I had purchased. The old diverter had rusted in place and Mr. Estes was able to remove it with any damage to my tile or the pipes. After making sure the new system worked and shined like new, I paid the bill with my credit card and he told me to call if there were any problems or concern. First, I want to thank Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for being willing to give a ballpark quote for work we knew we needed done, over the phone. A competitor was not so forth coming with such a thing, and also wanted to charge $40 just to come out and give a quote.We knew we needed our main water shutoff valve, as well as at least two inside the house replaced, and presumed most of the rest inside the house would also need to be replaced (only three in 22 years had been done prior). Jacob (Jake) came out and after a walk through, we determined that all but two were of immediate need - most we couldnt turn at all, and if we could, they either didnt shut the water off completely, or leaked after being turned.Originally the visit was to just be for a quote, but he was able to get the rest of his schedule cleared so he could spend a few hours working on the replacements, starting with the main, and then proceeding with the rest. In all, we had the main ball valve, seven sink and two toilet shutoff valves replaced, and the one for the refrigerator (water/ice). Fortunately all of the work went smoothly, and who knew that shutoff valves werent supposed to be so difficult to turn! Ha!Anyway - for the record, the ballpark estimate over the phone was pretty spot-on for the range that was given. While no plumbing service is likely to ever be super cheap, I dont think I would want the cheapest anyway - quality will always win for me.Thank you, Jake!

Derek was the tech that came, he checked all the sinks, toilets, showers, soft water unit and the tank less water heater, also did a flush cleaning of the heater. I wanted top post my experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. We had a leak in our home which is about 2 1/2 years old. I called the number of the plumbing company who installed the plumbing BREWER. Their repair company is Benjamin Franklin. Cisco M. came out the same day and found what was leaking. He was able to repair and get restoration services going to mitigate the water leak. When Cisco was complete the bathroom was clean and ready for the restoration team to do their work. The phone system for Brewer/Benjamin Franklin was easy to navigate and the dispatchers were very helpful in getting the appointment set up. Overall the team at Benjamin Franklin made a stressful situation less stressful and helped prevent further damage. Thank you Cisco and Benjamin Franklin.

We needed some plumbing work after a remodel in our kitchen and wanted to make sure it was done 100% correct after the installation of a new cast iron sink. Haim was very personable and friendly. We built an excellent rapport after a few minutes and he allowed me to hover so I can see his work. He was able to get all of the new fixtures and disposal installed in a timely fashion even after having to reroute some of the plumbing. I would highly recommend Haim and Ben Franklin. Their prices are very competitive and they met the time commitment they had promised.

Derek Pendleton from Benjamin Franklin/Brewer Companies came out to check all areas that are under warranty before out of warranty. He found that I needed the Anode Rod replaced in the hot water tank as it was deteriorating after only two years. I didn’t know that was normal. He tested my water inside and outside of my house, checked all sinks, toilets, shower, bathtub and water faucets inside and out including the washer/dryer hoses. Drained my water heater to drain out dirt and I was floored by how much dirt drained out. 😲 He explained since my warranty was about to expire on certain things their plans that I could choose from for further services down the road to keep everything running smooth. For me it’s easier to pay monthly rather that all at once for the repairs I might need. I chose the Deluxe plan as I get a free Anode Rod replacement and I’m certain I will need one every time. So it made sense to me to chose that plan. I also appreciate that one offers a free water testing. That is important to me as well. Derek was so polite and has such a great personality I found visiting with him a pleasure as he explained what he checked and even showed me where to shut my water off at in various locations. I had just gone through a flood in my kitchen and couldn’t remember where to shut my water off. 😬 Repairs just were finished this week. I will use Benjamin Franklin and call on Derek when I need something. Great service! Thank you!
