Trey Grandberry just repaired my AC and got it working again. Needed a new motor, relays, and starting capacitor. He put these items in, got it working in no time (motor had to be retrofitted in because original part wasnt available anymore).No problem. Was up and running in no time (motor had to be ordered and did take a couple of days.) But it was $11000 cheaper than a replacement. The couple of extra years will give me time to prep for a new unit and deal with industry mandated changes to standards. Trey knew what he was doing. Highly recommended!UPDATE: Alas Trey didnt work on the compressor and it died the next week so replacement of the unit was necessary. They were quick to credit my repair bill toward the replacement and did a pro job of installation on my roof. The new heat pump I purchased is a lot more efficient and this should be reflected in my electric bills. Was very happy with the work they did. And the follow-up visit to check the install a week later was much appreciated. Ts crossed and Is dotted.

Jorge from AHWA just installed my 40 gallon hot water heater & Im so in love. He was kind, professional & was a pleasure to work with. I paid approx. $1,899 which is a full $1,000 cheaper than what my normal service pros wanted for this repair.Setting up the appointment was easy and I was able to get installed the next day! Working with American Home Water and Air was amazing. I emailed with Kim for about two days and she was extremely helpful and very nice. She answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable about my choice to use them. Usually Ill do the three quote rule but with their pricing and Kim I didnt feel the need. Dylan was our tech and he was phenomenal as well. Very friendly and funny. Explained everything to us and left a cheat sheet because its a lot of info. Both Kim and Dylan were amazing and I will definitely recommend them to friends.

Amazing company. I have been with them since 2022, and I dont have one bad thing to say about them. The first time I called them, I was in a panic and contacted them by mistake. The rep could see I was in distress and guided me through a process. I immediately bought their maintenance program. I mean, this lady helped me, and I wasnt even her customer. Fast forward 2 years later, my BRAND NEW MACHINE crashes on me. They werent the company I bought from, but the manager went out of his way to help me get a resolution from Goodman. When I say they are the definition of above and beyond, I mean it. I dont give 5 stars easily but they deserve it. I appreciate your team, Amerian Home Water & Air.

Fidel and Damian were nice, polite, and most importantly know their plumbing stuff. Walked me through my plumbing concerns, discussed everything, and got them fixed. We did a filter change and upgraded to a 6 stage reverse osmosis water system. Then connected my ice line and added a glass washer where my soap dispenser was. Thank you guys!

They were able to not just beat the quote but also provide the same but premium AND an extra upgrade for thousands less! They also confirmed what we thought in that the quote was very inflated. Curtis was very through & set expectations of how the new system will work on our older home. Extremely happy with our decision to go with this company! I stumbled upon this company while my neighbor I trust had them at her home. Vernon was amazing! He politely listened to my rant about what I thought the problem was. He gave me a thorough explanation of what he repaired.I was so impressed with the level of service that I purchased a service agreement.Vernon told me the office would call to follow up soon about scheduling the first maintenance appointment. We had a great experience working with American Home Water and Air. Getting our HVAC replaced was a big decision, so we thoroughly researched and got multiple quotes- AHWA gave us the best quotes. Special shout out to Vernon who walked through the options and did not try to sell any product for their gain and instead tried to guide us to the system, which will work best for our house.Once we finalized the system, we got the new HVAC system installed within a week, which was excellent. Even without us asking, they also provided us with portable air-conditioners in the meantime, and that was something I appreciated.The crew that handled the installation did a seamless job. Special shout out to Nick, Kaidon, and Gabe for being very respectful and courteous. They did a great job!I already contacted SRP after a week of installation to see how our electricity consumption changed and confirm that our efficiency did improve.Overall- a good experience and company, I will recommend to friends.

Gerardo (tech at AHW) came on time and did replace a water softener with an excellent skill. After soldering he had thoroughly inspected each soldering piece with a mirror. After completing his work, he had completely cleaned the surrounding. I was impressed. In addition, he said the water pressure is too high (90 PSI) and he had attempted to reduce the water pressure by adjusting a water pressure reducing valve (WPRV). Unfortunately, it didn’t cooperative. Therefore, he had replaced the WPRV and the water pressure is normal (60 PSI) now. Well, to make a long story short, he is the one of the most experienced techs I ever seen. I would definitely recommend AHW to the person who I know of.

I just had a service call and visit that put me at ease and gladly giving the company and my technician five stars.Ive gotten a few water softeners from AHWA. I noticed a leak on the latest system. I was scared the company would find something wrong and not honor the 10 year parts and labor warranty, but that was not the case whatsoever. I called and Jorge was out within a few days and took care of it.Jorge was polite and professional in all aspects of his work. He burned himself on a hot piece of pipe and I offered him some first aid, but he said he was OK and had supplies in his van. I took a look at his van and it was also really organized and clean.Its been a few days and there were no leaks, and the connection looks super strong this time.Thank you AHWA!

My A/C gave up, it was over 110 and youve heard the same story before. AHWA came out, took a look, and knew it was terminal. The next day, Kaydon & Gabe showed up early. Had the old unit out of the attic mich quicker than I expected.. They had the outside unit ready shortly after. With no way to get that big condenser out, the crane rolled up, set the new unit, took the old one, and was gone in half an hour. They had me up with a new unit in record time. Hot, sweaty, in the attic all day and smiling, answering questions, addressing concerns from a guy (me) who knows nothing. They were pleasant, well-mannered, and cleaned up with a small portable vacuum as they left. These guys amazed us, and AHWA hit another home run! Great people up and down the chain, excellent prices, and a knack for the little things. The A/C service manager came out when I first called, calmed me down, and put us in the best unit for a great price with a next-day install. The young lady at the front desk was uber helpful and she even completed and submitted our paperwork for the 3 rebates the unit qualified for. What is not to like? Save a head & heartache when your A/C needs work. Call AHWA Serious! Oh, and they do our water softener too!

Trey is fantastic, came out on Saturday evening after our ac crapped out. 90 minutes fixed and cooling. Sunday wow the ac is running as cold as it was when new!!!! Second service with Trey and he is great!!Update 1: got the old HVAC ripped out (died) and new Bosch system installed a month ago, Wow what a difference, install was perfection and the system is so quite, house is evenly cool. Installers were top tier and did a quality job!! Kudos to AHWA!!!Update 2: had our QC today and system is humming along, have noticed even with this heat hell wave, house stays even and cool. Posted a couple days ago about how great American Home Water & Air is and I had to double down again on that today. Technician Brandon Lima came over today to replace a faulty water pressure valve. Long story short, some dum dum (aka Me) decided a few years ago it was a good idea to install pavers over the main water shut off (I thought it was the shut off for an irrigation system we no longer use) and then forget that I did so. In an effort to find the main, Brandon began raking and digging away rocks in 110 degree heat for a good 30 minutes in an effort to find the main. I had stepped away for a while so didnt realize he was going through all this effort.We ended up finding the valve under the pavers once my wife reminded me we had covered it, BUT the fact of the matter is Brandon was willing to put in all that EXTRA effort just to complete the job. Brandon proceeded to finish the job he was actually there to complete and the work looks great. Its no wonder this company has an unheard of 4.9 rating on Google. With employees like Brandon (and all the other previous service techs we have encountered), this company cannot be beat. Thank you again American!

After a random and violent dust storm one night (they happen in Phoenix) my AC started acting up. Never cooling my house more than 82° at best and close to 90 during the hottest parts of the day now matter how low I turned the thermostat. After my home warranty completely failed me by sending an incompetent person who after 2 visits couldnt figure out what was wrong with my unit, Vernon shows up from AHWA, casually solves the problem and is gone within an hour. This is the kind of efficiency you want when dealing with something like AC.

When we found out that our old motor on our gas, furnace quit working, we called American. Vince even took a picture of the inside motor assembly to show us that the corrosion that had taken place. It was pretty amazing that it was so bad. The cost for replacement were prohibitive to us, as we had recently moved into our home and remodeling expenses had overrun, the budget that we had. It was several days before the part would be. That was one of the coldest times of the fall season in the cold list awful far as. When the part arrive and it was brought out to be installed, the housing would not fit it. Believe it or not , as it turned out, the housing had to be ordered as well and it would be another week. It was a very upsetting situation. The management brought out two space heaters to help us keep warm as seniors living in a 55+ community. The bill was going to be approximately $3700 which was not even a possibility for us to get a loan be approved for that kind of payment. As it turns out, management and ownership of the company made a decision to significantly help us with regard to the billing. It was beyond our belief how they helped us deal with the cost of the repair!! We don’t know how any other company would have done so well for us. I thank them from the bottom of our hearts for their concern and assistance for help!!!

Very fast, good installation, and professional.Maintenance of water softener.After 10 months, I called them about constant running water and they came out quickly and replaced a gasket mechanism under warranty. We have been customers of American Home Water and Air for about five years. These folks are awesome! They installed a water softener, RO unit, and hot water heater for us. They also change our RO filters every year and have kept our old A/C unit in top shape. AHWAs pricing is transparent and reasonable. The front office staff is polite and helpful and the techs are reliable, professional, and knowledgeable. We cant recommend AHWA highly enough!
