Affordable Plumbing is a family business and it really shows in the care they take to hire terrific people! Kosta repaired our gas leak and replaced the failing connections that didn’t meet building codes, with parts that can withstand gas pressure and chemical reactions. A gas leak is frightening. I called Diana in the office late on Friday and it was fixed Saturday morning! Last year Dalton solved a water-heater issue that stumped 2 other plumbers who said nothing could be done. Affordable is consistently courteous, reliable, and fair in their pricing. We highly recommended them!

We had an excellent experience with Affordable Plumbing’s installation of a water softener system as well as an under-sink drinking water filter. Cesar then noted that our hot water heater was quite old—we hadn’t noticed as this is a new home for us. We were able to have a new heater installed the next working day. The service was prompt, expert and clean, and the people who came to our home were very nice and easy to work with. We’re glad to have established a connection with such a good company and definitely will use them for any future plumbing needs.

Dalton is a gem… He was professional, friendly, courteous, and an old-fashioned gentleman. Not to mention… He knows his stuff. He was efficient and quick at doing the job. He diagnosed it beautifully and carried through with the service in an extremely fast manner. I wish every company I have ever dealt with was as stellar as Dalton. Dalton diagnosed the toilets leak problem and replaced the toilet within two hours. At 97 years old, I was extremely impressed.

Great fast service and affordable. Steven was exceptional and knowledgeable. I couldnt have asked for a better experience . I will be calling again whenever I have another plumbing issue and hope its Steven again since he was just great.Second time I had to use them again. Still give them 5 stars, although, on the first day they were unable to clear my drain and had to come back the next day they were able to get it done and I was thankful. Affordable Plumbing’s Cesar did a terrific job replacing very old filters in an even older RO system. I was embarrassed not to have paid attention to the system earlier. After replacing my filters and assuring me the reservoir was fine still, he showed me the old filters and explained what they had permitted to pass through. Ugh. Cesar told me how to ensure that my RO system was doing a top-notch job, and I will follow his advice. We really tried everything to ensure we could fix our own problems, until we couldnt. After almost 9 hours we had to throw in the towel.We were lucky enough to get the charming Dalton, he was sweet and understanding. He had to come out 3 times, day 1 was the quote, day 2 we purchased incorrect sized faucet, and day 3 was actual installation. Rather than being judgemental for what we attempted, he was understanding and helpful. Our house is a bit dated so he did a quick check and offered additional solutions just in case we were up for a full go around. While I couldnt proceed with nothing more than a faucet replacement, I will now continue to use this company for my plumbing needs.Sometimes you need a little help and theyre definitely ready to help. He scheduled a service at our home in 2 days time, but was courteous enough to contact me a few hours later & offer same day service due to a cancellation. I took the appointment & was so glad I did! Cesar & his assistant did a fantastic job! I was informed of the inspection & repair process as well as cost before any work began. The repair was speedy & they left the bathroom clean as well. I had a clogged drain and they sent someone out the same day within a few hours from my phone call. I found the two men, Cesar and Cornelio very professional and nice. One of my kitchen sinks got clogged and it turns out I needed a new garbage disposal. I didnt even realize that it was not working anymore, as I dont usually use it. Cesar explained to me that having the garbage disposal will prevent clogs and other issues. He went and picked up the new garbage disposal at Home Depot and wanted to get a 1/3, but they only had 1/2. So, he was kind enough to still charge me the $319.00 he quoted me before he picked up the new garbage disposal. I felt it was very nice of him to still charge me the same price for a better model. Even though the job turned out to be more than just the $79.00 I was quoted to unclog the sink, I felt it was worth it to have him pick it up at Home Depot. He explained to me that I could get it myself, but the difference would not have been much more if he went to get it and put it in the same day. He gave me a quote of around $100.00 for the garbage disposal cost and waived the $79.00 for the clogged drain. Considering what other plumbing companies charge from looking at reviews, I feel this was reasonable considering the work they had to do to put it in. They did spend around an hour and a half, so I feel it was worth it. He even explained to me how to maintain the garbage disposal to make it last as long as possible. However, Affordable Plumbing was recommended to me by my realtor, so I called them and they responded immediately. Being a caregiver to my elderly father in his home that he has owned for 50 plus years . We started having issues with water leaks due to old plumbing and pipes were clogged. Many thanks to Affordable Plumbing, Rooter and Water Heaters. We recently purchased a used home, and were ready to have the reverse osmosis, water filtration system, and water heater reviewed. The first two have filters, that need replacement periodically. We learned the RO system was more than 15 years old, so we decided to replace it (minimal additional cost compared to only changing filters). The filtration system was up to date. The water heater was drained, and placed on a return schedule for draining. Dalton Howard was prompt for his appointment, helpful, and explained everything he was doing. He also cleaned up the equipment configuration for the RO system under the kitchen sink to provide additional space. We were very happy with the service.

While Ben Thomass quote was not quite the lowest estimate, his presentation and knowledge were excellent.
