This process was amazing from start to finish. The sales person Sean was very helpful helping me choose what would look best in my kitchen. The office called me weekly with updates on the ordering process and when the counters would be in. The installer was an absolute perfectionist taking real pride in his craft. The plumber whom we hired separately to install the new faucet walked in and said, “wow - this is really beautiful “. It all cost maybe half of what new countertops would be. And you would never know it is overlay - they look like we replaced the whole counter. I cannot recommend this company enough! The installation took a day - no ripping out - just installation and it looks like a whole new kitchen! The plumber is here right now so I have not put the kitchen back together yet.

I was super excited to learn of Granite Transformations and the no tear out system they use. We had travertine tile counter tops in all our baths. It was really nice we didnt have to tear all of it out. Mike our installer did a great job and it looks beautiful. So happy who chose to go the no demo route.

June 2024. This is my third project with Granite Transformations. Once again, excellent ratings all around from start to finish. Salesman Sean Mucci is a pleasure to work with. He’s personable and he knows his products. He’ll offer helpful suggestions and options. He knows about financing opportunities as well. Most importantly he is responsive and accessible. He returned all my calls and texts same day. He also was patient (and unfazed) with my change requests. I had confidence knowing I was working with a responsible professional.My installer Tino C. was also a pro. He was on time and worked quickly, neatly and carefully. He took care with the surrounding work areas, let me know what he was doing along the way and left the place neat and clean. He even helped me fix my new phone!The phone staff is helpful and friendly. Scheduling was easy. I wish I had more projects for them! We’ll see…!September 2022. This is my second review of Granite Transformations. My first experience, (reviewed below) was excellent so I was confident using them a second time had the same excellent results. The work was completed on schedule with great quality. Of particular note was the service I received from Sean Mucci my sales representative. Throughout the process and after completion, Sean was always accessible and immediately responsive even on weekends and after hours. His follow up made everything stress free. This is a level of service we hope for but seldom receive. I will continue to complete projects with Granite Transformations and will insist on working with Sean.First review- Working with Granite Transformations was a great experience. All staff was easily accessible and immediately responsive to my calls and texts. The installation technician arrived on time both times to measure and install. He paid attention to detail and was careful around cabinets, floors, etc. There was no mess and the countertop is gorgeous and looks just as I hoped. Great value! I am planning additional projects and look forward to working with Granite Transformations again.

First of all the finished product looks amazing. Tracy took the time to go over every detail with us. She was able to offer her guidance and opinion to ensure everything we picked would not only look great but also sure we’d be happy with it. The installers were very experienced and overall just really nice people. They did an awesome job and went over all the final paperwork with us answering all of our questions. The final product turned out nicer than I even expected. The products are very high quality and the installers are very experienced and professional. I couldn’t have asked for a nicer more talented group of people on top of an awesome product. Just overall great experience. We are thrilled with our kitchen. We can’t stop talking about how great it looks.

I have used Granite Transformation North/West two prior times before. The first was to do new granite counter tops in the kitchen, new cabinet doors and reface the cabinets. My wife and I were so pleased we had them come back and convert a bathtub to shower and bathtub...The people were great the first two times from office staff to the installers. I even got a chance to talk to the owner and his wife a couple of times and both took a real interest in their customers. Due to the other times being great we decided to finish it out and do are second and last bathroom. When I made contact to verify the estimate from six months prior I found out the company had been sold. It was purchased by a big company out of New Mexico. The feeling of we care about our customers appeared to disappear. This was the first thing I noticed. Also the cost had almost double in price which showed me there was no loyalty to a returning customer. I decided to still go with them so that the materials would match what we had previously done. The second biggest reason was the two installers Wes & Eddie that did the install on the first bathroom. They were always on time and and knew what they were doing. They were extremely experienced and knowledgeable of their jobs. I would give them (5) Star reviews on their work.....Its to bad the company changed owners......

I highly recommend Granite Transformations for your kitchen & bath remodel! I tried to upload a photo but my Mac has a mind of its own... This is a great place to work with. I went in and spent an hour with the 2 women in the sales room. Selena was always pleasant and helpful when I called. Actually everyone was. Also when the sales rep came in she spent some time with me helping me. When she came to the house, Leah was pleasant and helpful! BUT, when the installers WES & MANNY came, they were perfect! I had Granite Transformation come in to my home and transformed my Kitchen and Mater Bathroom. When I say Transform i mean they actually made my Kitchen and Bathroom absolutely beautiful. The Tech Wesley R. did a great job. he was very particular of his work making sure everything was done perfect. very friendly and easy to chat with. When I had questions he was able to answer them all. He made sure I was satisfied with the job. And he did not leave until he was satisfied too. Job Well Done!!! We had all of our countertops done – kitchen and 3 bathroom vanities. The installers, Jaime and Brad went the extra mile to make sure that everything came out perfectly. The new kitchen counter overlaid the old one. The bathroom vanities were full replacement of the old countertops. They worked fast and always cleaned up very well. All of the project came out beautiful, thanks to their attention to detail.

We just have completed using granite tops for the kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The installation crew was right on time, helpful, courteous and we are very happy with the results. If you want to improve your home without a long, messy installation, Id suggest you contact these people. One day and a half, a cleanup that did not take long, and were back to normal. Jim is the very knowledgeable sales person that comes to your home, and he has all the answers.

First knowledge of Granite Transformation was through friends who installed their kitchen countertops. The counter tops were very eye catching and our friends truly sold us on Granite Trasnsformatiion. We went to a show where Granite Transformation had a staff and products to look at. We liked what we saw. Our friends suggested going to their showroom in Phoenix. We did and saw other products that we liked.We made appointments for representative to come and give us ideas. We liked Tonys presentation and decided to buy a counter top. It took them about 6 to 8 weeks before they could complete project as they are very busy. Once they started on the project, one week to measure and the next week to complete the installation. Jaime and Reso were excellent installers, friendly and willing to go above and beyond the installation. We appreciate their care to meet our requestis.

I went to their showroom and was really impressed with all that they could do. Tracy was so helpful in my quest to pick out a countertop to go with my floor, walls, and cabinets. I am not good at these things but she is. I love my countertops. I was on a limited budget so could not take advantage of all they offer but what I got I am completely satisfied with. I love my new sink too. The tech that came out to make the template and installers were great, personable, efficient, and very professional while they turned my dream kitchen into a reality. Very much recommend this company Granite Transformation!

This process is painless. Our salesperson came to our house and brought samples. We were able to compliment our counter to the backsplash, floors and cabinets. Then we had the template made and then Mike and his son came and installed our new counters. They are so easy to keep clean, no sealing necessary, just wipe down with Windex. We chose granite for its affordability. Love these guys and highly recommend.

What I realized after comparing many remodeling companies was that I was not comparing apples to apples. You can get a cheaper price if you use slab granite or quartz, especially if it comes from China. The material from Granite Transformations is 95% granite, quartz or glass, it is recycled so doesnt harm the environment and it is non porous. It is also made in Florida! That 5% polymer they add makes it scratch resistant, heat resistant and stain free. Hence the lifetime guarantee!! There is usually no demo of the existing kitchen or bathroom so no mess, short turn around, (one day), and again environmentally friendly. Other companies add in the demo costs, plumbing costs and other costs after your initial quote. Not these these guys. Your first quote is what you are charged unless you make a change order! So if you are comparing, be sure to compare apples to apples. You will be happy you did!

The refacing is beautiful!AND in 2017, we had our kitchen countertops covered with quartzite.Covered, literally. No messy demo and down timeIn the kitchen. They measure your existing countertops precisely, build new ones off-site, and, in our case, came back and installed the new countertops over the old IN ONE DAY.Love this company and recommend it whenever I have the opportunity!

I am absolutely delighted with our new countertop and backsplash. Brad and Jaime did a fantastic job of dealing with the quirks of a 1952 build. (They deserve a $100 bonus from GT.) Their work was meticulous and the attention to detail very impressive. Definitely visit the showroom to get a better perspective as that is what really convinced us to go with GT and we could not be happier with our decision. Sean Mucci, our sales rep, was fantastic. So knowledgeable about the process and he was very patient when we wanted to change the color of the granite we picked for our countertops. He even met me at work to pick up all the extra samples that I borrowed and he helped me pick out the right color of grout to use on the backsplash that we are installing ourselves. I will definitely call Sean first for all of our other remodeling needs that we cannot do ourselves. He was honest, patient, and everything he told us was true. He was not pushy and in fact helped us decide some alternatives to keep the cost down because I have a big kitchen island with an odd shaped breakfast island. Too bad he cant be cloned to do sales for everyone!
