Brian and Jerry were the best designers we could find. Before we even signed the contract, they took the time to create beautiful 3D renderings of how we wanted both baths and our bar to look. The finished result looked exactly like the renderings. Couldnt be more pleased with the outcome.

These guys are amazing!The communication you have with these guys are unprecedented, they really do keep open communication and they are very upfront with anything and everything. They answered any questions I had at anytime. They exceeded my plans I had to remodeled my house especially my bathrooms! It was honestly more than I could ever ask for.I had them crate a mancave for my husband and OMG did they ever blow it out of the water!! Its AMAZING! HE loved it and cannot stop talking about it. They went above and beyond with it and I could not have asked for more.They really did a great job on my new home, I honestly couldnt be happier and if I ever needed anything else done with my house they would be the ones I would call.

I am so glad that I hired Maxum! I met with Stephanie and John and they came out and looked at my master bathroom and got measurements. I had a outdated bathroom and decided it was finally time to upgrade. I went to their showroom in Phoenix to pick out my tile and granite countertop the design they came up was AMAZING!! The install was completed very quickly and was super clean. The installers were professional and the communication was exactly as promised. I am in love with my new Bathroom!! Thanks Maxum!!!

Maxum Design is an excellent company to work with. They are acommadating, they took our vision and presented us with a virtual blue print. This helped us to visualize how our final product might look. We got to play around with it until we were satisfied with the outcome. Even though we changed our initial idea, they took their time to ensure we were happy with the final outcome. We never felt rushed or we were inconveniencing them. Very professional and knowledgeable. Their design studio is beautiful with plenty of samples to work with. They provided us with initial options which is helpful to get us started. But the best was their ability to accept feedback and provide us with options that met our design. We never felt pressured into any decisions. Maxum Design staff takes time to give to give their clients truly what they desire.

I am so glad I decided to go with Maxum for my kitchen remodel. The process from start to finish was obviously a messy task and interesting to get used to with your kitchen torn apart but man were they great. The communication was top notch, the workers kept the space clean as best they could and were very respectful. My questions were always answered on a timely manner and they made it seem like a breeze. I highly recommend them for any of your remodel projects. I will be using them again. Thanks guys!

Working with Maxum Design and Construction has been great. When I was worried my rain shower was not high enough Taylor and John came out within a half hour to discuss. Great response! Designs are awesome! ADA compatible; I have MS. I love the quality execution by construction crew led by James.

We love our new bathroom! From design to clean up Maxum Design and Development was superior! Each day the crew worked long hours to make sure we were satisfied. They were careful to keep the demolition mess contained. The crew and Maxum office staff were always available for questions. The work and materials are high quality. The result is a beautiful room, complete with a barn door. When the project was complete, our bathroom was clean and shiny. We would recommend Maxum Design and Development to anyone !

Maxum is the best. We couldn’t be more pleased with our bathrooms. From the initial contact with John and Taylor, when they came to our house to take measurements, to the final inspection, they were professionals with a personal touch. Within two or three days, a design for the master bath was sent to us for review. The plan was excellent and fit our space perfectly. After a visit to the show room for a detailed discussion, we decided to have both bathrooms remodeled simultaneously. The two professionals who worked on the project, Ricardo and Jose, were extremely skilled and talented. There were no delays, no glitches, everything went smoothly and attention to detail was always in the forefront. The custom-made vanities, cabinets and tiling are exceptional. The most important aspect was the communication between Maxum and us. Everything was open and honest and Maxum delivered. We could not recommend them more for a remodel and will no doubt use them again in the future.
