Rich Egly is the best! He assisted my wife and I with the design for our extensive renovation project in Omaha and was directly involved with every aspect of the plans implementation. We met with Rich daily (sometimes 2-3 times a day) to insure our expectations were being met. He was an invaluable resource for finding the right person for every specific task and his follow up was timely and attentive to every detail. Rich was always pleasant and punctual for meetings. Every day was a good day with Rich. We heartily recommend Rich Egly, without reservation, for new home construction and renovation.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish working with Platinum Home Builders! This homebuilder built our home to perfection in less than 8 months. We demanded a tight timeline and Rich delivered a flawless schedule to make it happen! With nearly 10K sq./ft under roof it was no easy task to build and required attention to detail during every step along the way. Rich was/is the absolute professional that expertly held our hand during every step of the process (land, loan, architect, permits, HOA, contractors, inspections, products/materials, and anything you could think of building a custom home). Having been in our home for over 18 months we have not had one issue. This is a well-built custom home in every way and the professionalism of this company made it happen! Rich’s patience, effort, and expertise throughout the entire process was priceless. We are so fortunate to have found and hired Platinum Home Builders. This is the second home that we have owned that Rich has built. If we were to ever build another home anywhere in the world, we would accept no one but Platinum Home Builders to build it. Rich with two other partners built my home in Cave Creek back in 2008. Its one of the best homes in the area, that is saying a lot, there are many nice homes out here. Ask Rich to see the pictures. I give Rich 5 stars, Hes honest also, thats worth its weight in gold. He gave me a kick back .... $1500.00 when we hit a little hiccup when he would not have had to -- times were difficult back then. I have never forgotten the very honest gesture on his part -- been friends every since. Russ

Rich doesnt play games, he just gives it to you straight which is what I appreciate the most about the process. When its all said and done Rich is just a normal guy who works his a** off. The kind of guy you want to drink an ice cold beer with in your brand new DREAM home.
