I am in the remodeling and design business and work with many vendors. I have worked with Andy at Arizona Floors & More on several of my flooring and tile projects and have had great experiences every time. Besides being friendly and a good listener, Andy has shown excellent communication with me and my customers, is extremely knowledgeable and quick to turn around estimates. His installation teams have done excellent work on my projects. I like working with Andy at Arizona Floors & More to ensure our construction process is smooth and my designs are properly implemented for my customers.

Robert took such good care of us. We had an excellent experience in the store - he didnt try to oversell us - and the technicians who came to our home were efficient and skilled. On another longtime customers recommendation, we used Arizona Floors for the travertine flooring and granite counter tops for our remodel. Nicole was the designer, and she was EXTREMELY helpful. Communication & availability of staff was excellent. Nicoles skill and knowledge was amazing. She knows her stuff, and it helped in countless ways. She worked closely with the supplier of the granite slabs, taking exact measurements of the slabs themselves and crafting a layout for our kitchen that optimized the stone. That way, we only had to purchase two slabs, instead of three, saving us hundreds of dollars. Installation of both floor & counter top was PERFECT. I used to work for a floor covering company, so my standards and expectations were high, but Arizona Floors did not fail. I highly recommend the company to anyone.

I was very impressed with the quality of the product and service we received. There were a couple of issues with the installation, but the company was quick to correct the issues, took full ownership and stood behind both the work and the product. We could have found a cheaper vendor, but I doubt they would have stood behind their work like Arizona Floors. We made the right choice!

We had Arizona Floors install flooring throughout our whole house. After a couple of years...the carpet started to buckle. We contacted Arizona floors who immediately sent the carpet layers out and had our carpet looking like new again. They didnt need to do that since the warranty had expired but they went over and above what we had expected.

David kept us informed , made sure he was onsite while work being done & completed the project in time for guests to arrive! Im a contractor, and this place beats HD, Lowes F&D hands down. The selection is huge. Most everything is a day or two for delivery. Very well organized and easy to find exactly what Im looking for.
