I have had two good experiences with this company. The first was a water heater replacement. I contacted 11 plumbers that specialize in water heaters and Steve was the most affordable (the highest quote was about $2000 more). They (I believe his son and daughter) were here before the allotted time, very courteous, respectful, and completed the job in less than two hours. Same with the second time I used them to install two toilet bowls. There were some delays in communication this time around but overall I would use them again.

These guys were great!! I called a few minutes after 10 PM on a Friday night when I discovered a leak in my ancient hot water heater. I spoke to Steve, got a price, and someone was out by 10 AM Sat with a new unit. Jeff the tech was amazing! Professional, fast, courteous, answered all my questions. Price was very fair. Cant recommend enough!

Jeff was great. He installed a 75 gal AO SMITH along with a thermal expansion tank which, as it turns out, is required for all new water heaters. The water meter in the house does not adjust to flow pressure which may have caused internal damage which, in turn, caused a disaster waiting to happen.He also resoldered the valve which provides water to the furnace humidifier. So far, heater doing its job.This is the second water heater from them. Steve gave us a very fair price compared to our regular plumber and Lowes.

Water was not hot called Water Heater Express & they were able to find that I also had an electrical issue, referred me to an electrician Joey who came out same night corrected the electrical issue and Water Heater Express came back and fixed the temperature of my water heater. The owner constantly stated in for a few days after repairs to ensure I was satisfied; which I was. This is now my new plumber and bc of them I also found an honest Electrician. Thank you for excellent service.

Steve and his awesome crew were amazing. He responded to my service request immediately, he was even willing to come over after hours to get my water heater gas vale replace as soon as possible. While doing the replacement his crew explained to me the entire process so that I could understand why my gas valve went bad. Not to mention that the price for the job was beyond reasonable. Before doing business with him I got multiple estimates from different companies and Steve’s price was much cheaper and great quality work! Thank you for the great service!!!

We just purchased our first home only to find that the hot water was running out in fifteen minutes or less. I started looking into an expensive replacement and contacted Steve for a quote.After hearing the explanation of the problem, he was able to quickly, and correctly deduce the nature of the problem and suggest a solution that saved us thousands.Steve was very friendly and funny, yet he still managed to get the work done in a very short amount of time. We will definitely be calling Water Heater Express when our heater reaches the end of its life.

I had an issue with my water heater where we werent getting hot water on Easter Sunday. I did a search on Google for water heater repairs on Home Advisor and came across Water Heater Express. I filled out the form online and detailed my issue. Within an hour Steve called me back and I explained my issue. He assured me that hed have someone come out the next day by 10am to come out to fix my water heater. I got a text at 9:50 that my technician Jeff was on his way. 10 minutes later he arrived. Jeff was great and was able to see the problem and the water heater was fixed by noon. The price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend these guys if you have an issue with water heater or any plumbing issue.

Steve took my call and was very thorough and helpful over the phone. He arrived on time the next day, and even called while enough route to give me his ETA. My new hot water heater was installed quickly, and Steve and his guys pointed out 2 minor things with my vent and water supply that they fixed on the spot at a more than fair price. They explained eveythever theyd done, and cleaned up well after themselves, something more contractors should do. Thanks again!

Dont make my mistake, call Steve FIRST!I got taken advantage of by another installer putting in an AO Smith 80 gallon that couldnt output 25 gallons of hot water. Steve supported with my efforts to have AO Smith repair/replace and when AO Smith refused to help Steve ripped the old unit out and got me better Bradford White unit on my schedule. Not only that but Steve/Jeff were there every step of of the way to help me with the technical wording of what went wrong with the unit so I could get a refund from AO Smith and the other installer. Steve saved me the headache AND over 2k.Jeff was Steves installer and if you get Jeff youre in great hands.Genuinely honest, responsive and beyond helpful.

Steve saved the day! I went down to my basement to find water coming from my water heater. Apparently the bottom rusted out. I searched the internet and listed my problem. I was contacted very quickly. I described the problem, gave the size and serial number. Steve texted me quote with warrant information and time he will be at my home. The next day I had a new water heater. He was very professional, careful getting the water heater in place and extremely knowledgeable. I even learned a few things. I am very pleased with the service and the product. I do recommend giving Water Heater Express a call when in need.

I read the reviews in homeadvisor, before looking at Google which only had two review of two apparently pissed off people. Home advisor has over 400 reviews for them and 95% are either 4 or 5 stars so they must be doing something right. I called Water heater express on Sunday morning and in 2-2.5 hours it was done which would have been faster except for an electrical breaker problem that connected to the water heater. THe work was quick, clean, professional and I will recommend them to anyone who needs a water heater replaced or repaired. I choose them partially based on the home advisor reviews and partially for the fact they have been in business for 15 years and they only do water heater stuff, not HVAC or other home improvement work.

Steve is awesome. I called him on Sunday because my water heaters are 17 years old and have lived beyond the expected lifespan by about 5 years. Its only a matter of time before they leak. Steve gave me a very fair price to install and remove the old heaters. His technician, Jeff, arrived on time Monday and installed both in about two hours. He also recommended to replace the expansion tank, which also has a limited lifespan. I did so and he had one on the truck. Smart move! saved another visit and repair. These guys are amazing. Quick, smart, and did the work perfectly. I used to install my own water heaters, so I know when work is done right. I can rest easy for another 12 years before I call him again!

I reached out to this company on Angies List and they responded very quickly. Steve was knowledgeable and knew exactly what I would need based on the pics I sent him and he gave me a very fair price as well as ETA. The service tech Jeff showed up an hour early and finished my project in very little time, which included removing my old water heater and replacing it as well as reconnecting my stoves gas line. He also cleaned my chimney clean out and tested everything to make sure it was working properly. Honestly, im never going to seek another company for a water heater issue. They get 10 stars from me. I will be referring them to everyone I know. Awesome job, very professional and courteous.
