We had a cast iron pipe with a crack in it behind our wall in the living room. Garrett came out, located the crack in the wall, traced it out to a good section of pipe, and got right to work. removed the old and installed new pvc and even replaced a copper water line that had a fitting leaking all in one day by himself. he clearly takes pride in his work and we as a customer appreciate that!

Bryan was outstanding. He came to our home in Philadelphia to install a faucet and garbage disposal and was very professional and communicative. Unfortunately there was a problem with the faucet we had purchased, but Bryan did his best to repair it. When that became impossible, he didn’t give up, but went out to purchase a new one and installed that one instead. Bryan stayed patient and professional throughout seven hours(!) and we were super happy with the result.

Had a great experience with the technician Mike from Davis Home Services. I live in the Northeast section of Philadelphia. Due to all the rain we had recently my basement had a terrible flood. He was extremely quick in assessing our system, asked for my preferences and (knowing nothing of water tanks) gave simple and clear education before providing multiple quotes. The installation was timely and utterly professional. When the job was done he ran my husband through the work and how to make adjustments then cleaned up leaving no evidence of work having been done. Following his departure, in the emailed invoice, he included detailed pictures of the changes because nothing to hide and transparency fosters trust. Thank you Ian and Davis Home Services!!

Davis and Azeez area lifesaver. We had urgent toilet issues so we called a few area plumbers but a couple couldnt come for different reasons but Davis said they could do it and Azeez was here in West Philly within an hour and a half on a Saturday morning of a holiday weekend! I also loved the text notifications and tracker. Azeez arrived promptly, listened well to the issues and then fixed all issues within an hour. He was very professional and I would absolutely call Davis again and request Azeez.
