Incredibly grateful for the rapid response, clear communication, and quality work from these folks.Radiator pipe completely burst, and we were on a severe time budget to get it fixed. We’re fairly capable DIYers, so we did all the demo and diagnosis ourselves — but although we intended to perform the repair as well (and had exactly the right plan for it), removing the damaged pipe was more intensive than we’d anticipated and fell outside our skill/comfort range.Called Best Choice on Wednesday, and they got an estimator out to us later that same day — at no cost, since we’d already diagnosed the problem. Talked through the issue and our proposed fix with the estimator, who affirmed that we had exactly the right idea, but proposed a slightly more comprehensive and sure-fire repair that still minimized demo (which was a big priority). We were fully on board with the proposed work, and he gave a tentative quote on the spot, and it was right under our (hopeful) budget.Called back on Friday to schedule, and they squeezed us in for service the very next day. The tech performed the repair flawlessly, despite the sudden cold snap. We also weren’t crazy: the pipe was indeed *that* difficult to remove, but he persevered and got it done! All the work was exactly as intended and looked beautiful, and the radiator system has been seamlessly heating the house (with zero leaks) ever since. The estimate was also right on the money, no surprise costs. Great experience all told.

Stan and Alex were fantastic!! They came right away my boiler broke and replaced it immediately. They were very nice and thorough and made sure to check that everything was working perfectly before they left. They also made sure I understood how to use my new thermostat. I called Monday (11/11/24) on Veterans Day inquiring about a laundry rough in installation, the customer service over the phone was great and straight to the point, I spent maybe 5 or so minutes and was scheduled the very next day, We were greeted by one of their best technicians Pat, Pat was exceptionally professional, He analyzed the best possible location for the installation, gave us a quote and even managed to do the install the same day! The work was extremely neat and he even walked us through each step as to how he would complete this installation. Pat showed he was truly knowledgeable and willing to get this done for us today ! Outstanding service call. Was a little complicated due to the property being a mobile home. All the plumbing and connections are underneath the home. Leak repaired at a fair price. Just hope it holds. We are thinking of getting the entire home re-plumbed. Instead of running the job underneath, run the pvc inside the house. We were at a mobile home in Jersey a couple years ago and that’s how they did it. They covered the piping with neat looking crown molding. Give me a call and possibly Jim could come on out for an estimate.

I contacted Best Choices and lucky that I able to have the Best Technician name Michael ..He found out and fixed the problem right a way LOL Michael I wish that you are the one should doing the works from beginning .

Had Best Choice put in a new water supply line on a residential property.The whole process was pretty smooth. Christian came out and gave me an estimate a few hours after I called.The work was scheduled and completed about a week after down payment was received.Anthony and Jarron came out to do the line. They were both good to work with. I ask a lot of questions and annoyingly hover around when the work is being done. Jarron went above and beyond answering all my questions and although he probably thought I was annoying watching him work he didn’t let it show.The estimate was a little higher than I wanted to pay but when it was all said and done I would still recommend them and call them again in the future.Line came with a five year warranty.

The young guy Pat R. Was very professional and knowledgeable of the work he was doing. I appreciated his work. I wound only make a suggestion that is to give an approximate time window instead of a set time. I was scheduled for 2pm with a call 30 mins prior to arrival however, my technician didnt call/text until after 3:00pm and he arrived sometime after 3:30pm When I called at 2pm to see what happen because I didnt get a call around 1:30pm 30 mins prior to appt time. I was told he was at a job and there was one other person ahead of me. So this is not a huge deal but its worth a mention. This way the clients time isnt wasted. I was able to run a quick errand after the phone call informing me of my spot in line. I hope they would consider this suggestion for future clients. Aside from that my experience was great! My stumbling onto BCPHs was not a coincidence. it was Devine intervention. What a great find! I had an external clogged drain, which had been snaked by a previous plumber, who was ill equipped and prepared to charge me $$$ to replace and repair pipes and fixtures. That was not the case at all. BCPHs technicians arrived at my home earlier than quoted, assessed the problem, went to work and fixed several issues, all with in a very short amount of time. Don & Trevor were my experts! They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and the service was very affordable. Listen to me when I tell you that they are the best kept secret in the Tri-State area, Residential and Commercial!!! I’ve owned my house in Queen Village for 15 years. For several years I tried different plumbers. Several years ago I stumbled on Best Choice and have used them ever since. I’ve had some very small projects like installing new faucets and some bigger ones like an ejection pump for a below grade bathroom. Today is was a leaking toilet that I discovered last night by seeing water marks on the ceiling. Every time BC responded quickly. They always gave fair estimates up front and never changed price. Work has always been done well. Today a technician, Mike G, arrived early AM. He diagnosed the problems, gave us options and prices. Then he gave his recommendation and came back with an estimate. Tim from Best Choice Plumbing came out to our condo building to fix a leak in the basement. He was tireless in trying to find the source of the leak. Checked the pipes in 3 apartments, then had the idea to carve out a small piece of drywall in one of the kitchens. And lo and behold, the pipe problem was right in the newly exposed area! He replaced a band of the pipe, and the leak problem was solved. I appreciate his perseverance and instincts as to where to look for the source of the leak. The whole job was done in one afternoon.

Im a tenant and my landlord is THEE BEST. He called, they came the same day to inspect. Disclaimer, the gas co had to mark and they had to wait for the permit to start digging outside. Dont know how long that usually takes. But when their 4 man crew got here, they worked non stop until it was completed.P.S. they dont clean after themselves. Water bottles were left in the basement, dirt and mud was tracked from the basement steps, through the kitchen and out the back door. Nothing inside was swept or wiped down. AND I JUST DELETED THE PHOTOS LAST EVENING. Cleaning out my phone.
