    I called on Monday for maintenance on my home heater and they came Tuesday morning. They explained two options of what they would recommend, gave me a quote and did the work all within a few hours. Im satisfied with their work and they were careful to clean up after finishing.     I got several quotes from plumbers and the manager, Anthony came out for a quote for a new boiler. He was down to earth and honest and from the start offered me the best of the other companies for a price. To be fair; they all eventually tried to haggle me down to where Guaranteed was but Guaranteed just gave the lowest from the start without haggling. They came out and did a good job and cleaned up. Now we have heat again. I am so happy with their service so they are coming out to install a sewage backup valve tomorrow. Thanks Guaranteed and thanks Anthony!

    I don’t often write reviews but was so pleased by the service that I received on 10/15/2024. This service provided by John and Keith was truly outstanding. I was so overwhelmed by it being so much work but they assured me that it could be fixed. The outcome is amazingly different. Secondly, the respect for my home was top-notch. They were concerned about the work areas and made sure they cleaned up while working. They both were professional, friendly and fast. I can’t stop looking at the work.     Ive been using Guaranteed plumbing for at least 15 years. They are the best. I first chose them for their name because quality matters most to me. They have probably done 15 to 20 jobs for me over they years, some big, some small and in multiple properties. Always top notch.

    After trying out several plumbers to fix various projects in our 100yr old house, weve found our dream company in Guaranteed Plumbing. They had come out once before and done good work, but this time around we had an emergency downpour of water in our living room ceiling due to a faulty (and incorrect) steel-to-copper connection. Troy and Devon came out within the hour and were able to quickly assess the problem. Although the initial culprit was easy to spot, the solution took quite a bit of ceiling/wall/floor opening due to the location of the pipe within the cement under the bath and it ended up being a 3-day project. That said, Ill always prefer a job be done right over fast. Case-in-point, in the investigative process, Troy was able to identify it would be more efficient to abandon the previous line and rerout the water line through new PEX lines. During the installation, he was also able to remove multiple shark-bite connections, therefore saving us from future failures. As mentioned, this is a 100yr old house and so there were some funky things going on with the plumbing, but I really appreciate a plumber that can tell me with a straight face how bad previous work was and then making it right. Guaranteed Plumbing, especially Troy and Devon, will always be my first call for any plumbing need from now on!

    I had a very positive experience with Guaranteed. We had a sewage pipe leaking into our basement - I called at 7am and there were techs out by 9am. They diagnosed the issue (though it is $125 for each cut of drywall), and came back next day to do the work. They were very clean, on time, and I really appreciated their ability to fix the problem so quickly.

    Guaranteed Plumbing & Heating installer a new furnace in our Victorian family home with radiators. They came the same day we called them about our old one developing a leak. Within 2 weeks they ordered, delivered and installed the new one! The entire process took 4 days over the week between Christmas and New Year and included working on Saturday to take advantage on the higher temps we had during the week.Joe (the lead technician) is very knowledgeable and experienced in radiator heating, which is not so common. The consistency of working with him (he serviced our old system, previously) was a huge relief as he is very meticulous and trust worthy. I strongly recommend him and the company!

    Good customer service. Job was quick. They cleaned up after them selves and went over and beyond. They only had to change pipes, but they they hooked up appliance. Used them before for a leak that was leaking for 20 years. Noone could fix. They fixed in a 1hr in 15mins. GREAT JOB!

    My mom got work done in her basement. They had to remove the pipe in the floor out to the street and replace them. They also replaced the stack pipe.     We bought a new AC unit from another company, who took complete advantage of us. The initial problem was water leaking in the basement from our AC unit. As it turns out, a new unit was not needed in the first place as we were told. 2 weeks after the installation, water was leaking in the basement AGAIN. Since the initial company refused to rectify the matter, we were told to call a plumber, when plumbing is listed as a service they provide. I called Guaranteed and the name says it all. They were out the very next day and fixed all of our issues with complete professionalism. They were knowledgeable and courteous to our situation and even apologized for the mess left by the other company. Who does that nowadays, Guaranteed does, because they actually care! They turned this complete nightmare around. I could not be happier that we finally found a plumber who is open, honest and who does not try to take advantage of the average Joe.     Had not one but two major drainage issues on a weelend. Called around and got messages & a male who said sometime Monday. Then I called Guaranteed Plumbing. The lady told that that someone would call with an hour. I called the call & the guy showed up 20 minutes later. Took care of the toilet issue and put everything back & cleaned around his work site. The next day the washer drain backed up. Called Guaranteed again. Same guy came out & took care of that problem & again cleaned up his work site. We were leaving on a vacation on Tuesday.     Needed a new pipe under my bathroom sink and while the job was done well and in a timely manner, I’m pretty sure I got Covid from the guys who were here. I’m not being accusatory, but I mask diligently outside of the house and am kicking myself for not doing so while strangers were in my home. Considering this line of work requires consistent interaction with strangers, I think it would be good business practice to encourage employees to wear (high quality) masks when entering others’ homes as a precaution and protection for themselves and those they come in contact with.

In desperation, my husband called a different company that clearly price gouged us, sent two plumbers over two days and, between them spent an hour and a half and couldnt fix the problem.     I had a great experience with Guaranteed Plumbing! I will recommend them to all my friends if they have a plumbing issue. I have had all sorts of contracting companies do work over the 10 years I have been in my house they are at the top!-They did a Great Job on the work! I had a leak in an old pipe behind a wall. They were able to find it quickly and show me the issue.-They were very clean, they wore those booties to keep your house clean, they put down tarps to catch any drywall etc. They also took any and all trash with them after the job was complete.-They were very diligent after they completed the work. They stayed to make there were no more leaks once the water was turned back on.-The pricing was very reasonable.Keep this number handy folks, you need it when you have a plumbing problem. They will come to the rescue. 5 Stars!

    Tenant sent me a text at 7:00 that heat wasnt coming out of vents. I saw the text just after 8 and immediately called Guaranteed and told them the problem.     The gentlemen that came to snake our drain was so informative and timely. We had an emergency leak after our garbage disposal became clogged.     Fast, courteous and reasonable.I had a such a terrific experience with this company this week, I had to review them. We woke up early in the morning to find a broken pipe in our bathroom. I called Guaranteed Plumbing around 9am and asked them if they could come out. The dispatcher was very nice and said they could get us onto to the schedule for the same day. Sure enough, called minutes later to say their truck was in route.Two experience, polite plumbers arrived at my house and quickly found the problem, repaired it and cleaned up after themselves.     Awoke Saturday morning to a burst water heater and immediately called Guaranteed Plumbing who have been to my house in the past. Teresa in the office was quick to get me on the schedule and followed up with an ETA update as promised. Jim (junior) showed up on time and was totally professional as far as the removal of the old unit and installation of the new unit. He worked non-stop with no playing on his phone as you constantly see people doing these days. When done, Jim checked to ensure everything was working properly with no drips, etc., and he cleaned up perfectly. Thank you Jim and thank you Guaranteed for a job well done.
