Excellent Service AGAIN!We have been dealing with Summers Quality Services for over 30 years, for everything from heating and cooling to plumbing and installing plumbing fixtures. We wouldnt THINK of going anywhere else, and we continue to recommend them to all of our neighbors and friends. They can be a tad pricey, but you get what you pay for, and in this case it means that they bring to the table a very professional yet friendly staff who does not leave your home until the job is checked and rechecked to your complete satisfaction, backed by their no-hassle follow-up policy as needed. You really, REALLY shouldnt call anyone else for a job well done!

I have had the pleasure again of working with Summers Quailty Service on my current Project. Summers preformed the Gas and HVAC scope of work for me. One employee that really stood out was Ming En Zhang. Ming En Zhang would show up early and stay late. He did whatever it took to get the job done. He was great to be around. Very knowledgeable of his trade and very reliable. I hope the next job I work on Summers Quailty Service and Ming En Zhang are apart of.All of Summers employees are professional and efficient. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for plumbing, gas or HVAC services.

Existing 21 year old high velocity ac unit failed in the beginning on June.Dean came out and spent an hour scoping out the project. I had 2 other estimates for this job and Summer was the most affordable. After deposit I was quickly put on their schedule when material arrived.Their team was easy to work with and did a great job. As an electrical contractor I was happy with the neatness with the install.They took extra measures in wearing foot guards and tarps for clean up.Very satisfied with their service and will use them again in the future.Thanks guys.

He called around to several different companies to find the correct probe that was not included with the parts that he needed to fix the heater. And when he found a company that had the correct probe to solve the problem. He drove to Pennsauken, NJ to get the part that helped to complete the job. Finally, he made me feel at ease and answered all my questions , I asked about the heater.

The only reason they didnt get five stars was because they were late and I had to call them for an update. Other than that, Kyle was awesome. They are now my new HVAC and plumbing company.

The installers did a professional, quality job and were very patient with our dogs, but there is something that needs to be addressed. This should have been a quicker, easier install but due to lack of communication between the workers and the office, they did not have the right part(s) on hand. They were misinformed by the office. Please try to resolve this as now there is another customer who did not receive service today and thats not acceptable.Thanks guys. I have been using and been impressed with Summers for ten years. And last week, I met Matt Bryman. He is their crown jewel!!! He spent four days figuring out and then repairing a broken pump in my home. He is an expert in his field, had a brilliant bed-side manner as he gave me hard to hear updates, but he was invest as I was as finding and fixing my plumming issue. I can not say enough about him. I have made it clear to Summers that any plumming issue I want Matt. Matt is the silver lining in any plumming issue.

My AC recently went out, in the middle of a heatwave. By the time I had my appointment with Summers Quality Services, I had already gotten a few estimates, knew what was wrong (the compressor died) and felt like I had a ballpark idea of what needed to happen and what I needed to pay.To be fully balanced in this review, if there are any areas of improvement with Summers Quality Services, its their promptness and that admin needs a bit of an upgrade. After being told the technician would be out by 10am at the latest, he was definitely a solid 40 mins late.But, I feel Summers Quality Services strengths definitely outweigh their challenges. The technician, Rich, explored the most cost effective and smallest repairs thoroughly first, and actually did NOT give me an answer right there, instead saying he needed to give the information to the owner to research a bit more.Later on, John, the owner, called me directly and explained that they needed to replace the whole unit. They ordered one quickly and even offered to come out to my place ON A SUNDAY, at NO EXTRA CHARGE. John said they were booked three weeks in advance, but it was a pretty simple job (3 hrs) and he knew it was hot out, so he was willing to do it. THAT is customer service, folks.John and another technician came out on Sunday and were prompt (fair is fair) and did a thorough and efficient job removing the old unit and installing the new one. They explained everything they were doing and even programmed my thermostat for me.And on top of this stellar customer service, Summers offered the fairest price by far (HALF what the first company quoted me.)I would highly recommend Summers Quality Services. They are courteous, fair, trustworthy, and really good at what they do.

We were so pleased with their service we used them to install a boiler in our home 7 years ago. Today was the first time we used their plumbing service and were not disappointed.
