Great experience. I had them replace my hot water heater. They asked for pictures upfront to be able to give me a more specific quote, were very responsive and answered all my questions, and cleaned up the area when they were done. Highly recommend.

Im new to Philly and John gave me straightforward and honest pricing to install a new garbage disposal and ready my kitchen for a new dishwasher. He showed up on time, cleaned up the work area when he was done, and was also really chill to hang with during the day while he worked. I was having trouble with my backyard drain. Every time it rained I had a giant puddle in my backyard and a leak in my basement. So I gave these guys a call. I got an immediate response and scheduled them to come look at it. When they arrived they weee very professional and knowledgeable. It really sounded like they knew what they were doing. They pinpointed the problem almost immediately. They gave me a really great quote and even worked out a manageable payment plan to get it done. Long story short they dug up the yard, replaced the pipe and replaced the cement all in a day. They left it looking clean and brand new like they were never there. At first I was skeptical because it was done so fast but I haven’t had a puddle or a leak since. They’re my go to for any problems from here on out.

After just purchasing a newly renovated home, I had a terrible leak and wasn’t sure where it was coming from. Splash technicians came out right away to temporarily stop the leak. The full job was completed the following day and I haven’t had an issues since. The guys they sent out were friendly and explained everything in detail to me. I never felt pressured and learned a lot about my house.

Michelle was very informative on helping me with my problem. I sent her pictures and the next morning she got someone to come check out my drain. It was less than 10 mins and my problem was solved. I’m very happy and the guys were very nice and informative. Definitely would call them agian on future problem.

I Called spalsh Drain & Sewer because my outside water spicket wouldnt stop leaking john told me to send him pics of the problem he came out same day & installed a new outdoor spicket & insulated the pipes also looking forward to have him do more work soon highly recommend this company.

Fantastic workmanship! This was the third and last plumber I had to call to fix multiple plumbing issues at my home. My only regret is not calling them first…so don’t make the same mistake I did, call Splash!

Splash responded on a Sunday evening. I called a dozen plumbers when my water heater failed, Splash was the only one who said they would be right there. John showed up an hour with a new water heater an hour after that i had hot water my basement was clean and the job was done
