My water heater started leaking and I called my Home Warranty and it was assigned to Rod Plumbing. Before I could put my phone down I got a call from Rods plumbing and was scheduled for the next day. I advised them that my daughter had a 10am appointment and if there was any time available before then. To my surprise they had availability. The crew arrived at my home around 9:15am. Very very polite, professional, and considerate that my daughter had an appointment. He replaced the valve on my water heater in no time. He was very informative with everything that he was doing. I must say this was a very pleasant and quick fix. I will hands down recommend Rods Plumbing to all my friends and family. Thank you.

I booked a service call through my warranty company on a Sunday and was assigned to Rod Plumbing. The owner got back to me at 10am Monday and was professional and kind and willing to book service for early Tuesday. But by then my leak situation was getting worse and I would have been risking more serious damage to get the small benefit the warranty would cover for my problem, so I ended up canceling the warranty appointment and booking an emergency plumber instead. The owner of Rod Plumbing called to follow up with me to make sure I had what I needed, which I appreciated. So I cant speak to the in-home service experience but for me the phone interactions were positive and helpful.

Rod Plumbing was sent via my American Home Shield home warranty as a secondary review of my leaking water heater my basement after I refused a previous diagnostic evaluation performed by a plumbing company out in 1760 Costner Dr. in Warrington PA. Eric was extremely professional, punctual, and absolutely knowledgeable on what the problem was and how to quickly repair the source of my appliance after the primary contractor was charging me $ 1,600.oo to fix the water heater due to a “Secondary Damage” caused by a leaking hose. When Eric arrived at my home (earlier than the time I had requested), he knew on the spot what to do and got straight to work. He handled the matter in an expedited, and clean way using top of the nudge parts. He worked vigorously and in the count of a little more than 30 minutes I was on my way back to work that day. All I have to say is that Rod Plumbing is the best plumbing contractor I’ve had since I bought my house 10 years ago. Thank you greatly Eric.

Yesterday, I contacted American Home Shield to get a leak taken care of. They dispatched Rod Plumbing. The two plumbers who came were Joe and AJ. They came in, identified the issue, and were able to get the issue fixed. Joe explained every step of the process and gave some other great pointers and tips. They were courteous and professional. I would recommend these two any time.

Please do not listen to the reviews this a great company. They went above and beyond to help resolve my plumbing issues. They were contracted through AHS warranty. They are the best company that is contracted through AHS. I really appreciated their service and highly recommend them!!
