We had a gas leak emergency (fire department came out, house evacuated, etc...) from a dryer install due to a faulty shut-off valve. Knowing that our gas was shut off, the plumber came within 2 hours of when I called. The job was more extensive due to the pipe next to the valve needing to be replaced as well, and they were courteous, up front with the cost, and provided a gas leak test at no extra charge. Additionally, the professional who installed our dryer did not do a good job, and even though it was not Precision Pluss fault that the dryer wasnt set up properly, they wanted to properly set us up, and came out promptly to address it at no extra cost. Good follow-through.

I contacted Precision Plus for the first time and I was extremely pleased with their service. All in the same day, they came to diagnose a clog in one of my toilets and then replaced the toilet as well as a 2nd one I had. They even worked with me on the pricing which made it very affordable. Their techs are very hard workers and are very respectful. I did find out that one of the toilet tanks was not installed tight enough but I called them back at 5:00 PM and they were back in my house by 6:30 the same night….no charge.I would highly recommend them to anyone who has a plumbing need.

Highly recommend this business. Had a broken faucet and a leaking supply like due to rust and age. Was looking for someone to come out and replace both the supply line and faucet. Was looking online for different places when I noticed this place. Made a call the lady that answered the phone was very professional took my information and with in a few minutes someone called me back. I told home whats was wrong with my kitchen sink he gave a time and date he would come out to take a look one he was he he was also very professional and friendly look at everything and also informed me that I needed pipes for my sink. He gave me a price and then told I can either pay up front or make monthly payments with no down payment. I thought about and went went the monthly payments. The service they use checked my credit and gave me an amount I could use for the repair and anything else I need done.Took no less then an hour for home to replace everything for a text message with the amount I owed used wisetrack to pay for the repair and he left. I start the payment next month.

If I could give Derrick 11 stars I would. He has worked at my house several times and has always been wonderful but this took the cake. He had to replace 15 feet of caste iron sewer pipe - part of which was embedded in the wall. He was on time, incredibly couteous, had the whole job done in 3 hours and left my basement cleaner than when he started.

I am deleting my review because it was not Precision Plumbing that did the service for my mother. It was Precision Tech and they only use Precision Plumbing on their business card. They not only ripoff seniors, but they also setup their business cards to read like they are a different company. If I would not have went to check my review and see the response, I would not have dug further into the company name. They are apparently using your good service to their advantage because they absolutely cover up their true company name unless you really dig for it. I’m sorry for the confusion and the real company used is Precision Tech in Manalapan.

When our furnace quit working on a cold January night, Derrick came the next morning and gave our 60-plus years old furnace its last rites and told us we needed a new furnace. He and his helper put in a new furnace over the next 2 days, even coming out during a snow storm to finish the job so we could have heat before the forecasted -10 degree wind chill hit us the next night. Great friendly service.

Derek was very on time, maybe slightly early and was very thorough about the work he has too do. The job was expensive but I think reasonable considering he had to unclogged my sewer connection from all the wet wipes we foolishly used. Just because wipes are listed as flushable does not mean that they are. Derek had to pull junk out from under the toilet, from the shower drain and our sewer line to the city. It was a big job and it required someone like Derek. Also his “bedside matter” was excellent. He made a stressful and embarrassing situation like no big deal. I highly recommend.Please understand that jobs like this are supposed be expensive and it would go a long way, to get past your sticker shock and trust Derek.UPDATE JUNE 1st 2023: Very helpful and fast. Good at communicating and will continue to request his services when needed in the future.

I was experiencing a bathroom leak from the second floor which caused water damage to my living room ceiling on the first floor. Derrick trouble shot the problem and found the leak was coming from my second floor toilet. The leak was below the toilet and in between the living room ceiling. He did a excellent job of opening a small hole in the living room ceiling and identified where the leak was coming from. He did a nice job of cleaning up the plaster that came from the ceiling opening. The repair was quickly made to the toilet piping. He was very polite and explained what was occurring during the repair process. I would definitely use his services again and would recommend his company to others.
