This place and their employees are professional, kind, and knowledgeable. My heater pressure was high, my backyard drain was flooded, and my second floor faucet was running slow. Bob really helped fix these issues and explained everything he was doing in a way I understood. I felt condident in Bob and I trust him and this company 100%. This is my go to place and I recommend them to all my friends and family!

When I was experiencing issues with my home MTD Drains was the only plumber that actually listened to me, without trying to add additional unnecessary services to the bill. As a widow of a construction worker it was refreshing to be respected and not degraded. Bob and his workers were polite, friendly and efficient. The house was left in great shape with the very minimum of construction mayhem. Bob followed up several times to make sure all the work was satisfactory.

A friend recommended MTD to me as our basement flooded to a biblical level every time we washed a dish, flushed a toilet or took even a quick shower. The utility basin had turned into Old Faithful. Im admittedly a novice but still tried a few home remedies first. Exercises in futility. All turned out to be about as useless as a drum in bluegrass. As I was gathering animals by the pair, I reached out to Bob at MTD. The receptionist there was my initial contact. She was super personable and a great listener. I later learned this was the master plumbers wife. She put Bob immediately in touch with me and I was all set for an appointment first thing the following morning. It was nice to be prioritized when I was at wits end. Bob arrived on time and ready to get me into the solution. He had great energy and was also very personable and down to Earth. He didnt try to confuse me with cryptic plumber terminology or dizzy me with needless upselling. He simply assessed my situation in an accessibly professional manner and quickly fixed it without ever once exposing the dreaded, oft-joked about plumbers crack. Turned out to be a nasty, very stubborn blockage. All in all, it took less than an hour and the price was quite reasonable. Bobs a class act, even my cats liked him, and they are fine judges of character, so I would call on him again without hesitation if and when another plumbing problem arises from the murky depths. Gratitude!

Let me just say that Bobby and his team did a fantastic job!! 👏 😁It seems that the previous owner of my house messed the pipes in the basement which caused my basement to have some leaking problems. Bobby was contacted and he was able to come 1st thing in the morning to check the issue out. When he came he gave me his professional opinion and provided possible solutions. He provided me a (reasonable) estimation for the services. I am doing this review a week after because I wanted to observe if there was still any problems but so far everything is great 😊 . I’ve to say that I had the best experience with this company, and its services. They were on time, communicative and pricing was within my budget. I plan to contact this company for any future problems and also will make sure to recommend my family, friends and co workers to MTD Drains LLC Plumbing. ☺️👏

Had a major leak in my basement and they were able to come out the next day. The replaced my pipes for a great price and when they found another issue they were able to fix it also at a great price. I feel like other companies would have taken an advantage to jack up the price but they didnt. I will definitely hire MTD Drains again!

MTD drains showed up within 48 hours and promptly diagnosed the issue. Bob made it a point to double check the entire line with his scope and let us know the full work that was needed. We called other plumbers and they wouldn’t even show up or wouldn’t commit to doing it and Bob promised to be there in a day and did the work. He was incredibly professional and did great craftsmanship. Use MTD drains if you want your plumbing headaches taken care of quick.

MTD Drains are great! I called mid morning and they came out right away. I cannot tell enough how much I appreciate that! Unfortunately, I have a pretty big messy issue with the drain but these guys worked so hard to fix the problem. They are friendly and courteous. Just real good neighborhood guys. Very knowledgeable! Great service. These guys were highly professional. Also, the amount of work that needed to be done, they charged a great price for. Another thing to note, they got everything done pretty fast. Gave me a throurough rundow/walk through of the work they did after everything was completed. Great communication, great business overall. 10/10! Will be calling them again for future projects .

Great experience. They are able to problem solve because my home is old and job did not go as smoothly as planned. My plumbing issues where the main valve in the home and new tub faucet. Job was done about 5 months ago and everthing is working great. I would hire Rob again.

We had Bob out to snake our drain in our home. Upon pulling pounds of tree roots out of the drain, he had informed us that we would need to have our line to the sewer replaced as it was infiltrated with roots. They got the necessary permits from the city, And came out at the time they said they would. I had such a pleasant experience having M.T.D come out and handle the issue that arose at a rental property. They were quick in responding to my call and promptly showed up on location. Every person I spoke with was courteous and professional. I highly recommend them. Finally, a Plumbming company that doesn’t try to take advantage of its customers or over change. The pricing was very fair and their follow up with their customers is great as well. Very nice down to earth company with good values!

Hot Water Heater was leaking, called MTD Drains. Bob told me to shut the valve off. It was late on a Friday,supply house was closed, he said he be at my house in the morning with new hot water heater, he was at my house by 9:00am. Gave me a great price. My experience with MTD Drains was an awesome experience. Called them and they came out to snake my sewer line same day. Unfortunately, my sewer line was completely broken and had to replace the pipe front porch to curb. Scheduled that, they took care of everything and they came out exactly on time on scheduled date. The job was completed same day with minimal damages to my concrete and front porch. I def would call them again for other plumber services. Highly recommend.
