    I had my plumbing needs taken care of by KCS Plumbing. In my shower, the cold water handle broke off which I was using a pliers to turn it on and off. I needed help because this leaked water all the time. However, that was just one problem. My other problem was that my kitchen sink faucet wobbled all the time to a point where it seems like it was going to fall off. Plus the pipes underneath were in a ā€œTā€ shape with no trap. I needed help.KCS Plumbing sent Wayne to help me. He was very knowledgeable! He did an excellent job taken care of both issues. I now have a beautiful shower handle. Plus, I am so happy with my kitchen sink. The faucet doesnā€™t wobble anymore. I now have a trap and the pipes underneath my sink look the way theyā€™re supposed to look. I am a very satisfied customer. I will be looking to them for any future plumbing needs.

    I have used KCS Plumbing a few times over the last few years for plumbing needs. This time it was a clogged drain and pipe insulation. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Tyson came in and told me exactly what needed to be done and the plan to get it done. He went above and beyond to make sure the job was completed. He effectively communicated his time frame and got everything done on time.

    Called KCS plumbing last week and got no answer but seconds later I got a call back from Tyson to schedule an appointment for 10 am. A half HR later I got an another call from Tyson sayin g he cleared schedule and could come early and he did. When he got to my property he assessed the problem went to get the parts he needed and was right back to start the job and finished pretty quickly. Heā€™s was professional the entire time and was very likable. I would hire him again in the future.Thanks Tyson

    Came home on a late Sunday night to a gas leak. Great! Called around for service that evening, and received a call back from KCS Plumbing. They showed up bright and early the next morning to fix the issue within a few hours. They were extremely professional, very knowledgeable and informative. Pricing was also reasonable.     I saw a KCS Plumbing video on TikTok and it was perfect timing as we had been experiencing some slow drainage issues and I wanted to have someone come to take a look. Wayne came out and he was thorough in assessing the issue at hand. It turns out we had an issue with our sump pump and also a clogged drain. Wayne worked quickly and carefully, he was respectful of our home and clear in how he explained the reason for our drainage issues. He had everything sorted out in a little over an hour, and things seem to be back to normal following his departure. Thank you, Wayne, and KCS Plumbing!

    KCS and Tyson were wonderful! Our kitchen ceiling started raining and Tyson was at our house within the hour and figured out what was wrong. He answered all our questions, and was honest about what needed to be repaired and what could wait. He came back first thing the next morning and fixed everything within just a few hours, and he cleaned up after himself! KCS and Tyson were both a pleasure to work with- I would give them 10 stars if I could!

    Received a notice from the city about continuous running of water somewhere in my house. Turned out to be an outdoor hose bib. Called around to numerous plumbers, mostly leaving voicemails. KCS plumbing answered my phone immediately and dispatched someone to go take a look at it within 30 minutes of my conversation with them. Tyson called me, diagnosed the problem, told me he could fix it because he had the parts on him and less than two hours, everything was done. I have never received such prompt and excellent service. Hopefully I wonā€™t have another plumbing issue, but if I do, I know who I will call. Thank youTyson!

    My fooling around made me a problem I didnt know I had. Caused a leak in the stop valve in the back of my tube. Not knowing that its because of corrosion. The Good Brother came out and fixed my stop valve and informed me of the green corrosion on the second valve as well. To make life simpler, I had both replaced and felt better about myself.     We had the pleasure of working with KCS Plumbing this week. Hasan was our plumber. He was very professional and knowledgeable in assessing our shower water pressure issue. The guys who worked in our bathroom were on time, communicative, and personable. Even after completing the job, the guys made sure everything was cleaned up to our liking, and let us know if we needed anything else or had any issues we could call and they would come out to correct.     I was referred to KCS Plumbing by my neighbor. He said they do good work and are reasonably priced. He was so right. I called and two hours later a nice young man by the name of Hassan arrived at my home to assess the situation. He said he could do all the work I needed and wanted done. We set up an appointment and a quote was emailed to me which I gladly accepted. Hassan called the night before to confirm our appointment. The next day he arrived on time with all his equipment and immediately went to work. Four hours later I had a brand new toilet, bathroom vanity with faucet and my leaky pipes replaced. Hassan not only cleaned up but also hauled away the old toilet and vanity. I am so pleased with the quality of work he performed. He was courteous, efficient and professional. I highly recommend Hassan and KCS Plumbing.

    We noticed a minor leak in our basement on a Monday night. We called Tuesday morning and by Tuesday afternoon it was fixed! Scott was super friendly and answered our many questions about how pipes work. He seemed especially knowledgeable about plumbing maintenance thatā€™s necessary for an old house like ours.     Good customer service from first contact to last. I found KCS Plumbing via social media. Upon contact the assistant (sorry canā€™t remember her name) was pleasant and clearly noted their service call policies and processes to pay. I was taken aback by the call fee but decided to take a chance. Once I paid the required fee I was contacted very quickly for appointment time. Tyson was on time for the appointment, was patient with my questions, and provided me with clear answers regarding what needed to be done and the expected cost. The invoice was sent electronically and clearly detailed the work and its corresponding cost. I was able to send questions about what was on the invoice and received response quickly. I accepted the quote and paid the required initial payment which was half of the total. Shortly thereafter Tyson called to confirm he could start the work the following day. My work list included: Yard Drain Replacement, Cast Iron Bathroom Pipe Removal Concrete Removal Included, Main Valve Replacement,(4) 1/2 ball valve replacement, 12 Basement Repipe with 2 new valves, Hose Bib Replacement rear yard and Repipe toward front hose bib. Tyson and Hasan were on time and rather quiet while completing the work ( I work from home so this was helpful to me). Through out the day Tyson checked in with me and allowed me to view the task that had been completed and answered any questions I had. I should note they do not patch holes for certain things I got a toilet removed and there is an open hole now. I did ask this in advance so it was not a surprise. Repairing concrete is not Tysonā€™s specialty again I was told this in advance so it was not a surprise and honestly itā€™s manageable. One thing I wish they would have done was use the back door to bring things in and/out of the home (access to my basement is next to the back door). I did not say anything about this as it did not cross my mind until after the fact. However, something to keep in mind for other homes you have clear access to the rear from the side of the house. The price was the price. Overall I am happy with the service I received from this company, specifically from Tyson and Hasan.

    Scott and his team did such a great job when I had a leak in the ceiling underneath my toilet. I have rather crazy and inflexible work hours and he was very much willing to work with me and my schedule. He found the issue immediately and gave me a price and got the job done in no time. He even went as far as cleaning up after the job, which is not something I would expect. Everyone who entered the house also took off their shoes, which as a no shoes in the house type of person, I really appreciated. I didnā€™t ask nor expect them to do this. He even offered to give me contact info for people who can patch up the ceiling. Scott is also very personable and understanding. All in all, I HIGHLY recommend and will be calling them for all future plumbing needs!

    This group is truly amazing, starting with Tanya on the phone, the fast response from Keith, or the professionalism of Hassan who is a star in the making. My first interaction was with Keith who I met through my builder, and he came out and wouldnā€™t leave until he found the issue. It turned out that whoever laid my sidewalk cut corners, put in the wrong pipe, and Keith resolved that issue including repairing the sidewalk. No problem since. Second interaction, my sump pump was just running nonstop, Keith walked me through what to do on the phone, and then came out to make sure the issue was resolved, and once again went above the call of duty. Noticing that a few pipes needed to be secured, he made me aware, and proceeded to resolve that problem for me. Once again, no problem since. My last issue was probably the worse where I had a pipe burst and in less than 24 hours, Hassan shows up finds the issue and just like Keith told me about an additional option to prevent this in the future that somehow my home inspector missed, and 24 hours later, problem solved. Hereā€™s what really matters to me besides doing excellent work and thatā€™s respecting the clients house. They cover their shoes entering the home, keep you updated on their arrival if thereā€™s a delay, show up on time, and make you feel like an informed valued customer. If you have any plumbing issues, remember this review and call KCS plumbing!

    On Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 11:00 a.m., there was water leaking from a pipe in the basement. I contacted a coworker who provided me with the phone number for Keith Scott of KCS Plumbing. The plumber, Tyson, arrived at 1:00 pm and quickly assessed the problem. He snaked the pipe at the basement, which stopped the kitchen sink from backing up and it stopped the leak. From the moment I contacted them on the phone to the arrival of the plumber the service was remarkable and both persons were very professional.

    Just wanted to Thank Tyson for coming to the rescue. My handle to turn my shower on had come off. Originally I was sent a young man by the name of Hasaan to fix my issue. Hasaan did a great job fixing my issue which was replacing the diverter and trim kit. There was a certain trim that I was looking for because I didnt like what the new one looked like so Tyson was sent back out to help me find exactly what I was looking for, and he did just that. Tyson went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the new look of my bathroom. Both of the young men were patient and very knowledgeable about what they were doing. I was able to ask questions and they had all of the answers. KCS was fast, they were at my house within the hour of me calling. This is my second time using this company as they are reliable.     I wanted to give KCS Plumbing an additional review because I was still experiencing leaking from living room ceiling which was no fault of theirs. I was solely concentrating on the clogged tub drain at the time of their initial visit to my home and assumed that the correction would alleviate the leak. My plumbing tech, Tyson was assigned to job since he assisted me initially and immediately identified the problem within in minutes. It was a bad shower head! He replaced the shower head and caulked the appropriate areas to ensure there would no water leaks. He ran the shower for about 10-15mins and thank God all is well NO WATER LEAKS! KCS is the BEST!My tub drain had been slow to drain for a few months and subsequently water was starting to leak from my living room ceiling. I thought for sure that this was going to be a major repair. I contacted KCS Plumbing because my sister used their services last year for a plumbing issue and raved about how great and professional they were. When I called, Keith was very professional, attentive and explained the service process/fees to me. They dispatched a plumbing tech, Tyson to my house and he assessed the problem, got his tools and went to work. The issue was resolved in less than an hour. If you a need a plumber, please contact KCS Plumbing because you WILL NOT be disappointed at all! I love great customer service and services which is lacking these days with some of these businesses.     Our neighbors recommended KCS Plumbing from a recent leak over Thanksgiving weekend. So, when we had a leak of unknown origins in the basement, we called them. KCS arrived the same day and found the source of the issue and fixed it. They were so friendly and took time to explain the issue and our options to fix it, even though it was late in the evening.     Keith is the man! During the craziness of the holidays, like so many others, we had an emergency situation in our bathroom, days before New Years.
