    I called Josephs Affordable Plumbing to install a new gas log set in my fireplace - not your average plumbing job, but they were flexible enough to take it on. Josephs crew of Bobby and his assistant were professional and diligent. They came out late afternoon and took the job as far as they could. Danny came out the next morning and finished up. Price was extremely fair even though more work was involved than originally thought. Highly recommend and will be using Josephs again.

    Joseph and his extended underground team (In A Flash Plumbing) did a truly outstanding job at a whole house storm water and waste water drain system replacement in our 1902 Philly rowhouse. The work was admittedly disruptive but Joes team managed to limit true systems outage to just a couple of short periods over the 2 days it took to complete the work. On day one they basically completed all of the interior work. On day two they completed all of the exterior work. So, within 2 days, we had a brand new sewer/drain system. We never had to vacate the house!! And, yes, it took just 2 days!!The In A Flash team was so professional throughout the repair process. And, best of all, the total cost was comparatively much lower than the other bid we received. We got exceptional work for a fraction of the cost. Joseph lives up to the word Affordable in his business name. Thank you, Joseph! Thank you, In A Flash!!

    We had a plumbing problem, I called Joseph’s Affordable Plumbing at 10:30pm, a real person (I think it was Joe), answered the phone - NO MACHINE - told him my problem he said he would have a guy at me house in the AM. They were here by 8:45am came in fixed the problem within 1hr. Beautiful job !!! The guys “Bob & Chris” were above & beyond “Fantastic”. Very nice, polite, explained what he did. I recommend this business to everyone. Great company, great crew. Just remember “Bob & Chris”.

    I was very impressed with the service I received from Josephs Plumbing and Heating. The owner, Joseph, arrived to my home on time for the quote. I needed a specific type and size of heater and he spent time reviewing my options and discussing the pros and cons. On the day of the installation Joseph, the owner, was on site for the installation. He arrived with his crew on time and they were very professional. They consulted me regarding the placement of the heater and were very knowledgeable. They did excellent work and I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them for all of your plumbing and heating needs.

    Yesterday I had a nightmare of a plumbing issue and was referred to Josephs affordable plumbing. When I called there was an immediate answer by a person, not an answering machine or call center which is a plus for me. I told the man who answered i think it was Joe my problem and he assured me he would have someone at my space the next morning between the house of 8am and 11am. I loved the fact that he quoted me a price for repairs during our call and it was a great rate. I know this because I had the same issue a few months back and was charged about $200.00 more than the quote I received.At 9:14am the next morning I received a call from the plumbers letting me know they were 5 minutes away. The guys came right in and was professional and went straight to fix the problem. They completed the job in less than a half hour. Not only were they fast but they saw I was by myself and trying to clean up the water and sewage and the plumber went to his truck and got a wet vacuum and said he would help me. Mind you they did not have to help at all with the clean-up but did. They meant a lot to me.They were very informative and told me what caused my problem, and I was even able to purchase the piece I needed from them on the spot to permanently fix the issue. I generally dont write reviews, but I will not gatekeep this great plumbing company!!!

    Great experience with this company! Had a small leak in the basement that needed to be fixed. Called in early in the morning and had someone arrive within a few hours after.     These guys are the best! No need to look any further.My experience with Joseph and his workers was great. I had a waste pipe break in the basement and the smell and mess was terrible. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen sink or washer so fast repair was necessary. Joseph sent someone out the next day and the job was complete a few days later.The crew Joseph sent we’re the best guys. They were professional, knowledgeable, extremely good at their jobs, and their work was beautiful. They were able to do some additional things that I added on the fly and even replaced a section of floor for me that had gotten soft because of the leak.     The plumber who replaced our water heater was nothing short of amazing. In the past I’ve had some issues with other plumbers and HVAC technicians. This experience with Joseph’s Affordable Plumbers could not have been better. They were responsive, arrived promptly, removed the old water heater, installed the new unit and cleaned up when finished. I give this company my highest rating and unconditional recommendation. You will never find a better plumber at a very fair and affordable cost.

    Called Josephs for a leaking faucet and water filter change. He told me someone would be out by the afternoon and a few house later Robert arrived at my home. Robert did an amazing job fixing our leaking bathtub facet, which was only producing hot water and replacing a whole house water filter. I called Josephs after another companys two plumbing techs were not able to resolve either issue and told me I would need to replace my bathroom shower to stop the leak and that the filter could not be changed because the housing was miss-threaded by whoever replaced it previously. Feeling a little gun shy given my previous experience I was very relieved upon meeting Robert. You could just tell the way he approached the job and communicated that he knew what he was doing. I told him that the previous plumbers had replaced the cartridge, but it still leaks and I still only have scolding hot water coming out. He examined and evaluated the problem and immediately was able to get the hot and cold water running in the tub. He then told me that he felt certain that replacing the cartridge again, but with the manufacturers part would resolve the leak. Upon comparing the part the other plumbers put in and the manufacturers part you could see a difference. Needless to say it worked, hot and cold water and no leak. No need to replace shower system or cut a hole into my bedroom wall to do it. Next Robert tackled the whole house filter replacement. While the previous plumbing duo spend about 30 minutes pulling, banging and using PVC pipe to create a lever to loose the housing and then told me it could not be done. Robert clearly knew what he was doing and using simple leverage got the housing loose on the first try. Rest of the job was completed quickly and easily. Josephs Affordable Plumbing will be our go to for any other plumbing needs.

    Had to post this positive review for Josephs Affordable Plumbing, this was just too good not to. Called them this morning at 11:30 concerning a leaking outdoor hose faucet and by 1:30 pm they were finished! My plumber Greg came, evaluated the scope of work, gave me an acceptable cost estimate, then got to work and finished up. He knew his job and did it well. Being a first time customer of theirs I can say, based on this service call, Im a happy customer.Would definitely recommend them and will be calling them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

    I contacted joe about a reoccurring main sewer line issue. Joe sent out the right people/companies for the job. Turns out i needed my trap replaced, so he had in a flash come out and do the work. They were quick and had the job done the same day. Afterward they cleared the remaining bad clog and scoped the line to confirm all was in order. I would recommend calling joe if you have a plumbing issue.

As expected Joseph responded immediately, quoted a very fair price, and scheduled the job quickly. When my water heater leaked out of the overflow I was given misleading information from the big-box store I purchased it from and their installation service. I spent $200 replacing a valve that was never faulty. I decided to look for a small local plumber and found Josephs on Google maps. He gave me an estimate that I was able to confirm as fair. He scheduled me immediately, was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He resolved the problem and charged less than the high end of the estimate.     We have had a few areas in our home that required servicing over the last few years and each time we were met with the utmost professionalism and highest quality of work.     This company is AWESOME.... I have never received such prompt service, honest straight forward service with no bs involved. Today 8/7/21, I spoke with the owner about my problem with my toilet, he instantly gave an estimate over the phone. His worker arrived in 20 min. Took the old part, returned with the new part in 20min... and completed the job in 15 minutes with the same price quoted on the phone. I now know who to call for Plumbing services with no hesitation.     Great experience! I contacted Josephs Affordable Plumbing through their website about a gas issue and they called me back the next day. They were able to get a technician out to my house that week, and were extremely accommodating of my busy schedule. The technician was very friendly, and walked me through every step of his plan. Once he found the issue, he again walked me through all of the steps he would need to take to fix it. Finally, we went over every thing he did and tested all of my gas appliances with me before he left. Including cleaning, the entire appointment only took about 1.5 hours! I was beyond impressed.     Wow just wow is the only word to come to mind when thinking about what professionalism and quality that Josephs affordable plumbing displays and provides with their service. We Had the pleasure of meeting and having the owner Joe handle a plumbing issue we were having, I called him Saturday night and he was here promptly on Sunday morning mind you it was Memorial day weekend and he showed up on time and with a smile on his face by the end of our interaction I knew we hit the jackpot with this man and his company not to mention his quoted price was 90% cheaper then i was quoted by other pro plumbers.     So we came home from a weekend away this past Sunday evening at 10:00 to find our water heater was leaking. I contacted Josephs and he responded within an hour and had a plumber at my house Monday morning at 7:30 and we had hot water at 10:00 AM. His plumber Greg left the work area super clean and was very respectful of our home.     Excellent service.Joseph was very responsive when I contacted him on Saturday afternoon, Oct 22, 2022 to ask for help with my aging(13 years old) leaking Bradford White water heater. It was a small job that needed to be done, but it was major to me and necessary.     The old heavy expansion tank fell from its mounting and crashed through the copper pipes that feed water to and from my year-round oil fed boiler. Joseph came out, knew exactly what needed to be done, quoted me fair price, and got his crew there within the hour.     On Christmas Day we noticed evidence of a leak from the master bathroom on the ceiling in our kitchen. The next morning (a Saturday) I called Joe and he picked up right away, asked when we were looking for someone to come out, then offered to come out later that same afternoon. Joe and his employee/coworker came out, were able to locate the leak at the connection where the water pipe from the floor comes out to the shutoff valve before the supply line to the toilet. They quickly replaced the connector valve - and thankfully were able to do this without having to open up the kitchen ceiling.Really appreciate the fast turnaround, as well as the friendliness of Joe and his staff.     Called Joseph’s for a small job (gas line/range hookup) on a Tuesday and they scheduled an appointment for the very next day. There was no phone tag that you sometimes get and actually the Owner answered our call.     They were friendly and fast to get here. I had a broken pipe under the sink that needed replacing. I suppose the price was no different then any other plumber service. The guy left a ton of trash in my trash can that was emptied from the truck, and smelled like pot. For the price an offer to toke me up would of been nice lol. Happy it was fixed fast efficiently.Apologies for the confusion, pot smell came from guy as he walked through my house. Not only did I get the owner, Joseph, when I phoned the company, also he came that same day to review my issue. Even more, he told me that he and his professional team could solve my issue the NEXT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I could hardly believe my good luck because two other plumbers were not available until after the holidays and today is December 12th.     Joseph was recommended to me by a family friend that works regularly with contractors for their job. When I called Joseph about a leak in my new home, he was very responsive and consistently gave a fair assessment and good advice. For example, since I just moved into my new home, he recommended that I contact my realtor, home inspector, and previous home owner about the issue first. Joseph didnt have to do this since it would have extended the time to get responses from these people and actually fix the leak. I genuinely appreciate Josephs honesty in how to go about addressing the leak before actually fixing it. When ready, Joseph fixed the leak and again every step of the way he offered solid advice on how to minimize the amount of work in fixing the issue as well as minimizing fixup after the leak would be fixed. This proved to be a HUGE money saver for me since the leak was really a small issue even though it appeared to be a big one at first glance. Since Jospeph fixed the leak, Ive been waiting a couple weeks to see if the leak would return. Needless to say, the leak was fixed and I have not seen any sign of water damage since. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND anyone to work with Joseph and his team.

    I had a leak that went from my bathroom to the ceiling of my kitchen. Greg found out exactly where the leak was and how to fix it. I then told him about another leak from my toilet and another leak after that, all from the same bathroom. Joe gave me a very good price to fix all the leaks which were completed in 1 hour. These leaks have been annoying me for two months and I couldn’t figure out how to fix them! But Joe and Greg, fixed them in one hour and I am super happy that this problem is finally over!
