Called and someone answered right away ( which I love) and then John came out to our salon very shortly after. Was honest and fixed the problem with a simple & quick solution. Didnt feel like I was getting taken advantage of like I had with previous companies. He was super friendly and nice and I saved his number immediately for our future needs. Woman buisness owner approved 👍!!!!!!!

On the recommendation from a friend, and trying to get a number of plumbers to assist us, we contacted John Neill and am very happy with the work they did. Jak came out with Joe and they were able to do the work within two hours. They were professional and so neat in their appearance and their work. Definitely would use their company again for any kind of plumbing work we would need.

Called this company to replace my water heater based off the reviews.Joanne answered the call and was very helpful. John called me back in 15 min. Diagnosed the problem. His supplier had one in stock and replaced it in 2 hours. John gave me the price and that’s exactly what it was. You rarely see that kind of customer service.My tenant was thrilled they had hot water again and so was I. Thanks John!

Weve used John multiple times and weve always had nothing but a positive experience. You can get on the schedule quickly, John and his crew are always polite, professional, they work tidy and efficiently and do impeccable work. Their experience in working on old Philly houses shows as theyre honest with what things are going to cost or simply cant be done without a large investment-- they keep everything pretty practical and they let you know when things can be addressed later or need to be addressed ASAP which is really helpful as a homeowner. Cant recommend him enough!!

John was quick to call me back and was able to fit me into the schedule for the following day! His son replaced the igniter on my gas furnace quickly and was so nice!! He gave me a lot of tips and was patient enough to explain to me what had happened because I was curious. Will definitely call them next time I have any issues!!

John and Jak came out right away and verified my ManaBlok system needed to be replaced. They called several suppliers to find a higher quality replacement system. Hard to do given lingering “supply chain” issues. A week later Jak came back and did flawless work. Very considerate, very neat and tidy. Really appreciate these guys and would recommend them to anyone!

While I didnt end up using John for a job, he was one of the only plumbers to return my call in a timely manner. He was also straightforward in his advice. Ill keep him in mind for future jobs.

Woke up to a plumbing issue that resulted in PGW cutting our gas off.. Called several plumbers who gave us ridiculous quotes just to come out and couldn’t come out right away.. A few hours later received a call back from Neill jr stating he just finished a job and could be right over. About 30 mins later the guys were at my door, they diagnosed the problem and 20 mins later it was fixed and the job was less than $300. We’re beyond satisfied and will be using again. I highly recommend their services.

Great family business. Father and son have been a life saver for us multiple times. First time we used them we had them come out as a second opinion because the first plumber we called said the job was going to be super intense, lengthy and expensive. John neil fixed the issue quickly, was less invasive and much more affordable. That was five years ago and they have been our go to every since .

I called them based on neighborhood reviews when another plumber left me hanging and I had a concern about a leaking toilet. It wasnt a huge problem, but I wanted to make sure that the problem didnt become worse. They were very responsive to my call and honest about scheduling (if they couldnt get me in that day, they promised Id be on the appoint list for the next day). They did manage to come the same day and quickly fixed my problems for a reasonable price. The gentlemen that came were polite, friendly, and explained what they saw going on every step of the way. Definitely a plumbers number to keep on hand!
