    We enjoyed our first hot shower in years thanks to Tony’s repair. He provided repair options and upfront pricing to rebuild our shower and install the shower head we picked. He came when promised and offered a detailed receipt. We were so pleased with his work that we had him return and repair our guest bathroom shower. He diagnosed several issues and explained them clearly. He then caulked, installed a new faucet and shower head.

    Hello everyone, on 10-22 we recently had a plumbing problem that lasted until today. My daughter found a plumber and asked me to call him so I called around 3:00 p.m., and he said he would be here by 5:00 p.m or in the morning but he arrived at 6:00 p.m. he mad time and still came. He did an excellent job, ensuring the work was done correctly. If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Thank you, Tony, for the excellent service to our family

    Highly recommend! Tony came out next day to inspect our leaking garbage disposal and replaced it right away. He was very tidy and even gave us helpful tips to maintain our new disposal. We will definitely call him for any plumbing needs in the future!

    My nearly 20 year old water heater quit on a Saturday. From the looks of things it was worse than needing a fix. I reached out to several EMERGENCY plumbers and IFixedIt was immediately responsive from the phone call to arrival. The owner, Tony, assessed the problem and confirmed the water heater needed to be replaced. He also addressed additional concerns regarding the water pipes, gas line, and the exhaust all VERY important. He explained in depth what needed to be done, discussed options, and how long it would take. Within 24 hours IFixedIt fixed it! Yes!!!! On a weekend. Installation of the new one and removal of the old one. Remedied the safety concerns and absolutely DID NOT leave a mess. Tony provided professional and courteous customer service and excellent work at a fair and reasonable cost. I highly recommend IFixedIt for your plumbing and drain needs.

    I had a leak in my basement ceiling. I called IFixdit, and Tony arrived about an hour later. He quickly figured out the issue was a leaky faucet in my kitchen sink.     Tony is a gem. We feel so lucky and grateful to find him. He’s extremely professional, he takes pride in his amazing work. You can count on him for the quality of his work.     We discovered a leak in our master bathroom around 8 pm last night, and reached out to IFixdit to schedule an emergency appointment. We were told theyd try to get to us today, but they could not promise. Still IFixdit kept in touch by text, fit us into an already busy schedule, and then diagnosed and fixed the issue all before 5 pm. Great work, and even better customer service!The fact that they were able to help on such short notice is the cherry on top.     We had a bad drain blockage that was causing water to flood back into the house from behind the washer. Tony went above and beyond in trying to snake the drain from multiple locations.     I called IFIXDIT after being rejected by many other plumbers. My shower knobs were in poor condition and the converter knob for the tub/shower had broken and was no longer functioning. Every plumber I called would not take the small job of installing new/upgraded shower faucets. It was difficult to even get a plumber to come out and take a look. However; I called Tony and explained my situation and he agreed to come out. He did the best job that no one would. His customer service is top notch. He understood the customer and the importance to me of having an operational faucet despite how small of a job it was. He performed honest work at an honest price. I am pleased with his work!

    IFixdit as able handle my unclogged sewer on 1/22/24.. Scheduling was quick and convenient. My drain almost backed up into the house but luckily I caught it, and iFixdt it, fixed it before it became a larger issue.Pricing is fair, and the plumber was very professional.Service also came with warranty which makes it easier to sleep at night if something were to come back (praying it doesnt).I highly recommend them.

    Living in a 100 year old house, plumbing is a huge stressor! We have an old tub with a 2 handle faucet that had been leaking excessively, I was looking for a plumber who had experience working with these as we weren’t looking to tear up our tile and upgrade the whole shower quite yet. I was hopeful based on his work on social media that he was the best option to repair it!I contacted Tony who was able to come within a day to come take a look. Tony arrived promptly, discussed our options, was transparent on pricing, and set reasonable expectations! Luckily we were able to get everything repaired same day as Tony had the parts we needed on hand, though I’m confident he would’ve found the best options for us if this wasn’t the case.No more leaky faucet, would recommend!

    Let me start off by saying that you could not ask for a more efficient & trustworthy person than Tony to fix whatever issue you have. Tony has helped us with several issues ranging from basic toilet clogs, to an issue that was causing our ceiling to leak to replacing our water heater. He most recently completed a job for my uncle within 24 hours from our request. Each & every time Tony has come to perform a job, he arrives exactly at the time he says he will arrive, he is able to easily identify the issue & he efficiently resolves it. His prices are very reasonable. For one particular issue where our ceiling began leaking from our pipe issue, we initially contacted Roto Rooter who wanted us to use our homeowners insurance to pay thousands of dollars for a job that Tony resolved for 1/4 of the price. We were floored. I am so incredibly impressed with this young man & his work. I absolutely recommend Tony for any job you may have. He is amazing & you will NOT regret it! He will always be our go to guy!

    This was my first time hiring a profssional plumber. I usually used a friend or family member to fix plumbing issues but I needed a professional because Im going to need a lot of things changed in my home. I found Tony through Google and because he had a website and listed what he does made me contact him. I called and set the appointment for the next day. Tony did explain if another client contacted him for an emergency that could push my appointment back because I didnt make an emergency appointment. And I understood that and appreciated him for letting me know that in advance. Tony came to my home and put on foot covers which I definitely liked because in my home we take our shoes off.     Tony came in clutch when my house needed him most! I had a nasty hot water leak from the bathtub that got out of control and started leaking through the living room ceiling. Did a Google search for an emergency plumber and he had 200+ reviews so decided to take a chance with him. I am so glad that I did. My house is super old so the pipes are definitely not in the best condition. Tony listened to what the problem was and gave me a possible estimate over the phone. He was here in less than 2 hours to start on the repairs. He assessed the problem, got the tools from his truck and got right to work. When he found another problem, he talked to me about it before doing anything or purchasing any extra parts. The job ended up taking a lot longer than expected... like 6 hours long, again old house old pipes. He was a nice guy, super patient, non-judgmental and was determined to fix the leak that seemed to not want to be fixed. If you are having a plumbing emergency, Tony is definitely the guy to call! I no longer have water dripping through the ceiling in my living room and the weak water pressure that I have had for almost a year now has been fully restored to its former waterfall glory!!!     Good people are hard to find nowadays. Different plumbers come out before I finally found Tony. The first guy (from something “Rooters”) was rude but offered to do the job at a ridiculous amount. The second guy (from something Murphy) complained the whole time, took half the money, and said he’ll come back the next day to finish the job. Next day, he was 2 hours late. I told him don’t bother coming back.Tony was super professional, courteous, and quickly got the job done at a fair reasonable price. He took his time to figure out exactly what the problem was. I’m grateful for his patience and sensible demeanor. Good people are hard to find nowadays. I plan on saving his number and using his services in the future.

    Sewer was backed up. Called on a Sunday and Tony came out within a couple of hours for an emergency fee (Monday was a holiday). Tried to clean it but ran into issues so he came back out the next day with a camera free of charge. Referred me to an excavating plumber due to an issue at the connection and gave me an estimate on the cost that was in line with what the excavating plumber quoted.Situation sucks, but Tony was awesome through it all.

    Tony arrived early to respond to an emergency order we out in at my place of business. He asked to use our service entrance so he did not have to bring equipment through the store and main kitchen- very professional. He also was able to make an additional repair with out me placing another service request. Our commercial dishwasher disconnected from the floor drain and was out of commission on a busy Saturday, he found the issue- corrected it and even went as far as to do some preventative work to ensure it doesn’t cripple our business again. He came last week to fix a leak in my basement sink. He was on time, came in with a mask, and foot booties/ covers.     Tony came out to fix a leaky sink faucet and a running toilet at my house a couple of weeks ago. We confirmed the appointment the night before and he arrived RIGHT at the time that he told me. He was very courteous and professional, allowing me to watch as he worked and explained, in detail, what the problems were and what he was going to do to fix them. Even when fixing the sink became more apparently difficult than he originally thought, Tony persisted and did not leave until the leak was fixed and running properly. The sink ran with even better water pressure (and no leak!) after he was done fixing it. He fixed the toilet quickly as well and worked with me to make sure that both were working properly. His pricing is fair, and he is a great overall local plumber to work with who does a top-notch job, taking pride in his work.     Fantastic experience with getting a clogged drain fixed on very short notice. I talked to Tony late on a Friday, and he came within an hour to fix my clogged drain.     My elderly aunt was in need of a new sink and faucet. Mr. Norris was accommodating to my schedule due to my having to travel two hours to be at the home. He even was willing to reschedule due to the unexpected November snow storm. Once he arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem, went to purchase the necessary items, and returned to remove the old sink and install the new sink and cabinet.     I called Tony about my water heater and he was able to come out to fix it the same day. He was great at explaining what he did and how everything works. Very professional. He even turned down the temp for the hot water which was running at a unsafe temp (no extra charge). I truly appreciate that he did this. I have a two year old son and I do not need him to get harmed by scolding his little hands with burning hot water. That he took the extra step to even check on that when he came to fix something else unrelated to it is an example of the caliber of plumber he is.     ROD Plumbing is who initially came to my house to fix issue. They were sent there through my home warranty company. ROD plumbing NEVER physically attempted to fix the issue only verbally diagnose it. They gave a few reasons what may be the cause and that’s it. They kept saying they couldn’t bring in a machine to fix issue due to nowhere to hook it up. On top of that they lied on the report stating they attempted to auger the toilet with no success. All they did was have me flush toilet multiple times so they could listen for water flow. They suggested I get a clean out and left. There was two workers and they spent only a total of maybe 20 minutes at my house. I honestly felt like they didn’t want to go through the hassle of completing the job properly. So I had Tony From ifixdit come a couple days later to fix issue. He was by himself and took his time to see what the issue may be. The most important part is he actually physically did some work. He was able to release the blockage and have the water flow properly again. He also gave advice on what to do to prevent this issue from happening again. The whole time it felt like he genuinely enjoys his job. I was pleased with the work done and will definitely be using him again in the future. Best part of all is the company is black owned!!! It’s sad I had to come out pocket twice when it could have been done right the first time. ROD plumbing that is totally unacceptable and unprofessional!

    Tony was very responsive he was able to fix my issue the same day. He sent photos and explained everything step by step. He also provided information on how to prevent having the same problem again. He is very knowledgeable. I will definitely use ifixdit again. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the method of payment. If I could pay online this would have been the best experience I have ever had with a plumber. Although everything went great it was a little eerie giving my credit card number over the phone. If youve got septic drain problems call ifixdit. Thumbs up all around!!

    Ive never written a review, but there arent enough stars here to rate the quality of customer service, professionalism and expertise youll get by choosing Tony for your plumbing needs. Trust me!I saw him in Home Depot with a sweatshirt on advertising his business, after two other plumbers that friends recommended didnt show up- (Costing me two days of work!!!) As a single woman I was SCARED TO DEATH of having a complete stranger in my house and I didnt want to be taken advantage of financially, but I couldnt waste anymore time. So I took a chance and called him. Let me tell you, Im SO GLAD I DID!When he came to do the estimate, he showed me everything and explained what he would do to complete the jobs. He made sure I was comfortable, and he didnt pressure me. I found him to be an honest hard working man; punctual, quiet, and determined. He faced some challenges working with my very old outdated plumbing, but he showed tremendous patience, and kindness and did not quit until I was FULLY satisfied. He installed a faucet on a compromised sink, and installed a new tub/shower diverter in bathroom that hasnt worked PROPERLY in over 25 years!All I can say is Beware of guys who just say their plumbers. Tony is a MASTER Plumber (that means he knows his stuff and Hes dedicated to plumbing!!) He is very meticulous about his work, and Im very satisfied.     The basement flooded and I thought it was from the washer. Called Tony out; he arrived on time, texted and called upon arrival. Identified the leak was not the washer but a pipe for the sink right next to it, and a clogged drained, so 2 different areas. He called me down to show me what he found and explained what was going on. He even addressed the issue with the washer even though that wasnt related to my leak. He was on time, detailed, and went above what was needed.
