We received a recommendation from Gen 3 Electric to call Greater Works Plumbing for a leak dripping through the ceiling. The company sent someone over promptly who diagnosed and corrected the problem.The service is the most customer friendly reliable service I have experienced in a long time! From the first phone call I always got a live person the very confident, knowledgeable, April we had frequent interactions and EVERY time I called she answered even after regular working hours.Alex the plumber was also very calm, confident, and knowledgeable he just gave me the feeling of “I got this” what was a very large project to me was effortless for him. No question was a problem and he took excellent care of our concerns.We definitely highly recommend this company and would definitely use them again but hope the need doesn’t arise too soon!

They came out and fixed my clogged main line. They came quickly on the same day I called. Worked efficiently and professionally. The plumber was professional and pleasant. He answered my questions when I was confused why he was doing certain things and didn’t make me feel bad for asking. They had to leave the job to get a special tool for the job, but came back promptly and finished the work. I wouldn’t call them cheap but I think the price is average and fair for the service provided. I’d recommend them to a friend and call them again if I need a plumber an again (hopefully not for a long time!).

These guys are awesome. Other companies we called gave us a long turnaround time and quoted us astronomical amounts of money. These guys were there first thing in the morning, got the permits to dig within a few hours and had the work done in no time for less cost. Everyone was really friendly from the person answering the phones to the guys who came and did the work. All around great service. I highly recommend them.

Called for a clogged sink drain they were there within an hour. Didn’t take them long at all. Unclogged my drain and replaced part of the pipe. Very knowledgeable told me all the things that was wrong and will need replacing/fixing in the future. Saved the day, and our house. In the middle of a ferocious winter rain storm, at 8 pm, Alex came to our rescue. Our basement was flooding from back flow and a clogged main drain. He worked tirelessly until midnight. When all hope was lost, and we thought we would have to dig up the street, he performed some kind of miracle outside at the city drain and cleared the problem. He vacuumed up four shopvacs full of water from the floor, bagged a couple dozen of our towels that I had used to soak up the water, and carried his equipment up and down our steep city basement stairs. Miss April was also a steady voice on the phone assuring us that they would solve our problem. Cant say enough good things.

Hi , i am leaving this company a 5 STAR review ! I contacted this company off of google because my basement bathroom backup up from a sewer clog . There was sewage and waste everywhere flooding into the living area . Quentin and his colleges cleaned and disinfected everything fast . Their equipment was nice , and didn’t take very long. I gave greater works plumbing a call and Quentin was very knowledgeable about the problem and coming up with solution.
