Flow Drain Services was an amazing company to replace my water heater. Steve was great with communication, courteous and very efficient with the project. My water heater broke down in the middle of the night and when I call in the AM to have an emergency replacement, Steve was in my house within 10min. He offered same day installation and the best of all 10 year warranty for labor and product. 10000% recommended!

One of the owners (I forgot to get his name) came out today for my clogged sink with an assistant.They put booties on to protect my floor which I appreciated! He went over everything and told me the starting price which was a flat fee for my sink. Went over everything, explained what could be happening and fixed part of the pipe for me.The invoice was sent to me via email before they left so I could write a check.Great service !

This was my first time using these guys and they were fantastic! I spoke to them on a Tuesday night and they were at my house Wednesday morning. They were professional, clean, honest, so helpful, and patiently answered all of my questions. I will use them for maintenance services and though I hope to never have to deal with drainage/pipe issues again, if I do, they will be my first call. Definitely recommend.

Everyone was very professional, and collaborated with our management company and tenant. I spoke to Steve the owner and expressed concern because a heavy rain storm was coming the next day. He was attentive to our concern and sent his staff out immediately. They were able to unclog the sewer with a water pressure device. Highly recommend!!

I was having issues with my main sewer line constantly backing up i had several drain cleaning companies out and none of them were able to give me a solution to my problem, until i contacted flow drain services and right away they helped to resolve my issue. They were able to show me a break on a camera and i found that to be such an incredible use of equipment great job on their part! they gave me an estimate to repair the sewer line and i ended up going through with the work and i have not had any problems since. I would definitely recommend jimmy and Steve for any plumbing and drain cleaning both are experienced and very knowledgeable.

We had an emergency back up at my job that halted operations. Our former plumber stop servicing our area and I quickly needed plumbing services and called Flowdrain Services. I spoke to Steve who was able to let me know exactly what was wrong over the phone and advise me of all my options. Coming home from a work trip, I discovered my outside terrace in 6 inches of rain water after an unusual torrential downpour. After calling at least 6 plumbers (National chains and local businesses) I started to lose hope of getting an emergency plumber on the eve of Memorial Day weekend. I placed the call to Flow Drain Services around 7:00pm and within an hour, Mr. Martino and his colleague arrived at my residence and fixed the storm drain stoppage. They were extremely professional, courteous and skillful at the task entrusted to them, not to mention fairly priced . They saved me from a jam when no one else could. I enthusiastically recommend them!

These guys are great. My back yard drain was clogged so bad that when it rains my basement floods, they didnt give up till the job was done. Other plumbers came out and couldnt fix the problem.
