Bill is awesome! I may or may not of broken the valve to my radiator when I was trying to bleed my ancient radiators. Water was leaking and after two days the 2nd floor of the home was no longer heating. I called East Falls Plumbing & Heating on a Friday or Saturday and Bill came over on Monday. He was able to save my radiator and now my home heats nice and evenly.

Best Plumber in East Falls! I needed a new water heater since the existing one was about 12 years old and making noises. I asked my neighbors for plumber recommendations, and they all recommended East Falls Plumbing. I was able to set up an appointment very soon after I contacted them. The plumber Kevin arrived on time, the installation went smoothly, and Bill the owner also stopped by to make sure everything looked good. The price was very reasonable and they did a great job! I definitely recommend East Falls Plumbing!

Bill is a lifesaver. He and his team first replaced my home’s sewer stack a couple of years ago. They did great work and offered the best price among a few quotes. This year Ive been having issues getting our most of our radiators to heat up at all. I called a few of the local big name heating/cooling/plumbing companies and each of them told me I needed to replace my boiler at a cost of nearly $20k. I should have called Bill first. Upon visiting, he recommended swapping out the pressure control mechanism at a cost of about $125. Everything is working now. Bill literally saved me $20k. Im not trusting anyone else with my home plumbing and heating needs in the future and you shouldnt either.

Edit 3/22/24: We are still happily using East Falls Plumbing for our boiler service and repairs! Bill and his crew repaired a leaking pipe on our boiler that had been neglected for years. My husband and I always have peace of mind when we use Bills service.***The gauge on our boiler had been broken for a while. Bill was very communicative and responsive to my husbands inquiries. On the day of our scheduled service, two workers under Bill came on time and worked on replacing the gauge. They did a great job at answering all of our questions and went above and beyond in their service. We are so grateful that we found Bill of East Falls Plumbing.

I made a DIY error and ended up ripping a piece of copper pipe out of the wall in our bathroom. East Falls Plumbing picked up the phone, allowed me to text pics of the damage, and accurately assessed what it would cost to fix. The job was done the next day and they even installed the new faucet and shower head after fixing the pipe I broke. They even checked to make sure there wasn’t anything additional we needed before leaving. Friendly, professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Would recommend highly!

East Falls Plumbing has does annual service & repairs on our gas heater for years now. Theyre extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and professional to work with for our system. They are extremely familiar with a multitude of different heating systems and set-ups that allowed them to troubleshoot issues with our expansion tank needing draining. They also properly installed a new PSI gauge and emergency shut-off valve for our heater when our old ones were defective. Bill and his employees came on-time and were great to work with and will we continue to use their services in the future!

What phenomenal service! The guys at East Falls Plumbing really do live by a customer service model. I called on a Tuesday with a broken garbage disposal and was able to get an appointment Friday same week (I was offered next day service but unfortunately was not available for it.) They said someone would arrive between 11:30 am and 2:30 pm, and one of their repairmen was on my porch at 11:28 am, I wasnt even ready for their arrival because i hadnt anticipated such a great level of prompt and professional.Immediately was able to come in and diagnose my issue, sadly for me I needed an entirely new disposal, but they were incredibly well prepared and already had one on hand in the truck, no need for a return visit! Everything was removed, installed, and tested within 45 minutes, they cleaned up after themselves, I almost didnt believe I received a repair from how thoroughly neat they were!Billed me later through paypal invoice with no issues. Incredibly fair and little below general market pricing. Truly this is a delightful repair group, 12/10 will be using them again until the business (or I) leave this earth.

I had a leaking pipe in my basement caused by street construction being done outside my home. I was referred to Bill by a contractor who I trust. Bill was immediately available to discuss my issue and offer solutions. He was honest about timing and pricing (FAIR pricing!!). He was punctual, professional, and thorough. His guys were professional and courteous as well. I’m very satisfied with the job they did! Pipe was fixed a few days after contacting him. Sidewalk was a repaired very professionally! A few weeks later I had a problem with my heater, and as Bill was booked, he was able to refer me to another company who could help immediately. He’s a kind and fair expert! Definitely recommend!

Everything was done in the time frame they presented at the cost of the original estimate with absolutely no complications on my part. A few minor problems with the updated system were corrected quickly. Bill stayed in touch and was responsive to inquiries throughout the process . Bill with East Falls Plumbing and Heating was incredibly honest and helpful! I cannot thank him enough. I had a mysterious leak in the basement of my new home. I did my due diligence by calling several plumbers to try to find the source of the problem and get quotes to fix it. Some competitors had me hire a drain specialist and they convinced me I needed to tear up the basement and into the concreate outside to replace both sewer and storm lines.However, Bill was able to find the actual source of the leak which was that the pump for the air conditioner had been knocked out of place, and therefore causing the mysterious leak. Bill popped the pump back into place and told me to keep an eye on it, and if it dries up, that was the source of the leak. Sure enough, a couple days later it completely dried.Bill saved me from this stressful situation, not to mention thousands of dollars with his knowledge and honesty. Since he was just there to give me a quote on the project, he didn’t charge me. Do your homework and trust Bill at East Falls Plumbing and Heating!

This is your company.They have helped us with hot water radiators and with a sewer line issue-- both times fixing issues that other companies couldnt figure out.Most recently, they saved us from spending 10k to dig up a sewer line in the backyard (as a different company recommended and quoted) and instead sourced the issue as a simple clog. Super grateful we called them instead of destroying our yard for no reason...
