    I recently hired Boss Plumbing for some plumbing issues, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Warren came in, assessed the situation, and got straight to work. He even went above and beyond by fixing an additional issue I hadn’t initially called about. The team was professional, the pricing was affordable, and the overall experience was fantastic.     Sucks to have plumbing issues but Boss Plumbing was great to work with.We had our main line get clogged and our washing machine pumped so much water out into our basement.Someone came to our house quickly and was very kind, explained everything, fixed the problem quickly.We accidentally paid twice and they called me immediately to fix that too.     Boss plumbing found where my ceiling water leak was coming from quickly and identified the solution. The week after they came by and removed my old shower full panel and installed a new one relatively quickly. I appreciate also the ease of scheduling the appointments! A lot of places it takes days for a call back and quote but here it happened both times the same day! I even was able to get my first investigation appointment for the same day as finding out about the issue. Thanks!

    Prompt response to call for service. (they arrived within an hour). both men were courteous and friendly. problem was fixed and explanation and cost were given for additional service. ( My only regret was that I didn’t ask if there was a senior citizen discount -I am 83). I recommend them and would use again if necessary.

    Weve been using Boss for a while now. They are the only ones we trust. They are friendly, professional, and good at what they do.We even used their services to repair some plumbing at my grandparents house and they would take the time to explain to them what needed to be done and why. Our most recent call was to fix some corroded pipes so our new washer could be hooked up. As soon as I sent some pics of the pipes he sent me an estimate and showed up within in an hour of us confirming. Its hard to know who to trust with your home but we feel comfortable with Boss.

    Called Boss Plumbing because my kid flushed a toy down the toilet. Warren came out the same day and did an awesome inspection on it. He made sure the toilet would flush properly, as well as checked that the water was draining properly outside.Very reasonable/fair pricing.     My water heater stopped working AND started leaking at 5pm on a Sunday, and Boss Plumbing was the only company that called me back immediately and made me feel re-assured that wed figure out the problem. By sending photos of the water heater, they were able to assess that the water heater needed to be replaced (which it did at 14-years-old). Within hours of giving them the green light, they had the old unit out and the new hot water heater installed - all while communicating updates and progress and dealing with a tricky apartment building that made the job more complex. They were so friendly and helpful - and fast!

    Would highly recommend Boss plumbing to anyone and everyone! I blew up my garbage disposal on a sunday afternoon and they came out within a few hours and found a much bigger issue with my pipes. They were open and honest through everything and were able to come and fix everything on Monday. Came well after hours to stop an emergency leak, and was back first thing in the AM with a new copper pipe to replace the faulty one and get water back on to the building.     I highly recommend Boss Plumbing! Warren, the owner, and his team member DJ came out late on a Friday night to unclog our main drain ahead of some rain storms. They were professional, efficient, and did an excellent job. Warren even took the time to explain the issue to us and give us some helpful tips to prevent future clogs.     Sometimes when you have a problem, people say they know a guy. They do it for cheap but leave you back at square one because they fix symptoms. I called Boss Plumbing and they diagnosed the problem and found an answer. I now know a Boss.

    On the day before Thanksgiving, the internals on the faucet for the kitchen sink failed so we couldnt stop the flow of water. Then we discovered the isolation valve to the faucet had also failed so we had to shut the water main to the house. Contacted several plumbers we found through Yelp reviews, and Warren was the only one willing and able to come out on Thanksgiving Eve. Professional, courteous, thoughtful service - completed in time for our holiday! Were new to the area, so were thankful that weve now found our new plumber!

    Warren from Boss Plumbing was incredible- I can’t thank him enough - we had an emergency at 10PM on a Sunday night of all days where water was shooting out of the toilet shut off valve that broke off, and then our water valve to shut off the main water also broke off, water was everywhere. I called so many 24/7 hour plumbers in the area and no one was available for the day of until I called Warren- he picked up right away, asked for pictures of what happened, and was on his way in no time. He came and fixed everything we needed to have us back up and running and even went the extra mile to improve our one toilet shut off valve. I am so thankful for Boss Plumbing, they literally saved our night and peace of mind. Warren was so friendly and I highly recommend them for any plumbing need- I couldn’t be more thankful for the 24/7 availability on even a Sunday night where we were in a huge predicament. I am recommending them to everyone I know!

    Warren and his crew are second to none. We had a toilet back up on Friday night and then I noticed a leak in the old, original cast iron sewage pipe. After making a number of calls for middle of the night plumbing service, Warren was the sole person to call me back. I am so happy he did. His team came out to diagnose the issue. Every step of the way, they explained what they were doing and what problems they found. Even when it came down to shock that the entire line (from curb to the middle of my house) had to be replaced, Warren assured that he would take care of us and get it fixed. Fast forward two days later, Warren had a team of five (including himself) out here at 7:30 and they are just now filling in the holes at 23:00. They removed and replaced the storm and sewage lines in a day. Read that again. A single day. Not a shoddy rush job. Consistent, great work.This is how you earn customers for life.     These guys saved me when I needed an emergency service on a boiler to meet the deadline for a real estate closing. Two other companies had let me down, and these guys came out the next day, did the job and were completely honest and upfront.     I have used Boss Plumbing a handful of times over the last 3 years. Warren and his team replaced out main sewer line, added an access port, installed a faucet/vanity, fixed a bathroom pipe, and a bunch of other work I cant remember. Just today 12/22 with my entire extended family over for Christmas weekend I had a pipe leak requiring shutting off the water to the house. Warren squeezed me in and quite literally saved Christmas. Boss plumbing is professional, prompt, trust-worthy, and deserves your business if you want honest work.

    I was very happy with the job Warren and DJ did to install our little cold water faucet. The faucet was a little out of the ordinary, but they figured out what needed to be done and were done relatively quickly.     When I first walked into my new house, I discovered my kitchen was completely flooded. In a panic and having never dealt with any kind of plumbing emergency, I called Boss Plumbing and asked for emergency help. The guy on the phone calmly talked me through my issue even though he was at a funeral!!! I couldnt believe the conscientiousness on their part--despite the seriousness of what was happening at my house, it pales in comparison to the death of a loved one, so Im incredibly grateful that Boss Plumbing took some time to make sure I was able to stop the flooding of my kitchen. In the end, I had to go with an appliance repair technician as it was a problem inside my refrigerator, but if I hadnt talked to these guys, I dont know how long the fridge would have continued gushing water all over my new house.

    Warren and his team are terrific! I have been searching for years for a plumber that I would recommend without hesitation, and finally found it at Boss Plumbing. So far, Warren & co have fixed a valve another plumber didnt want to touch, assessed and identified small leaks that were making a big mess (and of course repaired them), installed a new sink and faucet (including some retrofitting) and did it all with a wonderful blend of expertise and good humor.     I had a 15 year old water heater which was operating just fine, however knew that I would have to replace it soon. Hearing that there have been longer than usual lead times to get a new water heater in, I decided to give Warren a call at Boss Plumbing. He told me that he could come do the replacement 2 days later. Warren and DJ installed the new water heater and took away the old one, all in a matter of 2 hours.     I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! It’s really hard to find a good plumber and believe me I’ve had some bad experiences in the past. But the guys at Boss Plumbing and Heating were great! I needed a part of my gas line connecting to my stove replaced and repositioned because it was leaky and didn’t allow my new stove to fit correctly against the wall. They responded quickly and got the job in one day. The work they provided was high quality and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely be calling them from now on for all of my future plumbing and heating needs.

    I had a massive emergency late night with water gushing out of my toilet supply line and not only would the valve behind the toilet not turn off nor would my main water shutoff valve. The basement was already flooded so I proceeded to call several so-called emergency 24 hr plumbers either they would not answer or they claimed there was no one working in my service area. At a last ditch attempt I called Boss plumbing and he answered right away, but unfortunately he said that he had just sent his emergency plumber out to a job. I must have sounded so exasperated that he said Ill come myself. Not only did he come exactly when he said he would he stayed in touch en route. He turned the water off in 3 seconds and fixed the issue quickly. Now dont get me wrong this wasnt cheap but money isnt an issue when you have gallons of water pouring into your finished basement the cost to fix that is exponentially higher if I couldnt find someone. Secondly, the next day I texted him to ask for a receipt and once agin he got right back to me and said he would email it. To sum it up Boss plumbing has A++ customer service and professionalism and thats hard to find in this type of industry. Lastly, they also do what they advertise which is emergency plumbing whereas Id called several that advertised open 24 hrs but didnt even bother to answer. If you ever have an emergency or just any plumbing issue these are your guys

    Would highly recommend Warren and his team! We had a near disaster with our sump pump in a recent storm, Warren came out twice in difficult weather conditions to install a new two pump system. As a critical part of our house being located in a flood plain and with a high water table, the sump needed to be bulletproof, and Warrens knowledge, professionalism and high-quality work was immediately evident. He calmly eased all concerns, answered all questions, and I can confidently say we can now sleep easy at night.

    Reviews tend to be 5s or 1s, and this is a situation that was in be in between.What we liked: Professional and responsive, both the plumbing team that came out and the office staff. Worked hard and took ownership of the challenge. We had a very difficult dishwasher install and the guys worked on it much longer than any of us expected.What we didnt like: 1) Costly. However the plumber did not charge us more than the original quoted price.Overall we would consider using Boss plumbing in the future.

    We trust Warren and his Boss team with all of our plumbing problems, whether small or large. The first time we called him it was for a leak in the second floor bathroom sink. Warren came and looked at the situation and told my husband how to fix it himself (it was a simple fix) instead of charging us lots of money for a simple job. This made me trust him and know he was very honest and professional. Several months later, we called with a much more serious problem: our sewage main line was blocked and cracked. This was also an extra complex job because it required excavating right next to a lighting pole, which meant getting PECO involved. Warren and Simone (his lovely mom who handles estimates, invoices, and general communication with the client) took care of everything with PECO, and city permits. He gave us what we learned through research was a very fair price, got the job done in a day with a team of very professional guys, installed a sump pump for us the next day, and is coming back to replace the utility sink in the basement this week. The Boss team is a delight to work with. They are very savvy, polite, professional, honest, unobtrusive, and charge you fairly for a job well done. We will come back to Boss any time we have a plumbing issue again and, honestly, so should you 😊.

    So, Boss Plumbing hasn’t actually come out to my house, but I did work with Warren (on a Saturday!) to have them come out for flooding in my basement from the water line. I had an appointment with a different large company on Sunday morning that I was able to cancel if I found someone on Saturday.I preferred a smaller, family-owned business and found glowing reviews on both Google and Yelp for Warren and Boss Plumbing. I called and he was able to get some of his plumbers to come out within a couple of hours, which was very impressive. However, before they arrived, a field assessor from the large company I had an appt with on Sunday spontaneously showed up before Warren’s staff arrived, and just kind of took over the situation, in a way that I probably needed as a new home owner. I had to cancel on Warren, which I feel terrible about (I was also having some technical difficulties with the invoice for Boss).However, if I am unfortunate enough to need an emergency plumber again (or for plumbing in general) I will definitely call Boss Plumbing, and I highly recommend Warren for his responsiveness, especially on a Saturday, and at a time when it seemed like there were plumbing emergencies all over the city to deal with.

    SAVED ME HUNDREDS!! Had a shut off valve in my basement start to leak pretty steadily on a Sunday afternoon, called Warren to see if he could come out and fix it. After explaining my problem, he had me FaceTime him so he could see what was up. He told me how to fix the problem which basically came down to tightening down one nut on the valve, boom.
