The inspection of our house pointed out some corroded pipes (including one directly above the electrical panel), as well as the unexpected discovery that the main water line into the property was a lead pipe. We opted to have all the work done at once soon after moving in, and got multiple quotes from various plumbers. The guys from Aqua who came out to do the assessment were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, giving us detailed explanations of what they would be doing in order to get the job done. They also pointed out some extraneous pipes in the laundry room, and recommended spending the little bit extra to get the entire space tidied up while they were on site; normally I would have considered such suggestions as an up sell, but it made total sense to me since they were in the space doing half the work already. The initial quote from Aqua came in a bit higher than the other plumber we were considering, and Aqua price matched without any issue.Throughout the experience, I loved that I could communicate with Aqua via email (often easier for me due to the nature of my work), and they were always easy to reach. They also accommodated the need to shift the day for the work due to an unexpected overlap with the moving truck, which I greatly appreciated. In the days leading up to the job, I received detailed explanations of the work to be done, including the names of the workers assigned to my job, which made me feel even better about Aquas professionalism.The day of the job, the truck was a little delayed but work commenced immediately after the guys arrived, and all the work was completed in one day - they arrived around 8:30 AM and wrapped a little before 5 PM. All five guys were great, and partway through the day they asked about fixing another pipe in the laundry room they hadnt seen before, which I readily consented to. The hole in the sidewalk to access the lead pipe was also significantly smaller than expected, which was an added bonus.While the guys did their best to keep dirty boot prints at bay, my biggest complaint was that they did not cover anything in the laundry room prior to drilling holes in the wood (I had to vacuum twice to get all the splinters up). The laundry tub was even full of wood chips, meaning they started drilling and didnt close the lid.Getting all of this work done was very expensive, but we are both so happy with the experience with Aqua, and will certainly use them again if we need anything plumbing related in the future.

Aqua Plumbing is incredible - as first time homeowners, we were overwhelmed when our basement started flooding in our 104 year old rowhome. Billy responded instantly, talked us through each step and made it easy to understand. He even helped us navigate the insurance process. Thanks to Billy, Trevor, and the rest of the team, we have a beautiful new basement free of leaky cast iron pipes. They also put in a half bath in the basement for us, which has been the perfect addition. They are professional, friendly, and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.

Awesome company! Was referred by a friend so I texted the owner and he responded immediately telling me to call the office and that they were expecting my call. Office staff was amazing. They were willing to rearrange the entire schedule to fit me in ASAP. When they sent someone out, he was extremely detail oriented. Called me to explain the quoting process and how certain fixes would have different effects on the bill. He took pictures of the work and texted them to me after he explained what he had done. Great experience with Jimmy from Aqua Plumbing. This guy is great. Very knowledgeable, diagnosed a sewer drainage issue with our basement plumbing and got it fixed. Now everything is working like normal. Had another company come out a week prior to misdiagnose the issue and tried to charge me 15x. Thankfully I called Aqua for a second opinion. You can trust Jimmy with Aqua. Plumbing isnt cheap but at least you know youre not going to get ripped off with these guys. I called Aqua Plumbing a few days ago regarding a leaky bathroom faucet at my 80+yo aunt’s house. Billy and Trevor came out today to replace the faucet. I could not be happier with the service. They were knowledgeable, quick, and friendly. They also made sure to clean up thoroughly when they were finished. Billy went above and beyond for my aunt today. He inspected some of her other plumbing fixtures and pipes and explained to me the things that will need to be fixed in the near future. The way everything was handled made me feel at ease. Billy and Trevor were both respectful and seemed to be honest about all the work, showing problems as they arose instead of taking advantage and just handing us a huge bill. I will never use another plumbing service as long as I’m in this area. This was a very positive experience and the Senior Discount was helpful!

I had a great experience getting my hot water heater replaced by Aqua. The technicians were on time, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain things to me. They moved an end table in my living room to make sure they didn’t bump it when removing the old one. I had had a poor experience with a different plumber the day before and I’m so glad Aqua was referred to me instead. They came out quickly, replaced my heater and valves quickly and took the time to clean up their workspace. It was half the price of what I thankfully knew to be a really unfair quote from a diff company. Friendly plumbers, good service, easy to schedule/pay and I got an invoice right away. I called Aqua after being stood up by one plumber and being told by another that the only way to fix my shower would be to rip out all of the tile and completely replace the entire system. Billy and Trevor arrived right on time and got right to work diagnosing my issue. They talked me through the process - that they would research the part that wasnt working, work with their vendor to find it (it had been discontinued by the original manufacturer), and send me a complete quote showing the cost of parts and labor before ordering the part and calling me to schedule the install once it had arrived. Billy told me it would probably take about a week for the part to get in and, to his word, a week later he called to schedule the install. Trevor returned and did the install and then Billy and Trevor stopped by again to help me troubleshoot an issue I was having with the shower. The guys were professional and flexible and I really appreciate all of the hard work that they did for a fair price.I would definitely recommend Aqua for any plumbing needs - they communicated well, arrived on time, were professional, got the work done, were willing to put in extra effort where needed, and charged a fair price.
