Excellent service. He did a full demo job on my moms upstairs bathroom, extending the bathroom a few feet into the hallway. The tile work is great, and the bathroom is flush with the walls in the house, making it seem like the bathroom was always this big. My mom has been showing it to family and neighbors, and they all compliment how modern and spacious it looks. Andrew was reliable and worked with my mom on design choices and options, making suggestions about modern setups and placements with the extra space. Shes very satisfied with the result and would definitely hire him again on future projects.

Over the last 30 years in Roxborough I have used many area plumbers. Recently I had a problem that 3 local plumbers could not diagnose. Andrew was the fourth and figured it out. His prices are reasonable. His work is quality. He returns calls quickly. He emailed me estimates promptly, which none of the others did. He was right on time. He’s pleasant. He cleaned up well. He is my new plumber. I highly recommend him.

Just bought a new house and didnt know where to begin with fixing some of the existing water and gas issues. Andrew was extremely knowledgeable about what needed to be done. Andrew gave me a call back after leaving his family business a voicemail with an immediate issue i was having with my water valve outside. He made time in his busy schedule to fit me in due to my concern. Andrew was early to arrive, literally explained and walked me through step by step the issue that was occurring, why it was happening, and future home remedies to ensure that it doesnt occur again. He was not only professional in his work but also has great customer service skills--- he goes out of his way to get to know his clients a bit while performing his work so it doesnt feel like some stranger is working on your house. Very satisfied. Contacted him in the morning and he came around by early afternoon, very prompt. Explained very clearly the root cause of the issue, the options, and the plan to fix. Though he was called in to fix a leaky toilet, he also noticed our sink drain had a minor issue and fixed it gratis. He also provided some tips for other potential issues we might have with our shower and how to keep an eye out for any problems that might arise. I feel like I got a bonus plumbing assessment for our second floor bathroom. Above all else, he was very pleasant and friendly. Highly recommended especially for anyone in the Rox/Manayunk area in need of a plumber.
