Great company! We were getting an insane price from another company, so we were calling around to get quotes based on the issues we were having. We spoke to the manager for Phoenix Drain Solutions and he was honest in the quote over the phone AND got us in as a work in call within an hour. Our tech was very friendly, showed us everything, explained the far more reasonable pricing, and had it fixed in another 30 minutes. All around fabulous experience and this new homeowner is super appreciative of the honest, quality service we received. We will be using them in the future!

I have been drainage issues on one side of my house for a while and I could not find a cleanout anywhere. I called Phoenix Drain Solutions and Rich came out. He was able to locate my issue, trace my drain, and found my cleanout which was buried a foot under ground. Also gave me tips on how to make sure it doesnt happen again. Very reasonable as well.I highly recommend Phoenix if you have any drain issues!

Phoenix Plumbing expertly completed a major sewage line repair at my grandmothers home in July 2023. They recently came out again this June to repair the toilet. A $95 repair saved us an $800+ water bill. They found that a leaky toilet part caused continuous running of our water meter registering 150,000 gallons of water usage (in a vacant home). I appreciate their keen analysis, professionalism, and prompt service. I highly recommend them for your plumbing repairs.

Bill came out and did a preliminary check for the source of the sewer smell wed noticed. He suggested a smoke test instead of guessing which was absolutely the right thing to do. Adam came and did the test and discovered it was coming from the toilet and not the tub which would have been a major repair. He reset the toilet, redid the smoke test to confirm the repair. He also recommended we have the septic tank checked since it was leaking smoke during the test. Great job. Highly recommend these guys. They know their stuff.

Shane and his crew look for the best cost effective way to achieve an objective. I left it to them to determine if the 50 year old cast iron pipe in my foundation was deteriorated to the extent that it needed to be lined, a service they offer and I was prepared to pay for, or if descaling was the best option. They evaluated it, decided relining was not necessary and corrected the issues I was experiencing using the less costly process of descaling. I recommend Phoenix without hesitation, a very rare thing.

We called Phoenix Darin Solutions for cast iron pipe inspection, de-scaling and possible re-lining.Every single person we dealt with at Phoenix was polite, professional, and very patient with my questions and concerns. Everyone gave clear explanations of what they were doing, seeing and what their recommendations were.Unsurprisingly, our 66 year old cast iron waste lines had some problems, but Phoenix gave me options for both re-lining only the problem area as-well-as for re-lining the whole system. They also took care of a few minor issues they found as they went along.If you have old cast iron pipes, Phoenix is definitely the place to call. Their re-lining process is far less invasive and far more affordable than the usual method other companies use of tearing up all of your floor and concrete slab.Their work looks neat and tidy, and they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. They genuinely seem to care about making their customers happy, which is a rare thing these days.Highly recommended.

We had been plagued with leaks and burst pipes for years. When other plumbers treated the immediate issue, Phoenix Drain Solutions diagnosed the root of the issue to be excess pressure in our lines, and installed a pressure reduction valve to prevent future issues. Don installed a pressure reduction valve and fixed all of my leaky faucets as well. They are fast and reasonable!
