Great experience!! Its hard to find honest dependable people these days. Tim communicated well. He let me know when he could come out and we set it up. He asked for info and pictures ahead of time so he could assess. After looking at it, he told me it wasnt a big deal, but a simple inexpensive fix, which calmed me down considerably after another plumber told me I needed a new hot water heater! He texted to let me know when he was on the way and showed up when expected. He had my issue resolved very quickly and at a more than fair price. Call him if you need honest plumbing work done without any nonsense!!

I had sent out a request for quote on Yelp for helping clearing a main drain. Only had a few responses and Tim was the only one that said I can help! We set an appointment since it wasnt an emergency and I could wait a little. (Yes, it was an actual appointment, not one of those windows where you wait four hours for someone to show up). Tim texted he was on the way over and was onsite and ready when I got to the house (yep, I was the one that was late coming from the office)! We went over the situation and discussed what I had been experiencing. Tim felt it was clearly a blockage way down the main drain. Tim brought in the big equipment and was able to get us cleared up and running free! Total charge was very reasonable and gladly paid. Very happy with the experience and will be referring Tim and his team easily to others in need of plumbing help. Thanks, Tim!!

Mr. Tim disconnected two plumbing fixtures in my bathroom, prior to having new tile flooring installed. He then re-install the fixtures once the flooring project was completed. Mr. Tim is a very skilled professional, a good communicator, and really cares about the customers needs.I was completely satisfied with his work and his fair price for the services performed.I will use Plumb Honest again and give recommendations to family and friends in need of a plumbing service.

Plumb Honest is just that, honest! Tim is a wonderful plumber who wants to help resolve the problem without adding extra prices. After Hurricane Sally, we experienced significant plumbing issues and called two well known plumbing companies in town who bilked us out of hundreds of dollars and were vultures. Plumb Honest came recommended and Tim was the first person on the phone that actually wanted to fix the problem and help. He was on time and spent all day fixing our main line and gave us our home back. He will be the only plumber I will call from now on to do any work. His prices are more than fair and his knowledge of anything plumbing is on point.

Had a leak detection service out who found a minor exterior leak. Hired Plumb Honest out to fix it. Halfway through the job, Tim discovered a more serious leak coming from inside the slab that the leak detection service had missed. He agreed to return the next day with more equipment to tackle the bigger problem. The job was a nightmare. Tim is a Navy veteran and he had his prior-Seabee work cut out for him. He used sound equipment to find the exact spot of the leak in the slab, a jackhammer to get to it, saws to cut and run new pipe, and concrete to patch the slab. Out the door for a VERY fair price. He was a pleasure to work with. He never left me without running water and stuck to his word to work around my very tricky schedule. Would highly recommend.

Mr. Tim answers his calls immediately and responds to requests. When the job ended up more being more intense due to my preference, he adapted kindly and completed the job at hand. Due to my existing circumstances, he chose to work with me and complete the job I needed finished. Thanks Tim, I am a happy camper!

I cant say enough good things! We live about an hour out of Pensacola, so when he told us that he couldnt get to us right away and had to schedule us for next time he was out here, we completely understood. He had us scheduled within a week. He was on time, kind, works quickly, had fair pricing, and I absolutely love that he walked out our door saying If you have any issues at all, give me a call and Ill come back. I stand by my work. We officially refuse to get our plumbing done by anyone else for here on out.

If you want a ‘turn and burn’ plumber look elsewhere. However, if you want the job done methodically, correctly, and with the sense that Tim is working on his own home; then stop searching and book him now. Tim re-plumbed our entire gas supply system for a new stove, and even brought an old 1940’s bathroom heater back to life. We’ve found our guy for any future work.

Another busted water pipe by my root infested oak that busted in another area several months ago. Tim at Plumb honest offered best estimate for that repair and did a excellent job. So i call Tim today at 3pm and he said he would be at my home by 4pm and he arrived by 3:40. Leak located, repaired and water back on within an hour. Tim i cant say in enough words how much i appreciate you coming out and fixing my water leak. Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors.... Thanks AGAIN!Randy in Gulf Breeze.
