We had Maxwell to the house twice over the past 2 weeks. First week was to connect to our gas line for a gas range. 2 weeks later we had them come back to rough in for an additional bar sink. Raymond was exceptional. Answered all questions we may have had. Helped use as we were working with new kitchen appliances and all of these appliances were not simple. Install instructions sucked but that’s another story. Highly recommend Raymond and Maxwell plumbing

Devin was my plumber today, 11/27/23, and efficiently addressed my leaking and clogged pipes in my kitchen cabinet. I was particularly impressed with his attention to detail and professionalism. He was very personable as well and informed me of the problem in easy to understand terms.Basically, I once again learned it’s not a good idea to put ½ pound of potato peelings in the garbage disposal because the severe vibration shakes loose the pipes and potentially cracks one. Celery stems are not a good idea as well. Nor are flower stems. I didn’t need to mention what I had done because it was evident from what Devin unclogged in the under the sink pipes. I saw it in the debris he removed. Unfortunately, my Thanksgiving dinner cost a little more due to my negligence.The staff is always friendly, and Melissa responds promptly with a same day appointment.I am repeatedly impressed with how quickly Maxwell Plumbing responds to my plumbing issues. They scheduled the service promptly for the same day and the job was completed in a timely manner.The pricing at Maxwell Plumbing is fair, and I believe I receive great value for the services provided. They are transparent about costs, and there are no hidden fees.

Sink installation / toilet installation / fixed the leak on our second toilet and the leak on our tub. Our technician was Devin and he was great. Devin was awesome! He came in 03/04/2024, rearranged the pipes more efficiently than the previous set up, fixed the leak, and was very polite! All took less than an hour. 10/10 if I could!

I cannot say enough good things about Maxwell plumbing. Chose them to do some plumbing work based on Google reviews. They absolutely exceeded my expectations.When we remodeled our condo, the plumber that did the work said that due to the depth of our sink, we were unable to install a garbage disposal. After further research, it turned out that he was either not knowledgeable or lazy. So we decided to search for a plumber who could install the disposal.Gary and Mike showed up on time and not only were they able to install the appliance, but they did not have to cut any large holes in the cabinet in the process. They also installed a new faucet for us. They were very friendly, polite and professional. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing work done. Best to call in advance since they stay pretty well booked up. We made our appointment a month in advance.

I cannot say enough good things about Maxwell plumbing. Their technician, Chris and his helper were amazing. They diagnose the problem in less than 30 minutes. They came back the next day and fixed it under my house in less than four hours.I had been using a different company before that was terrible, they dragged out the same job over four weeks and never did fix the problem. Maxwells fixed it correctly the first time and I could not be happier!

Very pleased with the plumbing work done today by Maxwell Plumbing. Had originally been waiting for another firm to do the work, but after 2 1/2 weeks of waiting I called Maxwell and made an appointment. The crew showed up timely, finished the work quickly and were super easy to work with. Highly recommend!

I have never hired anyone in my life twice who isn’t my car mechanic. Greg Maxwell is such an outstanding person, my unfriendly, old dog doesn’t bark when he is here. I am comfortable around him, I feel like myself, he gives me unsolicited advice that always works, he is communicative, he is honest, and I will call him every time I can or need for as long as I can or need. You won’t find a plumber with his heart or as genuine. He runs a business well, and no one should take advantage of that, but he is your guy for your plumbing needs.#FiveStarsEveryday

Absolutely amazing. We had a leak under our slab, and even with a leak detection company coming out it was kind of difficult to spot. Unfortunately my house is very weirdly put together with some add ons post Ivan. I called Greg out for a quote, and he spent nearly two hours of his FREE time double checking everything to make sure we were going to rip up the right spot and to fix the leak the most economical way possible. Once I had my insurance adjuster out, I called the office to schedule the repair. They were able to schedule two business days out and arrived on time. The worker with greg was very professional and they were able to fix the leak with a little extra elbow grease. The amount I paid was reasonable and on the lower end of the estimate. Everything was cleaned up neatly upon completion. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast and honest service.

I had a sewage back-up on Monday morning. I called Bayfront first(mistake) and they told me they couldnt come out until THURSDAY!! Called Maxwell, and not only did they come out that day within a few hours, but Chris also went above & beyond, and found a split in my line near the clean out, and fixed that as well. He was polite, knowledgeable, thorough, and fast. I will be contacting Maxwell, and referring them to anyone around the Key going forward.

In a world where it is increasingly hard to get services done Maxwell Plumbing came through with 5 stars. I had a whole house water filtration system installed. They gave me upfront pricing, a quote, showed up on time without rescheduling either appointments. The plumber who took care of us was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous.
