    This company is a class act! We had a great experience from start to finish. Their customer service is top notch, I explained that my elderly mother needed help with some plumbing issues in two of her bathrooms, and within the hour Casey arrived and did a great job. He was so kind and respectful and went out of his way to clearly explain what she needed. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost as well, very affordable and professional. We will be calling you guys in the future and would highly recommend your company to friends and family.

    “Casey was a great service technician!! He came recommended to me by a friend who had service work done by him.     Chase arrived on time introduced himself. He got the old water heater drained quickly and pulled out. The old water heater and he noticed the new water heater was larger and it was already a tight fit. Chase and I discussed the possibility we have, special order a smaller one or remove the step from the launder room to kitchen Out final decision was to cut a 2 inch piece off the step and that worked out great and by doing so that it gave him enough space to be able to lnstall the catch pan. Cleaned every thing up an and was off to the next job. GREAT JOB, thank you.

    I highly recommend this company for any of your plumbing needs. I went to Lowes and bought a water heater and His and Hers Plumbing was the installer so when my toilet messed up, I gave them a call. The plumber came and he was very professional, on time and within my budget. The services I received in my bathroom was great and he ask if I would like for him to do an inspection of the other bathrooms and kitchen plumbing and I agreed. He found a problem with the garbage disposal and changed it out right on the spot. I am very pleased with the end result of all the repairs and the previous water heater installation!!! Thank you so much for a stress free experience and taking care of my Plumbing needs. I will be calling for future repairs.

    Great service!! Called due to my water heater going out. Tech Casey Valentine showed up early the next day. He was knowledgeable and professional and ran down all my options clearly. Ended up replacing my water heater fully and even upgrading to a bigger tank (existing tank was too small for current family size). Work was completed fast (within 2 hours) and clean!     Casey Valentine from Hers and His plumbing has helped us out 2 times so far, once in November 2023, and today, June 2024. Our plumbing had been acting up and apparently its most likely due to a Sago Palm that had been planted in the front yard. Its roots have been wreaking havoc on the plumbing outdoors. The owners are planning on fixing it, and hopefully this problem will stop. But Casey provided prompt, good, and knowledgeable service, making sure to check everything before leaving.Thanks Casey!

    Casey went above and beyond for my Grandmother!!! He is the absolute best!! Her water heater was leaking through the stand, we thought we would be without hot water for months he replaced the water heater and we were good to go in a couple hours.     Updating my review, I called my home warranty because our toilet seat was cracked and they referred us to Hers and His Plumbing. They came out and gave me some options, builders grade toilet covered by the home warranty or paying the difference on a better toilet. I called to ask if they could replace the toilet with one we bought and they worked with us and told us that would be fine and still covered under our home warranty. I really appreciate the customer service and them reaching out to fix the problem! Thank you for replacing our toilet & making it look great! Will be recommending to others!!

    Really quick response. Our dishwasher started leaking (non emergency) in the evening. I filled out the service request form on the website, describing the problem and requested the morning block for the very next day. Sure enough, someone was there right when the website said they would be. From my experience, the scheduling system is top-tier for any variety of trades professionals Ive worked with in the past.Casey is awesome! Hes helped us twice now. Once with a water heater install and most recently with repairing a failed shutoff valve for our dishwasher (that was also leaking st the connection). As someone that usually likes to DIY things, I enjoyed chatting with him and learning about what he was doing. I feel more confident to try a similar job myself next time after watching, but if I get in over my head Ill be asking for Casey!
