Used the services of this company back in March to exchange the water heater in my house. Regina on the phone was great. Provided me with 2 quotes one with the unit and one only with installation services. About a week later, techs were in my house, installed the unit quickly, very professionally, they even took the debris and packaging if the unit I had bought. The company took care of permits and all. Great company to work with and I will definitely call them again for other services.

Had a service call made by Hunter and Christian today and couldn’t be more pleased. Called them due to leak in main line out front but they also trouble shot and fixed long time tapping in the wall from improperly closed valve. Will definitely consider my go to plumbers.

Have used Downs twice now, and both times have been exceptionally happy with the results. First time was due to a pipe in laundry room wall having burst. This time was to have my water heater checked out and bathroom sink leak fixed. Techs are kind, explain everything and never sit wasting time on the job.

Called in to relocate the drain pipes for the kitchen sink prior to everything being installed. They were able to come out the same day, gave a quick quote, decided to go with it. The job came out great and he gave me a little bit of a discount afterwards so that was nice. Will definitely recommend and call back for anything else.

Hunter and Jon came today to unclog the main sewer line from our house (that snake auger is awesome!). They arrived approx. 45 minutes after I called. They were professional, courteous, friendly, and eager to get the job done. They quickly demolished the clog and Hunter also made short work of a leaking drain under the kitchen sink. I am very, very pleased with their work. They are a great asset to Downs!

They helped us out unclogging the drain line to the street. Also put in a clean out . Had a shower handle issue which we thought was a filter issue. That wasnt it .Turned out to be a pressure valve so they didnt charge use any labor to replace the valve just for the part.Thanks very much for being so honest and fixing the problem
