Last night, my toilets quit flushing and I noticed all my drains were slow. I called several plumbing companies in the area. Despite each of them reflecting 24/7 hours, Coker Plumbing was the only company to actually respond. The owner provided guidance to get through the night to avoid emergency fees and had employees show up promptly first thing this morning. They were professional and friendly. They unclogged my main drain line. I will absolutely use this company for any future plumbing needs!

Late last night my neighbor had a pipe burst, when I arrived there was 3 inches of water in the whole house ! Mr. Coker arrived in record time to fix the problem, also found a small leak on the hot water heater, his expertise and professionalism was beyond anything I have witnessed in years ! While this was a frustrating day dealing with the disappointment of ordering a toilet that didn’t fit in our bathroom Cody of CokerPlumbing was extremely professional which helped ease that frustration. He calmly explained exactly what the issues were, it was clear that he actually cared and was disappointed he couldn’t overcome the issues.Being new to the area this was our first encounter with Coker plumbing and we will certainly use them again for any plumbing needs and strongly recommend them to anyone in need of a plumber! They were extremely communicative and flexible when we had a change of schedule and again they genuinely seemed to care which made a disappointing day a little bit better!!

I was in desperate need of a company to replace or repair my hot water heater. I couldn’t get it to light nor could the gas company. I called Coker late in the afternoon (approximately 4:30pm) and they were great. He said he was actually in the area and would be right over. I told him when he got here I wanted to replace the hot water heater and he actually tried to LIGHT it for me! Incredible! Although he could get it to light it wouldn’t stay lit. He agreed to return the following afternoon and bring everything and replace it. He gave me the best price of everyone I had spoken with (four other companies) They definitely are not one of those companies that find a woman living alone and try to sell extra and up charge everything. William Coker is the best and I will always use them.

Amazing service. Had a backup in our sewer line and flooded our bathroom. Quick response time. They were very polite, even wiped the feet before entering the house every time. Explained what they were doing step by step and pricing was very reasonable. I absolutely recommend them.

Noticed water bubbling up out of my front yard. After some (a lot) of digging, I discovered a huge tree root had caused the PVC pipe from my waterline to bend and crack, causing the leak. I took to Google and found these guys, made the call, and they were able to be out to my house later that afternoon. Andrew did a great job, was quick and efficient and offered up advice for other plumbing issues I brought up. Keeping these guys in my phone contacts!

A week later my hot water heater finally gave out and Will was there same day I called and installed a brand new one. I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber. Master shower valve replacement, Roman tub installation, guest shower valve replacement and tub faucet installation. He was the guy for the job!
