Like a breath of fresh air. Finally a company that cares about its work and service. Called Muth and Sons plumbing to get a quote on installing a larger water heater we had purchased to keep from running out of hot water. After talking to Cynthia and Patrick it turned out to be overkill. Patrick stated he could install the one we have but did not think we needed it. Instead he came out two days later and installed a more efficient and properly sized water heater and installed it better than the previous company. Also, the great part is it saved us over $1500 after returning the one we bought. Thank you Cynthia and Patrick! Will definitely refer Muth and Sons!

I called them at 10:15 as a new customer and they came out and fixed my kitchen sink by 2pm the same day! The woman on the phone was kind and professional and the tech was amazing! He even took the time to talk to my daughter about what he was doing since she was curious. I will definitely continue using them in the future!

I like them. Gave them a call yesterday and they scheduled me in immediately for today. They sent a message when they are on the way and were right on time. Josh was very to the point and got the issue fixed fast. He even fixed the faucet. Will use again for sure!

I hired Muth and Sons to re-plumb my whole house. My house was build in the 1950s and it was no longer functioning properly. Brian and his guys did an amazing job. I even had them change out the old ancient tubs for new modern showers. The quality of work was amazing. Everything was done in the quoted timeframe even with parts coming in damaged and backordered. But the real amazing part came after the repairs. I had issues with the city regarding my water main and water meter. Brian did everything in his power to help and thoroughly checked to make sure things got fixed properly on their end. All of this in the name of excellent customer service. I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again or to recommend them to a friend or a loved one. Keep up the great work!!!

Called with a bad plumbing issue Friday morning. Cynthia answered and said they’re booked but she’d check to see what she could do. She called back fairly quickly and was able to rework the schedule. Their plumber showed up, was so nice looked under the sink and wrote up an invoice as to how much it would cost. I agreed and he went to work. Fast forward an hour and a half later he’s done, no more leaks! Yay! I paid and it’s exactly as quoted and priced much better than many of their competitors. If you want fabulous customer service, fair prices and great workmanship this company fits the bill. They’re my new go to for all of our plumbing needs.

What a wonderful family operated business. After the loss of my Brother in-law that ran a plumbing business for years we found ourselves in need of a plumber. They were always friendly and courteous at the Home Expos we had so we thought we will call them.From the start we were greeted with kindness and understanding on the phone. When the young man that is a Son came he was knowledgeable, and went straight to work. We had appliances with water supplies, a hot water heater a washer and steam dryer two bathroom sinks and plumbing to prepare for new kitchen sink. He worked meticulously until it was all done. My Brother in-law would have been very pleased just as we were.

After several calls to other plumbers that were backed up for over a week, Muth was able to come out that day and quickly fixed the leaking pipe. They were professional, wore face masks, and provided a quote before starting the repair work.The left the area cleaner than when they arrived. Ive never had to hire a plumber before, but Muth& Sons willl be my first call in the future.

After another plumbing company (my renter called) could not unclog a blockage in the sewer line, including flooding the bedroom carpet while working on the clog (he wanted to sell us a new toilet because he said the current one leaks!), I contacted Muth and Sons to come out and fix it. Brian Muth had the sewage line unclogged in less than 15 minutes (it was a root problem)! He even removed the toilet the last plumber failed to reinstall correctly and corrected that too! This company is awesome!! I highly recommend them!!
