These folks are the best! They were out at my house within the hour and got me squared away. They went above and beyond to take care of me. The parts needed couldnt be found, so they bought a unit that had the parts that were need. The kicker here, they only charged me for the part that I needed! Top-notch service at very reasonable prices. Ive worked with various plumbers for various reasons over the years - Jimmy and his team are the best, highly recommended.

Plumbing Services did an awesome job installing my hot water heater. I also called them to come clean out our roof vents and Derek did an awesome job you wouldnt believe what came out of them!! Definitely my go to company from now on. Thanks again Derek and the other guy cant remember his name for the hot water heater replacement working great!! And Derek for the drain clean out and staying to make sure we had no backups.

I was having very little luck getting a same day appointment for my fathers home and the business owner went out of his way to get us worked in. Derek was professional and personable and quickly diagnosed and educated me on what the issue was as he got the problems resolved. I have a new go to company now for plumbing needs. They earned my business by being fair priced, communicating well, and above all treating us like neighbors. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

We had a main sewer leak in our backyard. Had gotten several bids from the big name companies in Panama City that were exorbitant. I knew there had to be a professional plumbing company whose rates were fair, yet did great work. That is what we found in Plumbing Services. Our technician Derek arrived when he said he would be there, got right to work and stayed until the job was completed and right. The pricing was about half of what the big name plumbers had quoted. We have found our go-to plumbers for Panama City. Great job Derek. Great job Plumbing Services. If anyone needs repair or service, call Plumbing Services. I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Way to go!

Marcus and Derek from Plumbing Services are fantastic! First of all, they took their shoes off before entering my home so as not to get anything on my floors. I didn’t even have to ask. This is a complete difference from the last plumbing company that came into my apartment two months ago. That company left a mess in my home. Marcus and Derek came right in, diagnosed the problem and repaired it right there on the spot. This was something that had supposedly been repaired by the other company two months ago. And they took the time to clean up the sloppy work left by the other company as well. It took them about 20 minutes. While they were here, I asked them to check another repair that had supposedly been done by the other company as well. They kindly did so and once again, that one had not been repaired properly either. So they fixed it! They were absolutely great 😊

We had a clogged washer line. Tried to do myself with no luck. Call Jimmy Lumley Plumbing. Office staff very professional and Terry Mccall (who I have used before) was able to figure it out quickly and fix the problem. someone in the past had tried to snake the vent pipe in the roof and broke off the snake. He was able to remove the section of pipe, remove the pieces and replace section in 2 hours. These guys know what they are doing and do it for a fair price. I will use them for all my needs.

The best plumbing Co in Bay Co, excellent customer service,skilled plumbers.We experienced horrible hot water leak under the slab, DEREKcame at 7: 30 am, drilled the foundation, twice, as Hydra-scout guysmissed to locate the leak by the mile.Derek listened to the floor, found the leak, drilled another hole, fixedthe pipe. It took him 6 hrs of hard labor on his knees with only 2,5 minutes break to get something from his truck.He cleaned thereafter. Very courteous gentleman, professional, responsible and fast.Highly recommend this company to all.
