I appreciate the way Frank Wood & Son took time to listen to the problem at hand and suggest options to resolve the issue. During the process of doing repairs, unexpected complications developed, resulting in changes to the original course of action. Again, they did not rush to quickly end the job but took a bit of time to evaluate and explain how best to reach a resolution. Wow, we are so impressed with this company. Everyone from the wonderful woman handling my call, to the technicians, were superlative. I will never be able to thank these Amazing, Kind, Patient, Professional people for the incredible job they provided. My copper main water suppy line ruptured!!! EMERGENCY doesnt even come close to my state of mind. I was referred to Frank Wood & Son from the water department. From the moment they answered the phone they were calm, knowledgeable, supportive, and reassuring that they were ready, willing, and able to make my repair the proper way immediately. We live in Oregon and purchased a small condo at Carillon Beach Inn. Our realtor suggested contacting Mike Oneil at Frank Lewis Roofing and Construction for painting. Then we realized he could not only do the painting but also renovation and upgrades we desired. Mike, Alex and Josh have the most impressive “ can do” attitudes. We had several items that were “custom” and we were extremely pleased with the results. The guys worked extremely well together. The changes we made after the estimate were very fair price. Mike communicated very well and explained options and/or possible issues with all my requests. Always good cleanup at the end of each day even though they were returning the next day. These guys work long hours and often 14 days in a row. I wish I could bring them to Oregon for some projects I have here.

I needed a toilet repaired in my rental unit during the busy tourist season and was happily surprised that this company supplied a plumber within the same day that I called! He not only successfully repaired the toilet, but helped with an on-going leak that was under the kitchen sink. He quickly determined that the faucet needed replaced, went to Lowes for me to get a new one and installed it immediately. The service was fast and efficient. I could not be happier about the repairs and will call them again for any future plumbing needs. I had called a well-known plumbing company in our area before trying Frank Woods company, and they said they could not help me because my unit was on an upper floor! My condo association recommended Frank Wood, and I am glad they did.

The tech came after hours and was very professional. He installed a 40 gallon electric water heater. I have had no issues with the water heater. After the water heater install I called Frank Wood and Son Plumbing, they showed up cleared the clog, give me some good advise on Cast Iron drains. I would recommend this company to all of my family and friends.

Great service and value. literally half as much as competitor. no cost for estimate where others charge and then you would be stuck paying $89 when they give you a rediculous estimate. One of the competitors with a Mr R.......... in the name were literally twice as much. I realize what things cost.That competitor was trying to charge me $300 an hour labor.But these guys are honest and straightforward.I pray for them and pray they will keep doing what they do

ZWood helped me in a bind. Found the previous plumber wasn’t licensed and did a cheap as heck horrible drain install…plus found a leak in toilet flange, again, from the previous plumber that lied about being licensed…ZWood came in and fixed everything. Brought the plumbing up to proper code. I give 4.5 stars, 5 would be if the job hadn’t taken so long. Overall the best plumbers I’ve used in PCB and will continue to recommend and call as needed!

These guys came right out when they said they would come event though they were busy. The technician was courteous and professional. I learned a lot too. I usually try to do this work myself to save a few bucks but got stumped this time. He showed me my mistake and taught me what to do for the next time. Then I called Franks company and we got service within a couple hours. The problems (garbage disposal and toilet) were fixed properly and the price was fair. Next time, Ill call Frank Wood Plumbing first.
