Want to give a big shout out to Dodge Seay at Mr. Rooter. We had a bit of a crisis with a clogged drainpipe causing backups into the toilets and showers. He was out the same morning, made a full assessment of the issue, including the lack of a clean-out. He installed a clean-out, cabled the drain identifying the clog and clearing out the cause. As I was scheduled to go out of town the next day, his timely, efficient and effective service was a god-send. Mr. Rooter has always served me well and will continue to be my go-to service for plumbing needs.

I have been trying to find an earlier review I left that was about a service call we had that we weren’t happy about. However, I wanted to edit that review and give this company a five star rating now. We received a call from the company and the gentleman wanted to know what happened. I explained to him we were told we didn’t have a leak and then charged $400. We did have a leak which caused a lot of damage. He wanted to make things right. I told him I had no problem paying a service call but not $400. They generously refunded most of our money which is why I am changing my rating and will continue to use their services. Excellent customer service!!! I really didn’t expect to hear from anyone when I posted my review but they proved to us they do care about their customers!

Mr. Rooter was great! I called them at 11:30 on a Friday (July 5th) morning and they had a tech in the area. He was here in less than an hour. Cameron was very respectful, professional, and explained the costs ahead of time. He got our kitchen sink back working in no time! They are next level with their cleanliness protocols. The price was very fair for the level of professionalism. They offered three different cost options. They have a price option that shouldn’t cause anyone to hesitate calling. I went with the middle cost because it offered a 30 day warranty. If they were unable to remove the clog, it would show up again in the 30 day warranty period. PIECE OF MIND!

Honestly would not go with another plumber in town. Not only has our communities been using them since 2018, I have used them with other communities I have worked for since 2008. The office staff have been amazing to work with and their plumbers are highly knowledgeable and thankfully know what they are doing and are professional. They may be a little more in price, but if you want cheap, youll get cheap work! Stick with Rooter...They are the bomb!

Luckily, I live 10 minutes away from work. I pulled up, and there they were, waiting on me! They assessed, provided the price, patiently waited while I chatted with my wife, and then did the job. Outstanding team who briefed me on every step they were doing to completely repair my cast iron sewage line with a new product that is just as strong as PVC pipe if not stronger. Despite running into problems they thought outside of the box repairing pipe that was completely missing with a new way to fix the missing pipe without jack hammering through my recent remodel kitchen saving me thousands of dollars. We needed our septic tank pumped - called SEVERAL businesses locally and no one would answer or return our calls. The ones who would were booked out 3+ weeks. This place answered immediately and put us on their schedule 2 business days out with a window of 3-5pm. They called 20 minutes ahead of arrival just like they said they would and arrived ON TIME AT 3PM! Michael and Logan were our team and they were AWESOME. Michael was very professional and educated us on the process and walked us through (and showed patience as we stuck around to watch and learn!). Both were very friendly, hard workers. Michael even stuck around a little longer to help us find and dig out the clean-out access we didnt even know we had. For all future pump-outs and any plumbing issues, well be asking for this team every time. Highly recommend.

I wholeheartedly recommend Mr. Rooter. We have used them three times in the last year alone and every time they were quick, on time, and fixed the issue. Since Hurricane Michael, youre lucky if you can get someone to your house in 6 weeks. I called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday night when our dishwasher/kitchen sink clogged and flooded. They had a tech out to us in 20 minutes. Everyone has always been pleasant and helpful and never pushy. On our recent call the tech discovered that the tile installers in one of our bathrooms washed grout down the sink which hardered, he gave us a quote to replace the pipe and didnt make us feel like we had to decide right then and there. Excellent service at this location. Highly recommend.

You can imagine our surprise that this pipe that was broken was underneath our backyard but twisted and almost stitched or stuck together! I had a blockage in my sewer line due to the driveway contractor damaging the pipe. Mr. Rooter found that my older line (cast iron) had a lot of scaling. Mr. Rooter installed another clean-out about half-way from the house to the main connection and was able to clear out all of the scaling. Mr. Rooter was then able to locate the damaged pipe under the driveway.I will call Mr. Rooter back when the driveway contractor removes the concrete in order to replace the damaged pipe.I definitely recommend this company for your plumbing needs.

They had to replumb the entire house, it was a difficult job because they had to cut through concrete interior and exterior block walls to run piping. The two workers James and Johnny worked very hard the entire three days they were on the job. They were very pleasant, answered any questions you had, even asked how you would rather have some areas done, did a good job on the work and they cleaned up after their work.

Our story is a little unusual since we just bought this house and didnt know where any of the sewer lines were buried. On the 1st morning service tech came out in an extremely timely manner, which was wonderful! He located a pipe and worked hard all day to snake through the clog, and the diagnosis was that the pipe had collapsed so we needed to run a whole new line from the house to the street. So the 2nd day they brought a small dozer out to dig up the yard, but as it turned out, the pipe he was working led to a septic tank. So then, we tried to find someone to empty the septic tank, which the city determined was old and not in service because everyone has to use city sewer. So on the 3rd day of work, 2 techs came out and finally located the line to the city on the other side of the house and they were able to clean it out with no problems. All said we appreciate their professionalism and determination to make things right for us at the price they originally quoted -- even though they worked on it for way longer than expected. Thank you!

The young man (Michael) was very professional and knowledgable. He worked for almost 3 hours to solve our issue. Finally, our tenants have the use of their toilets and showers again!
