    On time, quality work and reasonably priced! This is my second time using Randall with Shoreline Plumbing. The first time was a leak in my upstairs bathtub and this time I thought I had a leak in the wall by my half bathroom. Both times Randall told me what time he would be there and was on time. He completed the project very timely, did great quality work and was very professional. Any future problems, I’ve found my plumber! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!!

    Randall is the best all around.: price, availability, and quality of work. I spoke to him around 1 in the afternoon with a guest coming at 4. Our toilet was clogged with something stuck IN it and needed replaced. He said he could be there that day to do it.After talking with our guest, we decided on the next morning. Randall said hed be at the condo resort at 8:00 AM, and he was. He was in our room by 8:30, and called me by 9:15 AM saying the toilet was replaced and he hauled away the old one. He even took the toilet to his shop and broke it for me to quench my curiosity about what a guest had flushed and got stuck in our toilet...it was a vape pen!!!!! :-0Professional and all around awesome I recommend him to anyone, and although I hope I dont need him again for a long time, hell be the one I call.

    Their motto is Safe, Fast, and Fair and they are just that! Very responsive, extremely quick (fit in my job in between lunch and the next job) at a very fair price. I would definitely recommend.

He was professional, friendly, and efficiently resolved the issue. The toilet is now working perfectly, thanks to his expertise.     Our plumber, Randall, was called at 7:15 this morning and was very prompt in giving us an estimate and scheduled to see us at 2:00! He called around lunchtime and said he had finished his last job earlier and asked if we wanted him to come on! YES, we are so pleased! He’s also part owner and very pleasant. He cares about the quality of his business! Will definitely use him as needed!

    We are very pleased with the service we received here.Being out-of-state owners, we didnt know the cause of an issue that our guests had reported to us.Shoreline was super quick to respond, arrive, and solve the issue.They are now saved for any plumbing needs in the future. 😁

    Spoke with Randall of Shoreline and described what was needed he quoted a price and I told him I needed it done by 2pm on Saturday as we had renter coming in our condo. Job was completed at quoted price and on time. Since we weren’t there he also sent me pictures of completed job. Extremely satisfied. Will use in the future for plumbing work.

    Jesse is great at what he does and very reliable! I recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work! I had a big plumbing company come out and leave me with a bigger mess than I originally had. Jesse came in way under the price and worked with me through the whole process!

    Jesse did a fabulous job repairing the flange on my toilet and installing a new one. He solved a problem that several plumbers before him had been unable to solve. He replaced my dishwasher shut off valve and installed a new faucet. He does excellent work and I s very reasonably priced. He’s a genuinely nice guy. You can trust him with your plumbing needs!

    I was having issues with my water heater. I called a few different companies and I couldnt get anyone to come to my home when I needed them to. Jesse came to the rescue and found the problem immediately. Jesse is a super nice guy and very knowledgeable. I am always afraid of being ripped off when it comes to home repairs but their prices are fair and the quality of work is amazing. I will be referring and using Iconic Plumbing for all my future needs!

    My husband and I have used Jessie on several different jobs. Each time, Jessie was very professional, explained the problem and solution in detail, gave a fair price and did excellent work. He was also very punctual and the work space was promptly cleaned before he left. In addition, we asked questions about other issues we had that several bigger named companies attempted to fix and never seemed to fix it correctly.     I recently had a problem with my water heater. Problem was found on a weekend and Jessie was able to come out and quickly find the problem. During this process I found a busted pipe under one of my interior walls. Of course I was very stressed out about that . Jessie ensured me we would get it taken care of and was instrumental in working with my insurance company. He was quick to get the problem solved and stayed in touch with me through the whole process. His costs were very fair. Can’t say enough about Jessie and the job he did.     The process of hiring the right contractor can be Overwhelming because they over promise and under deliver. Jesse was very professional, on-time, knowledgeable and efficient.
