I was refered to Gulf coast leak detection by Nick at ASP pools. David and Jerry came out today which was possibly a week early because of a cancelation. I was losing alot of water in my pool and it was a blessing it happened. They found the leak in no time and repaired it. They were very professional and knowledgeable. It made me feel confident immediately. I would highly recommend this company.

These guys had no easy task finding the leak under the slab of the house I rent. For two years, every time they came out the 1940s pipe would clog up with rust and block the leak. Then randomly, days/weeks later, it would start again. Running up at one point a 230$ water bill. But they never gave up and they didnt charge a dime until they found it. And they nailed it like they said they would!! Professional, responsive and knowledgeable! Highly recommend!!

Most excellent service! Dave and Dillon came to my home to do a plumbing test for me, after my insurance company denied a claim based on an engineers assumption that my foundation issues were due to leaks in plumbing. My home has been in my family since it was being built in 1976, back when homes were built strong and sturdy. We have never had plumbing issues, and I found myself having to prove this to the insurance company. Dave answered my questions and addressed my concerns with professionalism and honesty, and explained in detail what they would be doing and what to expect. They were both very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, and alleviated my fears and concerns. Even better, they found no leaks, which made my entire day brighter! They called and told me an ETA and they showed up when I expected them. I couldnt be more pleased. Linda in the office was just as friendly and helpful, ensuring I had a copy of their report and assuring me she would - with my permission - send info to my insurance company if required. We called Gulf Coast Leak Detection on a weekend because of an emergency leak in our master bedroom. In order for our plumber to come and make the repair, GCLD was recommended to us to have a certified technician visit our home and identify where the leak was.Brent promptly returned my call and even though it was the weekend, he was kind enough to visit our home and he very quickly and professionally identified the leak (and VERY much put our minds at ease). Brent was extremely professional, he showed up when he told us he would, answered all of our questions very knowledgeably, was very courteous and careful with our home, and he very quickly and efficiently identified the issue (a bad shower valve).I STRONGLY recommend Gulf Coast Leak Detection as our experience with Brent and his company was exceptional, especially with it being a last minute job on the weekend when we were very stressed over having water on our bedroom floor.Thank you so much Brent and thank you Gulf Coast Leak Detection!!! I have had a pool leak for years. Our pool was installed around 2005 and it has been a problem since. We ended up taking the contractor to court and they claimed to fix the leaking issues we encountered. This is not the case. I have called several leak detection companies and was overwhelmed at the cost involved to fix my pool, so I though. I recently switched pool maintenance companies and inquired about who they recommend for leak detection. They recommended Gulf Coast Leak Detection. I immediately called them and within a week they responded. The technician came out and did a thorough inspection of my pool. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why he was doing it. Within 45 minutes, I had a leak free pool. I was shocked! The last company told me that it was going to cost me thousands of dollars to tear around my pool and have the leak fixed. Its been a week and my water level is normal. I would consider this company to be honest and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone who has a leak and wants a ethical company to service your pool. Outstanding service!

Great customer service. They showed up the same day that I called and located a big leak on the pressure side (return) after that leak was fixed, the water line was still dropping. They came back right away and found and fixed a skimmer leak. Fast, efficient and polite technicians.

I have used Gulf Coast Leak Detection before for an underground leak, they were able to pin point the exact location in a few minutes. I was so impressed I saved them contact information. Today I got the city utility notice for possible water leak. I decided to call them again. They helped me on the phone to check each toilet first to determine if the source of the leak is inside or underground. This helped me identify the problem quickly. I really appreciated their service and would highly recommend to anyone!

Ive had a leak in my swimming pool for some time.I called these guys who showed up when they said they would. They were thorough and professional. After one technician getting in the water and the other on the deck, 30 minutes they determined the problem and repaired it.The company states that they guarantee their work. Brent came right out and found the leak the plumber couldnt locate. Very efficient, friendly, and you have confidence he will locate your leak. Reasonable prices, not sure where the one review was coming from. This was 1/4 the price of the plumber and he found the leak in the outside line.You wont regret calling them.

He took time to explain our situation to us and what was causing the water leaks. This was very helpful. If anyone has a pool leak look no farther than Gulf Coast Leak Detection!I recently had my in-ground liner replaced and it was losing massive water every day. The liner replacement company hire GCLD.They were extremely thorough with their underwater and above ground inspections, and very respectful. The two technicians didn’t mind explaining to me what they were doing and elaborating on their findings for me.Thankfully they were able to patch it so now water loss should be stopped until a new liner can be produced and installed, which means I get to enjoy my pool while I wait!Thanks GCLD!

Couldn’t lock in a time for them to come (kept pushing back days/hours) but if you stay on top of them, they did do a great job and were able to find and repair the leaks.
