If I could give these people 100 stars I would. I had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday that turned into having to replace pipes in my floor and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Within 15 minutes of making the phone call he was at my house. They worked all day and night Saturday and was back Sunday morning to finish the job. They had to jack hammer my floor in the kitchen and the bathroom. The spots they chose did not damage my cabinets or any of my tile. They took out my bathroom sink and cabinet as well as cut out the wood under my kitchen sink. The found broken shutoff valves in my bathroom and fixed it on the spot. They fixed the concrete, replaced all the wood, and reinstalled my bathroom sink. You would never know they were there or that there was ever a problem. They cleaned up everything too. There’s not one single thing I could say that was a negative in this experience and would recommend this company to anyone that needs a plumber.

When I called EmergenZ Plumbing, I didnt know what to expect. Jorge was at my house within the hour, and was fast and efficient. Also, very helpful in cleaning my toilet which he unstopped. He even stayed to see if the toilet would keep flushing. I highly recommend him if you are in need of a plumber.

If you need a plumber in an emergency do not hesitate to call EmergenZ Plumbing Pros. All other companies we called said it would be two or three days before they could help us. EmergenZ said that was unacceptable since our sewer line was blocked completely and theyd be out the next morning. They arrived the next morning bright and early. They provided us with an estimate and got to work that morning. The sewer issue was very involved but they stayed late into the night until out sewer system was completely repaired and working perfectly. Very professional, efficient and did exactly what they said they would do. I recommend EmergenZ based on our great experience.

I woke up to a busted pipe under my sink, I called these guys and Jorge and Manny were on the phone with me within 20 mins and out to my house within an hour. They got me squared away for a very affordable price and were done with the job within 30 mins. If you need plumbing, call these guys.

I had water that wouldnt drain in both bathtubs and toilets wouldnt flush. Water was leaking from a toilet and a sink. Jorge was at my house within 10 minutes. I thought I had a clogged drain but Jorge knew what was wrong before he even came in my house. He saw I had a lift station and went right to it. He had the water drained in just a couple of minutes. He then made repairs so I wouldnt have the problem again. He explained everything he was doing. Jorge is very professional and knowledgeable. His price was very reasonable. This is an honest and trustworthy business. I will call them again if I need a plumber.

I’d give them a 6 stars if available.Had an emergency plumbing issue on a Sunday. They were the only company to call me back. They showed up quickly, assessed the issue and fixed it quickly, efficiently, and cleaned up. Very fair price as well.I would recommend Manny & George, without hesitation. They will be my go to plumbing company.

At 3am our toilet started spraying water and we could not get it to stop. I Googled 24 hr Plumbers and called every number on the list. 2 companies had an answering service but I did not receive a call back. The last company on the list was EmergenZ and at 3:30am they answered my call and in 1 hour they were at my home and the problem was fixed! Awesome service!! THIS COMPANY IS ACTUALLY 24 HOURS!! Thanks guys!! We really appreciate the fast service!!!

Had a toilet that was clogged. So I called a another company that I saw commercials for. Was told Friday was the earliest they could get here. This was Tuesday, so that wasnt going to work. So I looked online and found this place. They were just finishing a job near me so they were here less in than a hour from the time I called the office. Jorge fixed the toilet in 5 minutes and even dealt with the impaired tenant patiently for about a hour afterwards with grace. He charged me a very reasonable fee. 5 stars easily and Im not a regular reviewer of businesses by any means. I just felt inclined to leave one this time because of the exceptional service. Thanks again Jorge and crew!

I noticed that our toilet would bubble every time somebody used the water. Called EmergenZ and Jorge and his crew were out the next day. The crew used a camera and noticed our outer sewer line has roots and was breaking and the drain field was getting bad. Our yard isnt very large in that area so they had to go old style and use shovels. Knowing we couldnt use our water they worked late into the nights even using flash lights. They did a great job and I highly recommend.

I accidentally over tightened the shut off valve for the main water line at my home that we just moved into. This happened on a Sunday night, with a newborn in the house. I called Jorge and within a couple of hours Manny was at my house fixing the mess I made. They were fast, professional and very prepared. Went out of their way to accommodate for us since they knew we had the baby. By far the best experience I’ve ever had in the event of an emergency such as this. I recommend them for all your plumbing needs!!!

We had a blockage in our pipes for the last 2 years. After contacting peadan and getting told that they couldnt find the clog. We contacted EmergenZ since they fixed the plumbing issue at our other house. They came, found they issue, fixed the issue and it was unexpectedly very affordable. We have recommended them to several of our friends and family. They provide same day service, they are friendly and informative. I will continue to work with them in the future.
